They fixed brakes & replaced tires on our 36 yr-old Winnebago Cl-A camper. And did a good job @ reasonable price! Other places could-not work on it due to door height clearance issues.

I have always been satisfied by the excellent service I have received from a East End Auto. They have serviced my car many times over the last few years. This time they removed rusted running board off my car. Many other services they provide, I have used for them to keep me safely on the road.

Called for an alignment on my GMC 07, truck. The crew had it up on the rack and informed me, it needed upper/lower ball joints, which had a warranty with an out of town mechanic. To make a long story short, I am taking it back to East End Auto for the alignment, after allowing me to reschedule a few times. What a great business to work on every aspect of service. Recently bought tires from East End, and had a great experience. Brian was great to talk to on the phone and helped me make an informed decision on what tires to go with. When we picked our vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to see the snow tires (on rims) they took off were already wrapped in plastic ready for storage. Also our dash was cleaned off and wiped down, it is always nice to receive service above and beyond and you can get that here at East End Auto.

They clearly explained everything and what my options were, and I really appreciated that. Replaced a cylinder coil and a belt at a good price. Highly recommend.

Kari with dispatch was extremely professional, knowledgeable, diligent and thoughtful as I was quite shaken up after a close call on an icy road. She made me feel as though I was in good hands. I genuinely feel as though she cared for my safety which is what I needed more than anything at that moment. When the tow truck driver/ operator (Shane, I believe) showed up he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He got me back on the road quickly and safely. Awesome staff and great people.

Great people! I am used to vague answers and wondering if I could trust repair shops, but they gave me a second quote, took me to my car and explained in detail what my car needed, why it needed it, and what would happen if I continued to drive it as is. They are honest, patient, and detailed oriented. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me to get there, I highly recommend!

I had locked my keys in my car the night before and had my roadside assistance try to get someone out to help me. It took 2 hours to get a response of them not coming. I rescheduled for the next morning as it was already past midnight. Luckily, they chose East End who arrived almost too early. The driver was kind, talkative, and knowledgeable about what needed to happen. I had my keys in a matter of minutes and was on my way. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again, but I have an idea of who I should call.

We took our older Dodge diesel in for some major repairs. They addressed and remedied each of our concerns. I really liked that they called with their findings and progress keeping us well informed. I highly recommend them for servicing vehicles.

I called for help starting my car and getting unstuck. Very kind on the phone. Bonus, the truck arrived in 10 minutes! And so kind! Competitive rate, imo, $108 for getting me going. Worth it! If ever I need help again, I will be calling East End.

My elderly mother lives in the country and had a low tire. We were trying to limp it into town to where she has a warranty. When it looked like the tire might not make it she pulled over at their shop and the guys there were kind and filled her air.

I took one of our 2001 Nissan Pathfinders in to have the brakes checked on all four wheels. It took less time than they estimated. I think the work was done by a big older gentleman who must have had a lot of experience. I also learned more about brake pads and rotors. After 70,000+ miles the brakes were 70% worn in front and 10% worn in back but the rotors were warped, which I knew. Cost for inspection was only a reasonable $31. Dont need brakes yet and continue to bring our vehicles to East End for service since we moved here 10 years ago. Have always felt comfortable dealing with East End with reasonable pricing and competent service. Never had any incompetent service. Had our other 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, now with 162,000 miles, front brakes replaced here a few years ago and they continue to perform much better than the original brakes, thanks to higher quality brake pads.

EXCELLENT service from Jon at East End Towing for the 3RD time in a row!! He was EXTREMELY nice and courteous and through and they were able to diagnose my vehicle and change my battery right outside my house (in SUB-zero temps) and saved me a tow to the garage. Very honest and friendly!!

East End Auto has been my local place to go for auto/diesel repairs for the last year, and I dont have any plans of changing. They have always provided honest diagnosis and estimates, took the time to explain the problem(s) and costs before doing the work, and treated me very well. They respect a loyal customer, which is not very common in todays commercial industry. Most non-dealership affiliated shops do not have the knowledge or tools to repair personal diesel vehicles, but East End does and they do a great job!

I have a 2003 4runner with hydraulic suspension. I did my own research and found a retrofit solution to convert to traditional performance shocks. Ended up costing me $975. They decided that I was wrong about which bearing needed to be replaced so they replaced the left rear bearing instead of the front right bearing. Then while they were doing that they had to grind off a busching that was rusted together. That cost more money to fix. Then something still wasnt right and they went after one of the control knuckles in the front. Finally they called me and told me it was done but it was still making noise, so I asked them to check the front right bearing again(which is what I asked for originally) and they decided that was where the noise was coming from. So $975 later I got my car back

I was towed from the Tavern Parking Lot earlier today.I tried to reason with the gentlemen to do a financial plan and pay it off monthly, but he said it was pay the whole $240 today or suffer $30 increments on top per day.As a college student without a lot of financial backing, thats a huge hit to the wallet and honestly a robbing of a broke college student and his pursuit to better himself.Im Pissed!
