This place is the pits. They lose lawn mowers you bring in for repair and it takes two weeks for them to find.Took my one year old line trimmer in because the pull cord was stuck and the old man pulled the plug and put a few drops of oil in and told me to come back later. Went to pick up and was told I was not using the correct mixture of oil, the plug gap was bent, said the filter was dirty and other issues. The first time the plug was out was when he took it out. Charged me forty- nine dollars for for work I never requested with out advising me.I had to return it because it was vibrating up my arm and sounded like a tin can. He said again I was using a bad oil mixture. I had just changed out my oil.When I told him it was not doing that when I brought it in, he said get over it, thats just the way it is and it is an old trimmer.Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen.As I was leaving he said have a good dayand continued to smart mouth me as I was leaving.If you use them, all I can say is You were warned

They dont answer the phone and if they do answer they hang up on you

Very poor customer service, very poor auto service, and owner is very rude and shouldnt be running a business in the first place. They demand business, but does not care to be a successful and profitable business, by attracting customers, and providing a good attitude and good customer service.

High quality small engine repairs in respectable time frame.

They lost my dads edge trimmer, took his money and lawn mower and we have not been able to get in touch with them for months. They are never open during store hours and never answer the phone.

They didnt have the part I need and they just werent very friendly
