Sad to say. Agent was lying about my increase of my car insurance. She thought I was ignorant. There are my agent, but dont recommend if you dont have patients. The only good about State farm WAS there customer service. And they just lost it. I will like to change my review to poor customer service . It took you A YEAR TO RESPOND!!! BAD news.
