Great service and attend to detail.

The crew at Walters is very professional. Floyd and Jud really know their trade. They take time to explain things to me and show me what the issue is on my vehicle.I have my regular maintenance done, their oil changes are very reasonable. Recently I had to have work done for my emissions and they ordered a part, called me when it came in, and installed it in record time during my scheduled appointment. Floyd also replaced the battery on my key fob. Very pleased with the value and quality of work.

Great shop. They did excellent work and fast turn around. I will be a returning customer.

My car takes full synthetic and I don’t want to pay $100+ at the dealership for an oil change.Walters Automotive let me bring my own oil and filter and did the oil change for labor only at a fantastic rate! They weren’t rude and didn’t scoff at my attempt to save some money!They beat anyone’s prices, are quick, friendly and I feel like I can trust them with anything for my 2017 Jetta!What a wonderful experience!

This is 100% the best shop Ive been to in my life. The ceo/manager is seriously an honest guy not just out to get your money. I went there because I was having issues with my jeep and they were close. I will never go anywhere again but to him! He literally went out of his way to make sure my problems were fixed and as cheap as possible. He drove an hour away and waited an hr and a half to get me a $500 part for $50. They are extremely fair (low if you ask me compared to everyone else) with their prices. He was literally a blessing when i needed one. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
