Cannot say enough good things about my experience! I worked with Marion who is AMAZING at what she does. She sought me out based on my online resume, went out of her way to meet with me for a pre-interview to ensure the assignment was a good fit, then she provided me with prep materials for my official interview with the hiring managers. She communicated so thoroughly through the entire process. If ever she wasnt available when I needed her (we did all of this during the Christmas and New Year holidays), her colleagues were always available or either she provided me her cell phone for contact. She and Aerotek as a whole have been very professional through the entire process. I was offered a fantastic career placement in less than 2 weeks from our initial contact. Highly recommend Aerotek!

Completely disorganized. Seems like a legit staffing agency with the fancy office up until they lose your important and sensitive documents, and fail to send correct emails. There’s not communication between offices at all.

Aerotek is a great staffing agency; they check on their staffs from time to time to ensure that they are doing okay. I have been working as one of their Engineering contractor for almost 4 years. Aerotek has been a great support to me on my job as a contractor.

Before I could start my assignment, I had some minor setbacks! But as far as my Rep Jasmyn, she is AMAZING! She responds back in a timely fashion! She listens to my concerns/questions! I absolutely enjoy working with her!

At first it started great. Got the job, but I never heard back from my recruiter who said that within a week on the job we would have lunch. That was in April ! Still haven’t had that lunch. But then company that I was placed with was a big disappointment as well . Don’t get me wrong the company as a whole seems great but looks can be very deceiving. I was let go after a female tried attacking me because she felt I was talking about her. But what’s funny is all of a sudden I’m the problem. No one spoke to me just let me go and the female is still on the job. No call fromAerotek (no surprise there, right) was never told by the company they were having issues with me. This company is good for just letting people go I have watched them fire a guy who was there on Monday and gone Tuesday!! They have get togethers and then fire a whole team (I was told this happened before I got there). They make it seem like everyone is welcome well that’s not the case. But thats besides the point I never had anyone in my corner this whole time. Still haven’t heard anything from Aerotek don’t really expect to. I mean I as look at the reviews most of them are great but guess what no response from the company thanking the people for the reviews. I am still at a loss for words and deeply hurt by the unprofessionalism by both companies. I must move on from this just make sure I make a better choice in choosing who I work for. I hope this helps anyone else thinking of using Aerotek. By all means it may turn out right for you just request a different location because the Duluth office is not it. I have tried getting previous co-workers in but of course no return call.

About every 6 months I get a call from a new representative that wants to get to know me. For years this has been a joke among my co-workers. The high turn-over rate is a sign there are deep issues regarding day-today life within Aerotek.The quality of the staff reflects Aerotek is reaping the consequence of that high turn-over rate. I told Kathleen Vann that the second most important quality in a job was a short commute. She submitted me to a position that would require me to be away from my home for 12 hours 4 days a week. She did this knowing I was not desperate for more job offers. She explained “I became blind-sighted to what you really wanted because your skills aligned with what Acuity wanted.”Aerotek is not your agent the way a realtor or lawyer represents your interest. They are more akin to the HR departments you are trying to avoid.

Aerotek delivers quality work assignments with reputable companies that people want to work with. I enjoy working with this company and the account managers keep it real with you from their first contact through day one on the job.

They Are very unprofessional, and do not follow up with yu once your on a contract, they make it seem like they will find u a permanent job and they don’t, they do no care about u at all and will blow you off real quick, if u are working for them I suggest u keep applying yourself because there help is not promised I worked with a recruiter and he got promoted and never told me about it while I was still out on a job reaching out to him seeing if he could find me something else never responded, and once it ended I would have been jobless if I didn’t take matters in my own hand !

I had the worst experience working with Aerotek ( Cues company in Buford ) and the staff is the biggest scam on earth, they never tell the truth. I got laid off after a month and I was told I was doing great.

I absolutely loved working with this specific aerotek. For almost two years i tried so many different temp agencies and this one was the only one that really worked with me. CJ Hoty was the best recruiter and was on top of everything. The same week i reached out to him he had me a interview and a job all in the same week. I am now currently a full time employee with the company i started working with through aerotek. Best experience I’ve had with any temp agency since I’ve moved to GA.

I have been working with Aerotek since October 2017. A representative contacted me, her name is Ambar. She saw my resume online and wanted to help me. I was working a dead end job and she told she could help me find a job in the scientific field. I have a bs in bio and I wasnt able to find a job in my field until she contacted me. About a week after our first phone call, she found me a great assignment, good pay and traveling wise extremely close. Didnt take long to start working at all. Because of aerotek I now have experience I wouldnt have if I didnt take that phone call. Getting back into the lab is just what I needed; I highly recommend this agency. Ask for Ambar Ramirez!

STAY AWAY FROM DULUTH BRANCH.worse worse recruiters ever! The gentleman that I was working with, did not do any thing (seriously anything) ! First of all he was trying hard to make me less confident to accept a low paying job! he told me you can make maximum $10-12 hour per hour. I was like Ok then, for the start point it is OK. Second of all he did not find any job for me. There were lots of companies in Georgia in my major of study. But he was so unable to contact to at least one of them! He could not introduce any opportunity for me. I sent him emails to update him about my resume and try to keep him update but he refused to answer to my calls and emails!!

This experience was the worst. They dont advocate for the employee or investigate anything the employer says. I worked an assignment that was, and Id hate to say it, racially biased. Many African American people were let go because of numbers. However, some other ethnicity who didnt have the numbers or the attendance were able to keep their jobs. When asked the reason behind being let go, the recruiter told so many lies, when none of them were the reason at all. I personally will not be trying them again. Its been too many POC going through the same thing with this staffing agency.
