Love the restaurant! Wonderful, fast service. We ordered from the menu..including pie & cake! They also have funeral dinners or wedding receptions.Excellent food!

We have been there for wedding receptions and some banquets especially the Dubuque County Baseball Hall of Fame banquet. The food was always excellent and we had very good service. We always enjoy going to Happys .Steve Kerper.

We just had the best time at happys! tracey was the most gracious of bartenders. we were stopping through dubuque on our way back home to colorado. we ordered the cod sandwich and pizza. yummy! paired with amazing conversation and some delicious old fashioned, we will make this a stop on our trips from now on.

Food is a Lil bland and the deco is a lil out dated. But the service is always on time.

Had a after funeral meal there and it was great. Had pizza for 50 people and had no waiting, pizza came out quick and thick. Thank you Happys for your service.

I was here for a funeral dinner. The chicken was fantastic. The service was excellent and they even helped us out with extra bags to split up food to take home. I highly recommend for an event.

Alright venue for wedding, funeral dinner, any banquet.

We can play cards there and they have great homemade pie.

The management was excellent to work with--very accommodating to our large group (family reunion). DO NOT miss the homemade pie--made from scratch daily. Prices are very economical on all the food.

Great little “come as you are” bar and grill with some of the friendliest staff around!

After 10 minutes of waiting with only15 people in the whole place. We received no acknowledgment, even tried to wave down the old man behind the bar. Horrible way to treat people new to the area. Did not even get a chance to order. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Went there for after dinner funeral.Food was good and the staff was great.

Service was great. People were very friendly. The food was ok. Had a burger...was small and had to pay extra to get fries. It was a quick stop on our way home. Probably will give this one a pass next time. It was very overpriced and ala carte.

Great neighborhood family bar & restaurant. Not fancy but clean goid food and family run. Also nice for a banquet hall for funeral dinners, partys and weddings even business meetings.

I little dark for my liking but they service parties well. Ive been coming to this joint for years and havent once experience poor service or received a subpar meal.You may find the kinks to be a little rusty but the service still shines.
