Really great haircuts. You can walk in or make an apt. You can sign your name and leave your number and go walk around in the mall. They will text ya when they are ready for ya. Staff is friendly. Ive had 3 different dudes cut my hair. All did a great job.

I dont have to say anything bad about the place because I called to set up an appointment only for a hair lining and the cost was over $30 bucks!! I have the 💰 to spend but I can get it cheaper in St Paul and at Bamstyle! Mall rentals!! I understand!!

I brought my son in for a haircut, this was our first experience here. While getting his hair cut, the stylist was on his phone half of the time, very unprofessional. And with his haircut, he got several razor burns on the back of his neck, that he complained hurt. When you spend $33.00 on a haircut for a teen, this is ridiculous. We will not be back!!

Great place to get a haircut whether it be a normal cut, fade, whatever they work with every kind of hair. They take their time and go over their work more than once. They take pride in their cuts. I’ve been coming here for a year now and won’t go anywhere else.

WORST haircut experience I’ve ever had. The guy doing my hair didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut it way to short. He also couldn’t even make the length of my hair even on both sides. They watched a movie the whole time I got a haircut so it took extra long. He also rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to take a little bit more off.

Came in to shop to get a cut dude told me he had a 1030 appointment, then i see the same barber out talking on phone when his so called appointment was suppose to be there. I find that to be unprofessional. I will take my money elsewhere. Wish i could give it zero stars.

I got my haircut here and got a bald fade which looked more like a buzz cut. There were lots of in even and uncut spots left in my hair it’s not symmetrical.. it took an hour and four interrupting phone calls just for me to be unsatisfied

They cut my hair uneven and messed up my fade, while the barber was cutting my hair he got distracted and cut my hair a solid 2 inches shorter than I had asked.

Not sure who giving them 5 stars but they don’t take their time to fade you up right. They are suppose to be top notch black barbers in from the cities to get these gentlemen right but more then once Ive had my guy come out there with a bogus cut he could get at cost cutters from a basic Cosmetologist!!! Lazy!

A real Barber Shop. The barbers are friends when you go there, very professional. Its absolutely the only real barber in town. Youd have to travel to the twin cities to get something comparable.

Barber was too aggressive on the back of my neck and I have a rash from the clippers. If you want a good haircut, with a fan blowing in your ears or face (unable to hear a word anyone is saying) and greasy/uncleaned clippers cutting your hair; Go for it.

Sent my 15 yr old and it cost 40.00? 35.00 for cut and he gave a 5.00 tip Way too expensive

Probably one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in a barbershop sofar. The employees were rude and unprofessional the clippers were dirty. The barber that I had cut one side of my hair differently then the other and while I was getting my haircut they turned the radio up super loud and tried to speak to my girlfriend and she couldn’t hear anything they were saying. One of the barbers was rude to every customer that walked in. He was very combative and argumentative with all of the customers who came in including me. I ignored him but I definitely noticed his rude attitude towards me and the other customers. If you want good customer service and a good haircut please do not come here expecting that. Just go to Bams they give great haircuts and grate customer service.

My boyfriend got a haircut from here over a month ago and still has a rash on the back of his neck due to the barber being aggressive with the razor. Most disappointing haircut he’s had especially for the price. The barber also did not listen to how he wanted it. Concerned about the skin condition he was left with since getting his hair trimmed here, bumps won’t go away and going to need to see a doctor to treat them.
