I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation for my Equinox. I was also having trouble with a tire pressure sensor. The folks at Rick Hendricks Duluth got me in and out in less than an hour. I was well pleased!

Not a good experience, they blew my tire and replaced with a new one with out telling me, I found out my self after leaving the dealership and had to come back, not my car doest feel the same when driving.

I bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Cruze a year ago from them and have spent over $2,000 in repairs since having it. It was an $8,000 car. I have broke down 6 times. It is the worst car ever. It has caused me so much stress. Never knowing if I will make it to work or my destination. I shouldnt have to feel that way. It is a pretty car, but it sucks underneath the hood. They claim they do an inspection of the car before selling, but that must be a lie. If they actually thoroughly inspected the car, I wouldnt have had to spend thousands in repair. So far Ive replaced the water pump, Ive had 5 thermostats, a new catalytic converter, zigzag hose that goes from the thermostat around the back of the engine, a new fuse block, and it needs a new intake manifold. It is a money pit. Dont buy here. You will regret it.

Took my car in for a check engine light, they fixed it and I get my car back really late (not to much of a big deal). Not even a couple hours later the light comes back on again. I take the car back to get looked at in the morning and with no updates at all during the day I call to see if theres any updates (at this point its been there almost all day and theyre gonna close soon). They say they dont know and havent figured it out and that theyll call me later with an update. They never called and car is kept overnight. I call the next day with still no update. I take my car back because I have kids and cant risk them keeping my car overnight again. Im hopefully thinking that I atleast paid all that money for some type of fix my car needed. Employees were nice just wish there was more communication.
