Since walking to the store I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was just getting a rental truck and now I will be moving from another storage to here. Dawn and Jeli were so helpful, sweet, professionaland great humor. Definitely recommend this store.

Amazing service. I don’t recall her name but I was able to call and request a rental over the phone and when I arrived she remembered who I was over the phone and took care of me in a few minutes. She also gave my two boys a cardboard vehicle of a uhaul that they loved. Made my stressful moving moment a lot easier.

The desk people was very nice and helpful if Im in the area again and need a Uhaul they will be my dealer

I would definitely recommend this company. Their customer service is very excellent. The day I moved, it was a beautiful day, all of sudden during the moving process. It start raining bad, I spoke to someone. An these nice women expanded my moving time for the next day. The fact that they was considerate, and did this for me. You’ll love this place, hands down. Great place Dawn and Tammy are great people very helpful very reasonable prices my last place I received three rate increases in one year. The parking spot I reserved originally with all the way at the back of the property I told Dawn if something came available in the front closer to the office to let me know and I think it was only two days later she called me with the space available right next to the office talk about great service right out of the gate recommend them to anyone needing to park a boat RV large truck excetera or rent a storage unit or rent a uhaul truck. I see them cleaning and disinfecting them after every rental.

This is a fantastic place to do business. The owners were very personable and kind to me throughout the duration of my storage there. Move-in and move-out was very easy. They were very clear and thoroughly explained the details to me. Highly recommended!

Convient and clean facility

We store our rv here because of their covered facilities. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The facility is quite secure.

I paid my bill in full and there still locked up my unit like I never paid them I still get late notice in the mail I call they just say it ok you shouldnt have a problem but even month my unit is locked it is so Frustrating and Inconvenient will you have to go to office to get them to unlock your unit every time you have to get into your unit but they just say its in the system like that and they cant change it so Ill keep getting late notice every month because they cant fix there own system smh

If I could rate negative I would the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul they are older and need too let the younger people deal with the technology because they don’t know anything I sat in the office 2 hours and 2 weeks later I’m still getting contract emails and have been charged a unauthorized transaction 2 weeks later I’m pissed
