It was simply because parts, specifically front end body and trim parts, are very hard to get for 29-year-old vehicles. But the team did a spectacular job locating what they needed and were able to repair my car to my satisfaction. And throughout the month-long wait their highly professional employee Safet kept me updated, always providing clear information, apologizing for the delay, and thanking me for my patience. Caliber Auto is a great repair shop. This is the second time that I have used their shop to repair my car after an accident. My car looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. I also love how convenient it is to return the rental car at their location.

We used this place based on their reviews, and they definitely lived up to our expectations! We were in an accident and the other drivers insurance didnt have a specific shop we had to go to. So we decided on Caliber Collision based on reviews and location. They were quick to get the car taken apart and inspected. There was slightly more damage than the insurance companys initial estimate, but Caliber submitted the supplemental request to the insurance company quickly and took care of everything. They called me to keep me informed every step of the way. It was so nice not to have to wonder how everything was going because no one calls or no one answers when you call, like Ive had to deal with at other places!Once the work got started, they were able to finish very quickly. The body work they did was impeccable. And as a bonus, they cleaned my car inside and out before giving it back- looked brand new (which is saying a lot since there are little kids and their snacks in it regularly).I highly recommend this place for any body work you may need done!

Fady was my Service Advisor at the Caliber Collision on Pleasant Hill. He was exceptionally courteous and took very good care of me and my automobile. The whole staff was very pleasant. My car looked wonderful after the work was completed and I did not have one complaint. Almost every day, Fady kept me abreast of the progress on my car. I would receive text messages and phone calls. I plan to continue to use this shop for my collision needs and I also plan to refer all of my friends and family to this shop.

Its rare sometimes to find a place youre willing to leave your car for service and know that it will be taken care with the upmost professionalism. Caliber Collision is one of these places. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs, and was pleased with how smooth the process was from start to finish. Kyle called to update me every few days on the status of my vehicle, and I am pleased with the work they did. While I hope I dont have to return to Caliber Collision any time soon, if I did need repairs they would be top of my list, and I recommend them to others in the area looking for great service.

The level of service at this facility is exceptional!!! I dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning and got it back Thursday! I needed a rental and they contacted enterprise and had someone come and pick me up. I paid out of pocket and the final cost actually was less than the quote. The staff is very friendly and personable as well. Definitely would recommend.

They have an excellent eye for detail and made sure my car was completely fixed and to my satisfaction. I authorized text alerts and I loved the updates along the way. Fady was fantastic, very communicative and friendly. The team that did the work did a great job, especially the person who did the paint. A perfect match! Fady recommended a dent guy who took out a few small dings (my cost) and he did a great job too. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Duluth. This was our second time bringing a vehicle to Caliber in Duluth. The first time was with my girlfriends brand new RAV4, and we had a few issues with the paint quality (some bad dry spray, fisheye, and orange peel), perhaps it was a bad batch of paint. Regardless, the manager, Mr. Mathis, and the scheduler, Fady worked with us to fix every discrepancy at no expense to us. This time, on my WRX, there are no discrepancies to speak of. The new paint looks great, and they even did a bit of interior detailing, which was much appreciated. The repair cost was exactly the amount that Fady had estimated, with absolutely no surprises come billing time. I came in to get an estimate on having the trunk lid on my 1998 Honda Accord EX V6 realigned. I had the front and rear suspension replaced recently and afterward my trunk lid was slightly askew.It was not very noticable but whenever I went through the carwash the inside of my trunk would be saturated.Fedy pulled my car into one of their bays and 10 minutes later my trunk was realigned.(Heres the kicker...)They charged me....NOTHING!These guys rock the house!! The next time I need any auto body work I will definitely be back here. This place did a great job on my car. The whole staff was courteous and professional throughout my experience. The bonus is that they did things on my car that I considered extras. They resurfaced the rim on the side where I was hit so it looked like new and they also cleaned up the scrapes & scratches that were under the front bumper (the kind that come from parking and entering driveways) of my low profile car. You are in the hands of the best when you come here.

Turned my car in for front light holder replacement

Kyles honesty made my day today. My car had bad scratches from a fallen tree branch. The first body shop I visited gave me an estimate more than $2,000. But Kyle used lacquer thinner to remove the most of scraches at no charge. Never had this kind of experience with any body shop before. I found the body shop I can trust.

This body shop did a great job on my headlight repair. Took less than 45 minutes! They worked through my insurance smoothly.

I wouldnt go to this caliber collision on pleasant hill in Duluth. Dennis is the one who look at my truck. He seemed to be more worried about how long I had been in my rental than fixing my truck. All he had to fix was a busted tail light and a scratch first he said he would order the part and give me a call and he did neither. I received no call about my part, and when I called back, once again he was only worried about my how long I been in my rental...seems to be worried bout how much money he can get rather than great customer service he can give.

They guys were incredibly helpful and it didnt cost me a dime on labor! I initially spoke with Lazer (Yep, thats his nickname) and he gave me the exact info I needed to order a broken molding for my vehicle.I ordered the part direct from Ford, came back, and they installed it for free! Ill definitely be coming back to Caliber Collision in the future!
