After a hiccup with trying to get my car towed. They were very professional and kept in touch the entire time while they had my car. They had my car for two weeks due to an accident. Body work and paint look amazing. Thank you!

I had to take my pathfinder to service king after we hit a deer. From the moment I called them to the moment I got back my car they were professional, very friendly and kept me informed daily of the progress and any updates (issues and resolutions) that pertain to the tinlely delivery of my car. They actually delivered my car she’d of schedule and that was even during holiday time and Having less workers due to Covid restrictions. I can honestly say This shop is great.We absolutely love the service and customer attention that was given by everyone (specially Richard and Jeff) provided throughout the whole process. they made our experience extremely comforting giving us daily updates on our car. Would wholeheartedly recommend Service King time and time again.

Very friendly staff that were super helpful. Helped me navigate process in filing a claim with insurance. They work in cooperation with Enterprise car rental so everything is nice and smooth. Work was done in an extremely quick matter- 2 days for them to receive a bumper and replace. I would recommend them for bodywork of any kind. Guy that worked with me was awesome.

Well I tried to order custom bumpers but they do not them so I would say my experience there was not good couldnt say they was a bad company because I never got work done there I would think if you do body work you should do all types of body work so my experience there was four or five
We had our Toyota van repaired that was like new. They put a sub par hood that has faded... They were nice all the while putting in sub standard parts!! It has been to long for any recourse... All so All State could save a buck!! Beware consumer!!
I had a wonderful experience with Service King in Duluth. They are extremely responsive and provide quality work. Im very detailed and they exceeded my expectations with a major repair on my 2013 Grand Cherokee. Dont hesitate to use these guys.

The gentleman was nice. The lady at the front desk didnt even acknowledge me. Like Ill be with you in a moment. When the guy finished the call he helped me. My car was a lost so there was no work done on my car.
If I could give negative stars I would. I got my car repaired their recently. A car my wife drives. I had my glove box locked. My wife doesnt know how to lock the glove box. If you know Audis, you know that it takes a special key to open the glove. A couple of days after we got the car home, I went to check the glove, just to make sure it had not been tampered with. IT WAS UNLOCKED, AND......MY HANDGUN WAS MISSING. It had to have been opened with the key (that is inside the remote). I went back up there to voice my complaints and the receptionist IMMEDIATELY went into defense mode. NO....couldnt have been us, we dont go into glove boxes. No apology, or remorse. She put it off on the car wash people. She said they had it been sent down the street to a Squeakys car wash for detailing. So, I went there. I spoke with the manager who said that HE was the one who washed my car and ensured that he did not go into the glove at all. He remembered my car and thought I was bringing it back for a re-wash. He said that he would have the owner get back with me asap since he was not there and it would be worked out. That was the last I heard of either of them.
I am an employee at this shop so I might be a little biased but I am telling you, Service King does great work! The work is guaranteed for life and that makes a big difference. I may just sweep the floors here and keep the place clean but it really is a great place to get your car fixed.
I spoke with a representative in Service Kings Tesla department yesterday and she assured me that they do Tesla repairs at this location. Today the technician onsite tells me that they do not and that I would have to pay for it to be towed to their Woodstock location for them to do the repairs there. Nothing against the technician, but the their Tesla expert last night lost me as a customer. I cant tow my car all over Georgia trying to find which of their locations can help me.If Service King had offered to pay for the towing to the right location (since it was their fault for giving me the wrong info), Id say great, lets proceed. But when a business doesnt own up to its mistake and doesnt do everything in its power to make it right- that I will not abide. Im taking my business elsewhere and advising friends and family to stay away from Service King.
I was not impressed with their work. Multiple things were not done correctly and I had to take it back to be corrected. The estimate itself was suspicious as it had glass parts listed and no glass was damaged or replaced. Forget communicating with them via e-mail. They completely ignore e-mails. Based upon my experience, I cannot recommend them.
This service center is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They do fantastic work and restored our Acura MDX to NEW!TRAVIS THOMAS at this location is an HUGE ASSET to Service King!!! ASK FOR HIM!
Love this place have gotten my car fixed here twice and it was an amazing job looks brand new, my mom got her Range Rover fixed here too, and we have referred a lot of our friends, always outstanding serivce and good price.
Great customer service, kept me posted of repair status very often and was completed a day early.
The thing I dont like about this place was the different between their initial estimate vs final cost. I heard people comment about this similar problem, and was debating of taking my car there or not. But, I did because I was told by Allstate. They quoted me the lowest price compare to the others so I can sign the contract, left my car there and rent a car rental. They then turned around later and called me to claim more damages that also need to adjust which double increase the cost. It was late to take my car back and didnt want to go through all the process again so I let them do the job. Althought the cost was covered by Insurance company, I brought the paperwork to other collision places to review and all of them said this place overcharged the price.
Just got my truck back after them having it for more than a MONTH literally, from september 15th to today which is november 3rd.. Didnt detail it, not only that but i recieved it back with the service engine light on AND my tire pressure meter needs service, which was not the case prior to it being towed there. Now i have to waste more time to have them correct their mistake. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this company.
I never feel strongly enough to write a bad review but for this one I do. This location completely did work incorrectly. I will NOT be going here again and would not recommend anyone going here. I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE GO HERE . The service is bare minimum and they did an extremely bad job on my car. I had an accident and had my bumper replaced as well as painted here. First they took longer than they told me they would. Second there was a dark soda that spilled all over during the accident and when I picked my car up it was still all sticky and stained on the inside. I had to take it back to be detailed and then it was still not completely sticky free. Most importantly my bumper paint started chipping about two weeks later. It slowly but surely continued to chip away more and more. I noticed it looked like a brand new plastic bumper underneath and thought to myself that it seemed to have been painted incorrectly but I am not a painter. I finally took it to Maaco to have the bumper repainted. After having my bumper repainted and paid for the employees and the Manager at Maaco asked where I had it painted prior. They stated that the bumper was not sanded or primed like it should have been. They said that it was literally a new plastic bumper with paint slapped on which is why the paint was chipping like that. The Manager at Maaco said he shouldnt be able to put his hand on there and have pieces of paint come off and it should just not chip away like that. He said if it were sanded, primed, and done correctly then it would not have chipped like that. They were saying if they were me they would call and complain. I called Service King Duluth to complain and basically the Manager said that they could have repainted it but they cannot do anything else for me. Why would I want to have my bumper repainted somewhere that completely did it INCORRECTLY the first time?! My advice is go somewhere else. The work here isnt done correctly, isnt done well, and their customer service is not good either.Update: A Manager called back and stated that the type of bumper they use doesnt require any sanding or priming and just has a self adhesive on it. He also still stated he could not help at all or offer anything.Clearly this is the cheap, lazy way of doing things. The paint started chipping within a week or two of being done. I dont want cheap, easy parts. No thanksUpdate: someone at @Service_King has contacted me and we are working towards a satisfactory resolution that will hopefully redeem my feelings on the service. Will update soon.
They were pretty accommodating when it came to my schedule but the location was short staffed and this impacted the overall repair to my car.
Think twice about using this body shop. They are not full service. They are hands-down worst customer service ever. Be prepared to be without a vehicle for months. Be prepared to have to reach out to them to find out the status of the job as it will not call you back. Dont let them put you on hold as they will not pick up your calls.
Experience at Service King exceeded my highest expectations, and I am spoiled as Hennessy of Gwinnett Lexus customer…On top of giving me the most of attention and making sure I’m comfortable all the way, the price of repairs was cheaper than what I expected too!Best customer care all the way – I was given constant notifications about the status and estimates of repairs. The crew worked very hard to finish ahead of schedule, returning my baby by the end of a very first week – even had to stay late Saturday, but I got my car back and it’s like new again.Very very happy, and as much as I try to avoid accidents, well, they happen, so next time in a difficult situation like this I got a place to go to.

Canceled a reservation without my knowledge three days before I’m suppose to bring my car in and won’t tell me why. But you would rather put me on hold instead of hand the phone to a manager or help solve the situation. Sad
Worst customer service ever for the calling center and the store. Called in to make an appointment the Male representative was super rude then the store answered and the female representative who answered was rude as well and didnt think its a serious thing that the first representative who answered was rude to the max. Wanted to make appointments and they treat you that way. Cant trust those people
The manager in this location is very arrogant and irrational. Never will repair my car at this location.
