My stylist was awesome I showed her a picture of the undercut design I wanted and she without hesitation was ready to take on the challenge of shaving it into the side of my head she did an amazing job I was super pleased with it would definitely recommend this place

Was there wednesday. Usually go to the mall location figured I’d try this one since it’s closer to my home. Girl was nice but states that was the better location to go to and got home and realized she missed a chunk of Hair that was about an Half an inch to an inch longer then the rest of my hair. Was able to fix it myself. Rest of the experience was as usual and just fine. Not opposed to returning, stuff happens.

I do not recommend this place! online check in was closed. So I tried calling their number multiple times to inquire about how the haircut process is due to the current covid-19 situation and I couldnt get ahold of anyone. I then had to walk in the store and inquire about it that way since I had no other way to contact them. I was rudely told by a female employee that they dont answer their phones and that they shut down the online check in. I was pretty much scolded because I didnt have a mask when the website clearly states they have masks for people that dont have one. Very rude service!

Awsome if you havent been go. staff was friendly and easy to talk to. They were smooth and efficient. Also the head massage was very relaxing.

Literally the worst place to go for your haircut. Edward scissor with Parkinsons would do a better job. I dont know who my barber was but Im not sure if she even worked there. O ended up looking like a diet Willy Wonka it was terrible.

If I could give them a lower review, I would. We went in there and specifically told them what we wanted, even showed a picture, and she completely butchered his hair. Nothing like the picture at all. We said not to shave his hair, just a trim. She shaved it. Every time we go to a Sports Clips they wreck his hair. And what we are asking isnt hard to do. Hire better cutters, Sports Clips. Will NEVER go to a Sports Clips again.

We have been to many different locations in Duluth and this was our first time here. We wont be back. I have a 12 and 9 year old. My 12 year old son who has special needs. His hairstylist has had no experience with working someone with him to no fault of her own. However I was disturbed with the fact she wouldnt speak directly to him and ask for the task she needs from him to complete his hair cut. She read his profile 2 on the sides and finger length on top with a harsh part to confirm my expectation.He ended up looking like a 2 all over with no part. She didnt finish his haircut with product either. Due to his age I paid more for him.My 9 year old same cut different stylist was given the great service the exact cut we asked for and styled with product. And his was less expensive. As someone who worked behind the chair for multiple years . This was not the inability to do hair but just someone who was in a hurry didnt want to take the extra 5-10mins and wanting to get to the next client. Unfortunate this why salons get the reputation as a chop shop.

I have no problems getting exactly the style I want and the employees are all very friendly.

We had another awful experience! My son loves to go here because he can watch sports while he waits and during his cut. we showed a picture of what he wanted and discussed the cut, and what my son ended up with was NOTHING like what we wanted! She gave him a cut that has to be styled everyday (not great for a 6 year old) and that doesnt work with his hair texture. It is now an unmanageable hair style

Good service. Staff are friendly and get you in and out in a timely manner. Does get busy on the weekends so check in online before you go there to save yourself some time.

A free upgrade with the first visit was a great way to start my experience and on return visits they keep track of how you like your haircut so I dont have to explain every time I go. Service is always great and pleasant, would recommend to everyone.

When you walking into Sports clips at bluestone it is like playing a game of Russian roulette. They always have one person giving expedited uneven haircuts. Only go there if kayla is cutting your hair. Otherwise go at your own risk.

Im not into putting down on the places Ive visited two, but for someone who doesnt often go to the barber because of anxiety I have to comment about this place. Never having ever been to a sports clips haircuts, I didnt know what to expect. I walked in and was greeted but was never approached thus I didnt know the procedures for signing yourself in so I sat and waited my turn. Realizing I was being over looked in the order of who it showing up I spoke up. Thankfully The man who showed up after me spoke up and said it had been my turn. The barber helping me was annoyed with the inner action that happened and proceeded with awkward and never heard questions about how Id like my hair to be cut in her consultation. Feeling rushed through this haircut, which was another thing Ive never experienced at a barber before because thats something you shouldnt rush through getting your haircut. Wasnt pleased and doubt Ill ever go back to the spot again though I know other barbers there may be more than adequate. The haircut was fine but with a few mistakes.

Went with my boyfriend to get his hair cut and we had an awful experience. We had to wait about 10 minutes for 1 of the 2 workers to be done with their client, which is understandable. Once my boyfriend got called over to be next, the lady who cut his hair acted like she had no clue what she was doing. She asked what he wanted and he explained a shorter cut and how he wanted the sides and top to look. She still questioned him about 3 more times about what he wanted before she started the hair cut.After the hair cut they got up and came over to me and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look as if she didnt like the work she did, but then proceed to sayOh it looks fine, doesnt it? No it did not look fine. She botched his hair cut! It looks noticeably messed up. A few spots all around look like a little kid took a pair of scissors and chopped random spots of hair off.Not to mention, the way she was acting during the hair cut. To say at the least she was the most unprofessional hair dresser we have ever witnessed.Isnt sports clips suppose to SPECIALIZE in mens cuts ??Never going there again. & Going back to get a refund!

We were up for a mini vacation and the fiances kids needed a cut. They were professional and attended to exactly what he wanted. We left very satisfied and happy with our experience there!!

My first time in to Sport Clips was a great experience. I was given a complimentary upgrade to the shampoo, massage etc. and my haircut was exactly what I was looking for. My stylist gave me exactly what I was looking for.

Get ride of the timer if you are unable to cone close to the estimated wait time. First estimated time was 23 minutes...been 30 minutes, and now adjusted to another 15 minutes.Third time this happened.Very disappointed customer
