3 years in a row now my taxes have been screwed up. It doesnt matter who does them or what location. Over and over again my wife and I have been bombarded by the city of Columbus for back taxes penalties and interest. I even came back the first time to have them correct it and it was STILL not done properly. I still had to pay the city of Columbus more. Do not go to H&R block! Not unless you want to be audited for the past 10 years of your life. Were not even willing to go back for the penalties and interest paid that they rightfully owe us. Ill happily eat the fees to avoid dealing with any more their incompetence.

The representative was really nice and they were able to prepare my taxes at the last minute as a walk in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my taxes done by Suma 2 months ago where she insulted me by laughing at the fact I didnt have health insurance for myself or my kids last year but what ever I told her she was rude she apologized moving on Saturday April 12 2019 at 8pm I get a phone call telling me their system was down when they did my tax so I still owe city and Monday April 15 today so I get my stuff Im on my way to pay but take it from me they do not honor their guarantee of no fees or surprises are rude and unprofessional as all so trust me dont go there.

Charlie has been beyond helpful and friendly the last few years for me. I couldn’t ask for better expertise and customer service..he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. However, I paid almost $500 to get my taxes filed. This is hard for me because there are many other cheaper or free resources nowadays. H&R is just getting too expensive for me.

This was a very terrible experience for me. I should have just walked out as three men hovered over me saying they didn’t know how to do my taxes because they were for New York State. I was shocked at how unprofessional the entire staff was (excluding the manager). I felt attacked by the woman helping me and was uncomfortable the entire time. The pricing was not clear at all and when going back over my taxes I found several errors that I had to have them correct.

H&R Block Dublin Ohio has the Worst customer service you will ever get. They messed up my taxes and told me I would have to wait till the manager came in and he would call me. Waited until 5:30 pm and decided I would call up there. Steve the manager was very rude told me he hadnt even looked over the problem. When I asked why not I was told I cant dictate how they do business and was hung up on. Called back multiple times to be hung up on and then when I asked for the District managers number he gave me the wrong number and hung up. When I tried to call back around 6:05 to get the correct number I was told he already left. I am now out 250 dollars and they didnt even do there jobs. I currently have a case open with corporate and am awaiting there response. I have always used H&R block but after this year I will never do business with them again.

Quick and professional

I went to this location because it was very convenient and close to where I live. You never know what to expect from tax places, and at the end of the year it can be extremely hectic and confusing, not to mention very busy. I worked with a very nice gentleman who did not talk over my head or treat me condescendingly no matter how little of the tax system I actually understand. He went out of his way to make sure that I wasnt being charged extra for small useless things that usually jack up the bill. I was very pleased with the service I received, MUCH better than Jackson Hewitt. Ill be going back here next year.

There was not upfront and honest pricing. We came in and they went right to work and only after they completed everything did they tell us what we owed. My wife and I felt like we had no option but to pay the money. The price was completely over what we thought we would have to pay, and we really couldnt afford that. We also did not get the max refund, as I did my returns on Turbo Tax before hand and was able to get a bigger return through Turbo Tax. So not only did we lose money in the cost, but also $200 off our return. When I called, I was told that it was too late to do anything about it. I was also told that they would try to get me some money back, but havent heard back.

Terrible service when I had them during tax season. They tried to overcharge me for their lack luster service. I had to talk them down almost $30 before I would agree to pay.To top it all off their off season appointment machine is a nightmare to deal with. I schedule an appointment and had to miss a day of work, and they were a no call, no show. Terrible office, terrible service. Go anywhere, but this office.

I was told it would take 3 days, but didnt hear back from them for two weeks. They never returned my several phone calls, until 9 PM the night before tax day. They expected me to drop everything and come in to sign for release. Yeah right. Very unprofessional and horrible service, I would never come back here again.

I had a hard time getting answers regarding my City tax filing back in December. Calls to the number on the tax professionals card sent me to an automated answering service and not the office where I visited. It also seems that the offices are locked outside of Tax Season; no walk-ins. Overall, general customer service is not what it used to be.

Our meeting was not very personable. Our tax professional couldnt explain the definition of deductions or exemptions to us.

4th year filling in HRBlock...first time at this location. Appointment system is a big mess but we received and exceptionally good service by Charlie Ream.

Dropped of my tax documents took nearly 3 weeks to get them back after making multiple calls a week. Finally got the call they were completed and waited over 30 minutes while they tried to find my file. I will not go back! Very disappointed!
