Would not recommend anyone here for a Maryland inspection. I didn’t pass the inspection because they had told me that my windshield had a scratch on it, And wanted to charge me about 400$ to replace the windshield. If you want a honest mechanic this isn’t the place for you.

I have a lowered car with low profile tires. This makes finding a shop that can get my car on a lift difficult, and many shops dont have the proper tire changer to change low profile tires without damaging the rim. This place has both! Im very satisfied with my experience here. I had a bit of an emergency tire issue and after calling 10 different shops in the area this was the only one that told me they could squeeze me in same day.

Everyone is great at the Dundalk location. Even though I get high anxiety dealing with my car, they are calm and smiling. That is so appreciated. That’s why I will keep going back for everything I need in the future.

Gotten a oil change and tires rotated, one of the employees closed the bay doors where I couldn’t watch the work to be perform and to top it off I didn’t hear any tools going off to take my tires off or on. Also when I went into the parking lot I didn’t see anyone by or at my car from the other bay doors being open and the little window on the doors. I strongly feel I didn’t get my tires rotated even though a employee stated they was done.

As I walked in to pick up my car, I was greeted with you will need a hot shot to start it, I said I will be ok, he told me that there was a cell dead in my battery (which I never had an issue with my battery at all) and told me it was 250 to replace, I said no. I get to my car and it will not start at all. My battery is completely dead. My husband gave me a jump, took my battery to pep boys and they looked at is and said this battery was tampered with. So I bought a new battery at pep boys and my husband installed it for me. I called all of my family that goes to Mr. Tire and we will never be back again. I am incredibly disappointed, because this is the first place I ever went to that was always honest... not no more.

What an incredible experience! I recently brought my wifes vehicle into Mr. Tire after discovering what I thought was a nail in the tire. With an impending snow storm I was very concerned. John and the entire team were amazing. They understood my concern, took my vehicle back promptly, and not only addressed the tire, but gave the vehicle a once over too. The vehicle was brought back to me ready to go and I feel very confident it is safe for my family. Thank you guys for the great service and dedication to customers safety. We will be back!

I came here because it was highly recommended, but i think i know otherwise..i came for a check engine light, no oil if anything it needed some love, they checked out everything and it went from 239.00. To a 1000 something i only paid 515.15. (Still to Much) after i denied brake and rotor work ...my problem with This location is my part supposedly cost 169.00 dollars each he said i NEEDED 2 plus the cost of 52.00 for labor. I said 169.00 for a part, is there a cheaper part i started to look doing the week for my parts to my chey and none was 169.00 they were 40-50 bucks a piece..so i got ripped off with that..so i asked Brian what if i was to bring in the part he said they would install it but they would charge me a higher labor. Does this make any sense at all. I live in Dundalk so to get a car part of good value and to find an honest mechanic is something you can do. .... But Mr. Tire in Dundalk is not honest with there customers maybe because i kept asking the rip off questions i felt totally dismissed and .i was VERY uncomfortable there and i know FOR a fact if i was a man they would not have treated me like this..even the way Brain totally dismissed me is a experience that i would not wish on any body.

I feel that I am always treated fairly at this Mr. Tire. The mgr. John always has the information and answers you need.

I had the best customer service experience I think Ive ever had at Mr. Tire Dundalk yesterday. My car threw a tire light and I pulled in and was helped immediately. Instead of dealing with paper work, John had me pull my car around so he could just have a look. He checked my tires and explained what he thought had caused the error light. Once we determined it was a false alarm, he tightened my lug nuts, reset the light and I was on my way! I arrived in a bit of a panic and I left (very shortly thereafter) with all of my problems solved. 10/10 couldnt recommend this Mr. Tire any more!

I went in to have an alignment done (toe and go) after having installed an aftermarket suspension. I had a request for a specific toe setting, not just the basic green is good (within spec) and they absolutely set it up perfectly to my request. The understeer is gone!A good alignment shop is difficult to find!

Great service, John did his best to get me what I wanted even though they were low on stock of the original tire. Gave me a slight upgrade which was great. Was also swamped but still made sure I was taken care of.

My family has been going to this location for years. John and his team have always given solid advice about when something can be fixed and when its time to let it go.Last week I got a flat tire in my new car on my way to work. When the dealership auto repair department went straight to voicemail I called John and his team at Mr. Tire. I was able to confirm the tire I needed was in stock and towed my car over to them. Best case scenario - I thought Id have to buy one tire. Worse case scenario - Id have to replace them all. Regardless I was pretty sure I would going to miss work since the shop was full of cars. Imagine my surprise three hours later when I got a call saying the team was able to patch my tire and I could come and pick it up. Really pleased how quickly this team solved my problem and prevented me from figure out how to add new tires to my budget.Highly recommend this Mr. Tire location to anyone.

We usually go to Firestone on Eastern Ave. for all our Fleet truck tires but Mr. Tire has been the most affordable and more importantly our tires have been in stock! Nothing like calling on short notice and David saying Yes, we have them in stock...when you want to stop in.

I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF AT THE DUNDALK LOCATION ON NORTH POINT ROAD FOR AN ALIGNMENT AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP THERE WAS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND ABS LIGHT ON. THESE LIGHTS WERE NOT ON PREVIOUS TO BRINGING THE VEHICLE IN. I SPOKE WITH A ROBERT WHO SEEMED TO HAVE A VERY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARD THE SITUATION. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO MANAGER THERE UNTIL 3-4 DAYS LATER. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE LOCATION AND NO RESOLVE. they said thats not our guarantee and fault

Nice enough but incredibly slow. The first time I made an appointment and bought 4 new tires and that took about 3 hours. The second time I got a flat and it took them over an hour to replace the tire while I waited. Might be fine if you have transportation to leave your car all day.

Brought in my car for a state inspection and John was so very helpful and polite, as was the entire staff. Had to get two tires done, and they even looked for the same model on sale in order to save me money (they match sale prices). Wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair/services!

Best service I’ve ever gotten from any shop! My tire went flat unexpectedly 3AM in the morning and I needed to get it fixed ASAP before the new week started. There’s a Mr. Tire right near my house in Perry Hall, but after hearing good things about the one in Dundalk, I couldn’t pass up going the extra distance for great service. This shop lives up to its name! The tire got fixed quick and their prices are unbeatable! 10000% highly recommended.

I saw the reviews online. 4.2... I was a little nervous at first, but then I saw that a large part of the bad reviews were a couple years old. So I assume this place is under new management? I kept seeing Scotts name listed. So I made an appointment, for when Scott was at this store. I have been needing brakes and I have been putting it off for awhile now. I went in, meet with Scott. Told him all of my concerns. He put them all to rest. After my truck was in the shop. He walked me out, showed me my brakes. Gave me a great price. I was happy. Then he told me that they come with a lifetime warranty also! Because the truck sits. The tires were very old. We choose an inexpensive tire, all said and done I spent $912. But I really believe it would of been 200-300 more expensive at other places. Im not sure if Scott runs the store. But he is very knowledgeable. I will always make appointments with him. He knows his stuff. Thanks Scott and thanks Mr Tire. I will now shop at this location from now on.

I drive 25 min to THIS Mr. Tire and have done so for the past 10yrs because John and his staff always give me top notch service and have taken care of all my cars. They take their time to help me understand what is needed and what’s recommended. They help me make educated decisions regarding all our vehicles. I even have my mom from VA go here when she is in town. I have never had a complaint!

Ive been taking my vehicles here for many many years, and each time they have provided me great service. Even last minute service, very accommodating to their customer needs. Its a wonderful service center, both managers are very professional, supported by a great team of mechanics. Its also nice to see the managers (who both have been at the same location for a very long time), doing the job along side of their staff. True team work.

Super nice and knowledgable staff! Seems to actually care about vehicle safety and not sales. Quoted me 2 hours for an oil change w/ appointment while busy and got me out in under half an hr. Also gave me so many discounts I didnt realize they put the wrong oil in... I asked for high mileage full synthetic and got high mileage synthetic blend.

This is the only place I will take our vehicles for service. Fast and friendly and theyre not pushy about added on services. The technicians know what theyre doing; every repair Ive ever had done there was done right the first time. The waiting area is clean and theres always a pot of coffee on. Way better than going to the dealer.

The staff here was very helpful and polite. I came in with no appointment for an oil change and they still did their best to get me out on time to get to work. The waiting area is clean, has free wifi and plenty of seats facing the tv. They did not pressure me to purchase anything I didnt ask for but also let me know about needing new tires. Mr Tire -Dundalk MD. Dave and the staff were more than accommodating to my mother who is almost 71 and hard of hearing. She needed 4 new tires, an alignment and new front brakes. Dave was able to get all this work done in one day. He called us to inform us that we wouldnt be charged for an alignment since everything was balanced and in the green zone. Thanks for being honest and not taking advantage of women.
