Andrew, the new store manager for this location, is outstanding. He took care of my needs as a priority knowing that I had to go to work within the same hour as bringing my car to them. He is a great addition to this place. I have been here a lot within the last few months and will continue to come back. Doug is a great assistant to him too. Come here for any needs! They make it quick and easy at a great, fair price.

I hit a curb and busted my tire. It’s closing time but Mo, the guy who’s working there at the time, was extremely kind and helpful. We called and he said he could help us put on the spare, free of charge. Eventhough the shop was closing, when we get to the shop he was very welcoming and help us out in a very positive manner. Employee of the year you guys!!!!

Came in today to get a new set of tires on my suv. Talked with Morris Banks about the tires he set up everything and when I arrived he took the car right in and got everything taken care of for me. Was completely satisfied with the service. Would recommend family and friends to go in and get any service done with Morris banks he is the best

Good service... The website quoted me a special that it didnt honor in the initial quote, but the gentleman at the counter was able to adjust and get my $100 discount without issue. Tires were not in stock, but they were able to quickly procure them from a nearby store in time for the original appointment time. Quoted prices for other services were also very reasonable, so if car needs brakes, struts, etc, they can take care of you.

This place is excellent, and the gentleman named Mo was friendly and very accommodating. He took his time and explained to me the issues I was having with my car. I will be returning for service.

I have to say, Ive been burned in the past by tire companies but today changed everything. Mo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I needed without trying to pressure me into services I did not need. Thanks Mo!! You now have a loyal customer.

What a Day to get a flat! But in my eyes view Mavis Tires & Brakes was right there to help! Both Mo & Cory were excellent in there great customer service, they got me in and out within a half flat! Had a sidewall bubble that I needed to get replaced ASAP before I left out of town last minute at 9 AM on a Friday. I was a little hesitant to visit a new tire shop other than my usual but I didnt have many choices. Walter helped me get two tires replaced in less than an hour and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience overall and the staff was helpful from start to finish on the phone too.

Bought tires for years here when it was Kauffman Tire and was nervous about the change to Mavis. First tire purchase from this Mavis location was in October, 2020. Found a nail in one of those tires and drove it right over to Mavis where they got my car back ASAP and got me out of there as quickly as possible:) Highly recommend! Friendly staff, great service!!

Another nail in tire story...this one worked out real good thanks to the mechanics at Mavis tire in Duluth. They not only patched the hole, but also ran all the checks on the tpms system and batteries, and set the tire pressure on all tires. The staff was very professional with all the customers and I did not have a long wait. Thanks!!!

Had a huge nail in my tire and needed a patch/plug repair. My dad is a mechanic and recommended Mavis Tires & Brakes due to their great tire repairs. Walter and Greg were very friendly and helpful, and did a very thorough inspection on what maintenance they recommended I get done. No pressure sale, and was good to know. The repair was very quick and I would be back here for any future repairs or tire replacements.

This is definitely the worse place ever they gave me what I thought were new tires (and they weren’t cheap) and I continue to have problems with my back tiresWent to get a plug for one of my tires and they claimed they couldn’t do itWent to another tire shop and they were able to do it no problem yet I had to pay which is crazy because I GOT THE TIRES HERE ! Every time I come I’m there for hours I’m not even sure they know what appointments are, my back tires now don’t even register to my cars system so I never know if the pressure is low and one of the tires needs to be changed, crazy you pay over $200 for tires and everything starts to mess up !Overall horrible companyThere’s nothing that could change my mind
