The installed carpets have nails sticking out around the perimeter, in the entryways and in the closet. My one year old daughter hurt her foot walking on it. I called Joe to let him know about the problem, and he stated they ALWAYS leave the nails exposed around those areas and dont nail them down. He stated they only hammer in the entryways, which was not done either. I would not recommend his job to anyone, it is a major liability if someone steps on it and gets hurt, at the least bleeding, at the most gets a tetanus from a rusty nail. I can see a potential lawsuit! Joe had an audacity to ask for more money to come out and fix the problem that should have been done correctly to begin with. I would rather pay someone else than give this company another dime.

My wife and I were searching for a carpet that could stand up to 3 large dogs tearing about the house. We spoke with Steve about our needs, he listened for awhile and said Ive got just what you are looking for and proceeded to describe this particular carpet that was so well made it would last a very long time. Well we made the deal and from that point until completion was a consumers dream. The carpet arrived on time the installers were beyond good, we had one place where the carpet ended next to a ceramic tile floor and there was a chip out of the tile and the installer actually fitted the carpet so it went into that little chipped spot exactly as my wife and I wanted. My wife and I highly recommend. Thanks again for a truly professional experience.

Called for someone to come out and give me an estimate, I was told Garland was to far! Poor service for sure!
