Went in there this morning (10-30-20) for the first time and I was extremely satisfied. Great customer service. I went to purchase a new chain for my chainsaw and the counter guy couldn’t have been more helpful and down to earth. He even installed the chain for me. I will be visiting again for sure.

I just wanted to leave a review on customer service. I wasnt able to get a repair done by this company b/c its not mobile, but when the rep answered to day 7/2/20, it was a good business greeting, he had a cheerful voice (especially with everything thats going on in the country) and immediately advised me they were backed up until 6 weeks but would love to help if they could. If they were mobile and werent backed up, I would have booked their services. Its rare to get good customer service, especially over the phone these days, so when I run across that, I have to comment. Sadly, its a forgotten part of doing business these days.

I’ve used the Sharpening Shop several times to repair my push mower and weed eater and to purchase parts for my small engines. There were a few times that I had to wait up to 3 weeks for a part and I felt they were a little pricey at times, and I’ve had to wait longer than I should have, but the repairs that have been made have held up and I have not experienced and rudeness. I will continue patronize this shop until my customer service experience or the prices dictate I move on.

Although they didnt have the part I needed they have incredible customer service. I recommend it to anybody

Been there a few times they never got what i need first time they said they can order second a diferent guy i think is the owner he just said i dont have it he didn say he can order

If I could leave no stars I would. Owner is very disrespectful and argues with customers. Didnt communicate about blade sharpening prices! Charges me up the wall to sharpen small blades. Tells me to go somewhere else. I wont be back!!!

They are very rude and do not have any parts for lawnmowers they just want your money
