This is the sorriest nail bar in Dallas maybe all of Texas. Today was my first and last time going. The acrylic on my nail are lumpy and unbalanced my pedicure is ok but not worth the cost. They really need to take the word BAR off the building. The have bottles of liquor and wine on the shelves but it is just for show. They only serve frozen lemon aid and soda. My total cost $124.00 for a full set and pedicure. Im not sure if you can see the lumps in the picture but trust me they are there. Save your money and bypass this one. I am so unhappy with the work.

This is not exceptable. They are more focused on getting people through- mistake going there. I wasnt placed under hand dryer amd in the 20 seconds it took to gwt to my car my polish began to slide off. i wi want my 20 dollars BACK!!!!

Very nice place. Quality of nails is A1. .they last 3 weeks or so and price is very much affordable. Staff are kind ..sometimes they like to convince you extra hard to get extra things . And they also do a excellent job with customer service. Free Slush alcohol drinks is the cherry at the top. Also they are even helpful when I bring my special needs child who is in a wheelchair. Definitely recommend 💅🏻😊

Send my sister to put nails to this place as a birthday present these people charged her $20 for extra service that they did not explain to me why and they took for . And 10 dollar of tip that she did not give them, this also happened with a cousin who went with her they also took $ 10 of tip that she didnt agree to give. be careful if you send young girls here because these people take advantage.

Customer Nail Bars customer service was awesome. I walked in and didnt have to wait long at all because they had enough staff to accommodate their clientele. Tommy did my nails EXACTLY the way I wanted them.

They got me in right before closing time on a Sunday and still took their time. Regular full set white tip $30 and a polish change $10. The salon also is very elegant looking. It was great.

My nails are beautiful and they are talented when it comes to nail design. I drove 20 miles because in my small town, the nail shops are not as good. 3 stars is because customer service is poor. They need to hire a manager who understands their client base. There were two escalated verbal customer complaints/issues during my visit. Those happened out in the open where all other customers could hear. Thats bad for business. People keep coming back because of the product, but I believe the caliber of clients will not improve until your customer service gets under control. That will also help with the negative reviews. To the extent it helps, I think the customers who complained had unrealistic expectations. Problem is I heard all about it.

Pretty good service and comfortable environment. My techs Nikki took her time on my manicure. I didnt get the name of the lady who did my pedicure,but she did a great job from start to finish.

Kelly did a great job. I got a manicure with gel polish and my toes polished. My cuticles were so dry. My hands were looking like I had been working in dust all day. Environment was clean. The drinks were refreshing. I will be returning.

Came here today, mind you I’m a frequent customer, to get a pedicure and a refill. The nail tech did my refill and I ended up being charged for a full set. They definitely lost my business today and I no longer will be coming back. IM HIGHLY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS ROBBED OUT OF MY MONEY. Don’t come here ! THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY MORE THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tony did my nails. 1st he took forever because he kept getting up to attend to people coming in. Then rushing to do my dip nails. A few days later the clear coat is coming off and nails are chipping off! Understaffed and poor quality of nails. Shouldve read the other reviews before going in as others are complaining of nails coming off.

Majority are very well mannered and have great skills, I request Anna as she’s my favorite and never lets me leave disappointed.

Very unprofessional!! Was my first and LAST TIME!!! Tim did my fill, and I got gel polish and it was very clumpy my shape was also horrible and he asked did I want them square I said yes and when I told him I didnt like the shape because they were not square he got mad after that he rushed putting the polish on I told the manager Tony I wasnt happy with my nails he had Tim fix them again and once again they looked horrible. So Tony got my shape back to life and by them filing them down so much my acrylic was so thin I asked if they could add some acrylic and they got mad and said I needed to pay for a full set. I didnt mind paying a little extra for the acrylic but I was not about to pay for a full set when they were the ones who had my nails thin from their mistake. I paid for service and I went to my regular nail shop TOP 1 Nails where they actually care and take their time.

I walked in at 7:10 pm on 7/30. I asked for pedi w/gel polish, manicure w/sns..OMG they did a HORRIBLE JOB. The guy tried to do sns without a manicure because he was rushing. I was visiting from Georgia but I will never visit the shop. I wish they could even give me my money back because my sns started chipping the next day. Smh I even tipped them. All in all they need more practice.

The quality of work was awful. I will not go here again. The gel polish was lumpy they left my finger nails with gel polish on my skin. It looks like a child painted my nails. I will have to soak off and go somewhere else to fix my nails

They were very aggressive with hands and feet and also the were shaking while ploshing both. And the gel polish chip on every nail I wasnt satisfied 😒 😑 😕 🙄

They can do decent nails but i wasn’t pleased with not listening to everything i wanted And rushing through it! The last part of the design is just sloppy and inconsistent and you can tell they rushed !! This set was for my BIRTHDAY, and i told The guy that. Idk if he’s Tim or Tony but either way I walked out unsatisfied and annoyed. The man literally slapped the white on and threw cuticular oil on me and ran away from the table

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!.....I GOT A NEW SET, WITHIN 2 WEEKS I HAD TO RETURN 3 TIMES BECAUSE MY NAILS WERE LIFTING THE MAN AT THE DOOR TRIED TO JUST PUT GLUE UNDER ONE WITHOUT FIXING IT, WHICH CAUSED A PULL AND LEFT A DEEP CUT IN MY NAIL. EACH TIME IT GOT WORSE. AFTER THE THIRD TIME I TRIED TO JUST DO A NEW SET BUT THE NEXT DAY TWO NAILS LIFTED AND MY FINGERS ON BOTH HANDS WERE SO SORE I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THEM TAKEN OFF....I would not ever go back or refer anyone here!

This is a place where there over priced and not friendly went got a fill and pedicure the one who told me the price Gave me one price then another lady wrong me up and tried to add $40 more had to call police and everything!! Make sure they speak English that’s where they try and get u!! Don’t go!

I just left from this place and its honestly over priced and the quality I recieved today was horrible. I will be getting my nails removed soon. I showed her exactly what I wanted and shape and she claimed it would come together at the end. Please just save your money! And go somewhere that listens! I honestly want my money back.

Went and got a mani pedi and my nail polish was uneven and messy... my toes looked ok but my polish didn’t even last 2 hours! They rushed through everything... waste of time and a waste of money...

My 6 year old daughter and I went and got manni and pedi and the same day my daughters polish was gone within 3 hours, we went skiing and all her polish was gone I spent 80 in that store that day went back for a refund even for a repolish and they refused stating that my daughter moved too much! This place is horrible I will never go back nor recommend anyone

Do not go here I accidentally gave these people 400 after I thought my bill was 386. However my bill was 286,after I realized my mistake I went back in and the lady lued saying I give them 300 but my son had seen me give them 400 and she put the rest in her pocket. I had a couple bandaged fingers and my tech was very gentle and gave me the best pedicure Ive had in a VERY long time.

When I noticed Custom Nail Bar I was really shocked I didn’t know it was there, they just built it. I went inside and talk about first impressions! I was taken. And they serve you drinks. I already have a fav her name is Sam and she did an amazing job on my nails she took her time did them just the way I like them.

The man that did my nails was in a rush and left them all uneven and thick and cut my index finger. He also began to clip all my nails without even asking so it was too late to say anything. I get dip because I like to grow out my natural nails.

Like how it looks but not enough workers waited over an hour for a pedicure. Love the different spa treatments just wish they would work on the wait.

Very nice establishment. Any question you have they will assist. They even offer you refreshments while you wait.
