Luis and his crew installed over 3000sf in just 3 days!! The floors looks awesome!! And the price was much cheaper that the companies. He was able to find a beautiful waterproof vinyl for us, when we meet in his office he explained us the process and signed the contract the same day.

I worked with Luis. I had water damage to my flooring he came out same day pulled flooring to see how bad it was, he let it dry for a day and next day my floors where finished what felt like a hour. Also I don’t know anything about floors so I asked him if he could pick up the supplies for and he did with know problem.I’m Very grateful and will definitely be using them again.. I had my floors installed by this company. They were awful. After the floors were installed a couple months later,. The floors to expanded must of or something . Unfortunately, this caused several places in the floor panels loose and push air out every time you step on them. Apparently the way they were placed was incorrectly. They were too tight. This can be verified by several people who came out to look at our floors. We made several calls and texts to the company owner to attempt to get them to at least look at it. Calls and messages were never returned, and when contact was finally made, the owner said that the source of the problem was an unleveled slab and that to fix it, the entire floors would need to be redone. That was later verified untrue. (He was ready to charge me $4000 to lay slab which wasn’t needed. Rip me off. Had 2 people verify this was false.) This seemed at odds with what we were experiencing, as the bowing up appeared to be caused by the wood panels being too tight to the walls. We had 2 different companies come out and look at floors and said same thing that the floors were done improperly. We had a relative with his own company who does this for a living. With very much experience in foundation repair come and verify the foundation is good and he agreed the tight spacing was the issue. When the owner finally came out after many attempts, he first tried the same explanation. However, when he reluctantly removed some of the base boards, after previous arguing, it was found that the panels in the dining room were too tight against drywall, causing the major bowing. (The other worker he brought with him was cursing in Spanish the entire time he was there.)Once some drywall was cleared out, the bowing stopped. In the hallway, there was some bowing too. Every time you stepped on the floor air would come out.. When those base boards were removed, the bowing stopped, indicating that they had been placed too close to the flooring. The floors there were also too tight . The owner and a worker left the premises that day without replacing the baseboards, saying he would come back the on the weekend. The weekend came and went and after trying many contact attempts, he said that he would not do the work to fix the base boards until 5 weeks later, which is an unreasonable amount of time to leave boards with sharp nails sticking out laying around the house. Again, this all could have been handled months earlier within a few hours of labor (which was allegedly under warranty). The way he spoke to me and kept arguing with me. And told me can not come over to put to baseboards back on. And he had already told me he was working on a house close by me . Less than 15 -20 mins away he was yet did not want to come here and fix the work he left undone. . And said can’t come for 5 weeks to my houses seems he does not want to come at all. This is a very unprofessional business and I would never use them again. Had I known what they kind of work they were going to do I would have never hired them. And only wanted to get paid in cash! First he said would charge around $4000 to do floors eventually somehow we paid much much more.. This is why they are very unreliable and do not honor warranties. That’s a lie and overcharge. I also notice in the bedrooms where they supposedly pulled all the carpet. There’s still carpet there all around the rooms. They do poor work! Once I had someone else put baseboards back on I never had any more problems again. They were reported to the Better Business Bureau as well!
