Great work! Diagnosed my daughters car in 5 minutes, replaced exhaust system (completely blocked) all codes gone, passed emissions and gas mileage back to normal. This will be my go to repair shop!

Ive given this place my business several times out of convenience. I do not feel that I was treated kindly as a person of color but they dealt with me the first two times so they could take my money. On the third visit, after waiting two days for my car to be repaired I was told that he didnt know when the car would be ready (for me to plan accordingly to come pick it up) and that he didnt know what I wanted from him. He then told me he didnt have to fix my car and proceeded to hang up on me. The only thing I asked this man was when my car would be ready. He proceeded to raise his voice and tell me that he did not have to fix my car. As if he was doing me a favor by me giving him my hard earned money. All I needed was an alternator. Since when is a company unable to give a time estimate? Since when is that too much to ask? Do not take your car here if you have a time frame, if you are a person that ever asks a question, or if you are of color.

First time visiting. Called in day before needing service and they got me in and out within the next day. Price quoted was the price paid and very reasonable. Even got a call a few days later to make sure everything was fine. Happy customer.

Took car in for an oil change. Oil change done. No sales pressure to change filters or do repairs. Sent my daughter there next. Her car needed repairs but again no pressure. Just matter of fact! Highly recommend.

I took my car to this shop coming from another bad bad experience shop and I spent 800 for two wrong diagnosis . Finally I took the car to a third shop where the problem was found and fixed for free . I called the owner and explained . He was super rude and hang the phone on my face . No lie . They might be good but now that good . B careful !

Ive had two cars that Ive taken to Jeff over the years. Brake work, engine work, preventive car, etc. Jeff is quite knowledgeable, very friendly, amiable, and beyond. Hes my go to and I couldnt recommend his shop more highly.

Went there a couple months ago to get my front brakes installed rotors. They charged me 400. Not knowing my back brakes were bad they didn’t even check them when they change my front onesI went back back up there to see what’s going on and they don’t warranty there work and wanted to charge me extra to do it again any company who changes brakes should check all brakes before giving truck back. Worst company scams bad company

I have been taking my vehicles to Automotive Specialists for many years. I feel that they have done excellent work and are very honest. A lot of my neighbors also have their cars serviced there as well.

Replaced water pump and serpentine belt. No hassle and no games with the price. Truck was done within 6 hours.

These people dont have a clue. They had my car for 3 days. They changed a ignition module. Doubled the price on me. It was my fault, because I didnt know how much they cost. It still had no power while driving. That was the reason I took it to them. They suggested spark plug wires. They wanted to change for 300 dollars. REALLY... I changed them myself. 65 dollars. Car runs great. By the way they charged 700 dollars. 477 dollars for module, 176 for labor. This thing is so simple to replace. 212 dollars online. I understand they are in business to make a profit. But mark the part up 2X the price. SMH... It was going to cost me 1000 dollars if I would let them do everything. A 65 dollar fix, fixed my car. Their diagnostics couldnt figure that simple fix out???? To add insult to injury. They broke my inside door lever to open the door. I couldnt get out. Took it back for them to fix and the lady at the desk tried to say it was messed up when I brought it in. No it wasnt. I made them fix it. Never going to them again. I suggest the same for anyone who is considering going here.
