Raheem the barber takes care of my son at least twice per month! My son always leaves happy, and if hes happy Im happier! Raheem also gets customers in his chair quickly! As a single mom with always several things to do in a day, I love when my time is valued! I in turn express my gratitude by tipping him well over 20% of my sons service!

The guy is a clown. Im not sure why they are allowing him to tarnish their brand. I would never make the mistake of allowing him near my head again.

My husband and I always get a great cut! The guys are all very competent and friendly barbers. They give you the exact cut you want with a little added flair of their own individual style if you let them. I feel safe because they all wear masks and gloves as well. They usually have the tv on and some nice music playing. I like that they are all respectable in their dress, demeanor and conversation. No foul language from them or the music they play. I give much respect for that! ❤

I love this barbershop! The shop is well maintained and barbers are very professional. Raheem has been cutting my son’s hair for over a year now and my son loves it. He is great with small children. Very patient with kids and welcoming to all of his customers. I am always in and out very quickly with a quick call ahead. I get a fade from here EVERY TIME. And EVERY TIME I make sure now I only go to Will. whenever I get a fade, he makes sure I am looking crisp as hell, and ready to tackle meetings, dates, you name it! My first visit i got the works (fade, line up, beard trim, etc.) and got great results, and dropped a good tip. My second visit was today, and since the beard is gone now, just got my fade and line up. Phil took good care of me! Highly recommended.

Professional barbers and environment. Recently moved to the area and every encounter has been wonderful. Not to mention they SAVED my baby hair after i tried to give him a fade at home. Not kid friendly well toddler friendly but my seven year old love it.

Previously had a great experience with John per referral - both in cut and customer service. Returned today to learn he was gone. They said they could still take care of my son. I specifically asked if anyone was able to do my son’s type of hair (mixed texture). They said someone would get me. They did not tell me who. Needing my son’s hair cut, I decided to give whoever a try. I then waited patiently and watched them finish and start others’ services. It was not busy and several barbers were doing nothing while I waited. I waited an hour. Finally, someone entered, without any appointment or any relationship, and got seated immediately. Still no word to me about who I was even waiting for. So I left. I expect to wait at any barbershop, especially on a Saturday, but whether it was the nature of my son’s mixed hair, the fact that he’s 4, or I’m a woman, I don’t know, but the lack of customer service was borderline disrespectful. I won’t be returning to give them any of my money again.

Hands down best barbershop in the Duluth area. All barbers seem to do great work. My barber BIG MIKE is always on point. Never been let down, and he always have me looking fresh. This barber is very professional. Everyone is really cool, and you feel right at home.

The two stars is only for the decor of the establishment which was really nice. My review is based on my experience with the barber, Justice. My entire experience with him was super unprofessional, he approached smelling like tobacco (a stench I had to endure the entire time while getting my haircut). He was a friendly guy but his excessive cursing and vulgar storytelling was very off putting. He discussed how in the past he used to mess clients heads up when he first started and I guess some things never change. I requested a simple cleanup to my taper and lines on each side. When I first looked in the mirror, I noticed that the lines weren’t even on each side and he tried to “fix it” but ended up just making the line thicker on one side. When I initially saw the back of my hair in the shop, I initially thought it looked nice, then upon further inspection when I got home I saw that he didn’t razor that properly as well (it was super jagged). So he needs to work on his precision, detailing and overall razor skills. If you look at the cut from a distance it looks fine, but upclose it’s a nightmare to someone who’s a stickler about detail. If you plan on coming here and want design work done with a razor, I would not recommend him. Will not be returning.

Big Mike is a professional barber very impressed on my style of cut. Given that I have a unique grade of hair. Plus not everyone can line you up with a razor anymore and not make you bleed.

This barber shop looked like it would be good, but not for spanish or caucasian guys. Three of us went in and quickly realized, while in the chairs, that we were not going to leave happy. The barbers obviously can only cut one type of hair. Each of us had a different barber and all three of us left unhappy with basic cuts. The fades were uneven, they never even cut the tops of our hair, as if all three barbers were scared to. The one dude put in a hard part as requested but it was crooked as hell and in the wrong place on my scalp. None of the men could do a proper fade on us. My barber held a blow dryer in his hand and blew hot air onto me the entire time he tried to fade me. It was quiet odd. I basically sat with my eyes closed the whole time because it was way too much. Sadly, lesson learned and each of us lost $45 for basically a trim ups that we could have given each other at home for free. They didnt even use a razor to trim our beards, I had to go home and shave my face properly. We would of appreciated this place more if they were just honest and said they could only cut one type of hair.

I’ve been coming to this place for about two yrs and sad to say my family of 9 will never be back. There are some pretty talented barbers in this place. However “Big Mike” isn’t one of them. Apparently the basketball game that was on today was more important than him paying attention to my son. He cut the inside of his ear TWICE in two different locations. I paid and tipped as I always do. Getting into the car is when my son made me aware. I go back and inform him that he cut my son. He denies it as of my son could have cut himself. I then ask him for something to put on the cut. He suggest alcohol. I explained my son couldn’t use alcohol(allergic). He then starts to scream at me across the barber shop. “What do you want? What do you want?” Everyone of course turned to see this psychotic display. I was appalled to say the least. It’s disheartening that my once amazing review has come to this.

My son asked for a bald fade and returned home with a even cut that wasnt even faded correctly but the barber justice says he has been cutting hair for 20 years🤣🤣😂only if I could upload these pictures 16 year old paid 20 for a even haircut wow !! can the owner please contact me i have pics for proof

First Class Service EVERY time!

This was my first time here. I had a 10 oclock appointment with Rico. I believe the owner said he was on his way. 15 minutes passes and he still is not there. On top of that while me and my 9 year old son wait there is a movie on showing a man getting oral sex from a woman. So I Tell my son lets go. While we get in the car the owner comes out and says he has another barber that can do my sons hair and he would cut the movie off. So I stay and let him do it and he messes my sons hair up. While my son is getting his hair butchered Rico the barber who was suppose to cut my sons hair comes strolling in at 10:45. Needless to say he never apologized. The only satisfaction out of the situation was the owner didnt charge me for the cut. Whoever the barber is in the first chair avoid him at all costs because he cannot cut. Friendly just not the professionalism I heard about.

I’ve been following the barbers at Professional Cut Creatorz for over 10 years and there is no other barbershop that compares to the level of skill and professional they have. I have and will continue to refer everyone I know this this place.

Moved to Atlanta in May, was referred to this place by a friend. The cuts were good while they lasted. The price is reasonable. My only problem was with “John Da Barber”..... ok, anyway so I always scheduled my appointments by the website and for the most part he was on time but there were times when he wasn’t. It was no big deal because I always scheduled my haircuts around my free time so I waited. The two times when he blew me off were really major times in my life and I actually NEEDED him - once on June 12th I had to fly out of town for my wife’s baby shower and again on Monday September 24th I had to go out of town on business. John text me a couple hours before to cancel and not once did he offer to discount a haircut or anything. My old barber gave free haircuts for missed appointments for “personal days” the overall shop is good just don’t rely on “scheduled appointments” because they don’t always go as planned. Weird.
