Customer service is horrible. Witnessed a lady trying her best to communicate in English with one of the desk ladies. It’s a small office so everyone can hear your conversation. The security guard outright burst into laughter, making fun of the lady. This continued on. So sad to see that just because you are asking for benefits the personnel believe it gives them the right to treat everyone like trash. No wonder use of phone is prohibited. If people recorded the treatment they received the results would be outrageous. People are going through a tough time as it is.
I went into the office because I was told during my interview that I would received benefits for December, when I didn’t get them I went to the office because I knew something was wrong. I spoke with a lady and explained to her what was going on and she took my number down and told me to also call 211. Well the manager finally calls and she is basically explaining that everything was right and I was wrong. She said I made to much for December which I don’t. I asked her what was the monthly income limit which she wouldn’t provide to me. Finally I just gave up and said ok and ended the call. I have filed a complaint prior while talking to 211 against the person who did my interview. Well they called me today after looking into it to inform me that there was indeed an error on my case and I was suppose to Receive benefits for this month. If she would have looked into my case correctly then she would have seen the error on my case but no she didn’t want to perform her job correctly.
While the office was not very busy, the customer service was horrible. The woman I spoke with couldnt wait to get me back out the door and she gave me little to no help whatsoever. I would rate this location with zero stars if I could. I certainly hope things are better at the location I am going to tomorrow
I like this location, I was in and out and the lady I worked with was exceptionally friendly. She gave my children coloring books as we waited and this has always been my go to location. I really felt she knew what I was going through and I am very grateful. I did not wait long at all and applied online.
Nobody ever answers the phone
Got here around 3:50pm. Slow location. Its 4:20pm. Theres literally no one else here. Im just picking up info. Taking longer than I thought. Employees are very friendly though. The security guard is a super introvert though. I mean its no problem but I find it a bit strange that she doesnt seem much of a people person considering a hundreds of people walk through the main entrance. Haha. But no judgment here....
My experience was great. I was informed about the wait time, Iwas helped throughout the process of filling out the app. and the person that saw me was very kind. The bathroom needs more attention cleanliness was lacking. Staff great...bathroom not so much.

Very nice people and every time you go doctors appointment or apply for anything going the 2 to 3 hours thats common sense staff every helpful and real genuine but they need work on answering the phone
My review is on a mixed experience, Last week when I went in to the office I did not have to wait long at all and the supervisor I spoke with by the name of Chris Smith was very professional and courteous, he resolved my issue and went over and beyond to assist me, however calling in was a hassle i was on hold for 50 minutes and when someone finally got on the line she was rude and just hung up. I hope i dont ever have to call again I would prefer to go in the office. Poor phone service
I hate coming to this place with a passion. To the point where you almost just want to give up and say forget it. They have this one lady who works in the front name Bonita who starts her day off with two shots of negativity. No matter what time of day it is she has an attitude. She throws papers at you, she doesnt answer questions, she never knows the answers to anything just I dont know, and shes just ignorant and rude. Im not even sure why shes still employed there. She truly needs to be FIRED. Nothing is ever explained, you hand them paperwork and they throw you a receipt and say someone will call you. NEXT!! The staff thats supposed to *help* with the computers dont even know how to OPERATE computers and do nothing but complain about being ready go home!!! WHAT DO YOU DO ALL DAY BESIDE SIT THERE??This place is an absolute circus and it needs to be re-evaluated by the state. ZER0 stars!!
The workers are very unprofessional. They don’t even acknowledge you, meaning you could be standing at one workers’ window and that worker could be having a conversation (an unprofessional one “talking about clients”)and won’t even stop to see what you need. They move slow and they’re very rude

They do not answer the phone at all. Some of the workers are unprofessional. They do send your benefits fast though. But if you have remaining questions hopefully you have a car because the phone is a waste of time. Id been on hold for over 30 minutes before.
The people that work there are very nice, better then the other ones.thx.plus some of the clients have very bad tubes that come in that office
Mixed reviews.... I went in the office and got assistance right away, they are fast and friendly but my call in experience is a different story.. I call and call and no answer.. you just sit on hold for Long periods of time..

You would think that people handling your information, including the social security numbers of you and your family, that they would put a fax number up....let alone the correct one. The one that I found online is disconnected.

The people that work inside of this place are very RUDE.....instead of acting professional they act like they hate their job. There are many people who have worked for many years and may have fallen on bad times, and this does not give a person the right to treat you as if your just a number or speak to him or her in a tone that you would not like a person to speak to you. The Black Ugly lady... is very unprofessional I hope she is able to keep her position to whears she will never need any type of asst.
Literally been on the phone all freakin day since 9am trying to reschedule my interview and its 4:58pm now one person answered didnt say anything just hung up on me i called back again and still no answer just that same damn song they have when they have you on hold freakin annoying as hell i swear every person in there must be dead cuz not one of them answered my call freakin ridiculous poor service a failure to all people out there needing help with something they seriously need to fire every single one of them and hire people that are actually willing to work and do their jobs like they should and yes as i am writing this i am still on the damn phone waiting for one of these lazy a** people to answer my call i think Ive waited patiently enough ive got two kids ages 2-4 yrs that need my attention along with other sh**t i have to do today if it wasnt for me needing to reschedule i would of never called in the first place but seriously people get with the program and get it together otherwise quit your damn job you lazy a** f**ks thank you.
I am new to Dallas, Texas. I came to get government tempoary assistance.They are not attentive nor courteous. A few of us got left behind by not calling out our name, I have been sitting here over 3 1/2 hrs. They pulled a guy back that was here after me, go figure. Its almost, 5pm for these people. By the way, I am Hispanic too...I am going to make a formal complaint. Government, its a joke...

Worst place ever they gossip and talk right in front of you then if you say something they tell you they will not help you Ive been up here since 1pm and hopefully I leave at 4:10 yep all day process people that came in before me left before me they are trash I work and just need a little help they give me all attitude when I ask for a manager it gets worse there were only 20-25 people in here and they have all of their staff working it still took 3-5hrs to get them out n mind u they stop accepting people at 3:30p
They are very slow and unwilling to help in a real way. There is a real need to some people but the staff treats people like they all are lazy and trash.
I took all paper work into this office and Bonita Carter supposedly input my info in and faxed it, but they are saying that its not in the system.. She was very rude when she took my info as well..
I tried to call in for a simple situation and the phone range for over 15 minutes without an answer!

People at front desk is no help at all and rude when you call you are holding for hours seriously that is a shame all my information was entered wrong took forever to get my daughter on medicaid for her pregnancy the state really needs to come in and see whats going on behind close and with the phone
