Arrived after hours, called and was provided great customer service. Was able to complete transaction over phone and drop keys in box.
Outstanding customer service! The truck I rented was very well maintained... no problems. I will definitely rent from here again. Had great experience overall.
These gentlemen were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was more expensive than Uhaul, but they couldnt guarantee a truck and Penske gave us unlimited miles. Also there were two cute dogs!
