Technician arrived just as he said he would when the appointment was made. He was knowledgeable and extremely nice. He did the inspection and gave some feedback on more things I can do to keep termites out of my house. It was a very good experience.

At first, I was very disappointed with my service because I called Orkin with a “Bee problem”. They sent someone random out on our 1st service and the guy didn’t even preform the “correct bee service”. After 1 more attempt, we still had a bad bee issue. I called Orkin and they scheduled us for another service by a bee specialist. After preforming the CORRECT bee service we finally have relief from the bees! We have had Steven come out several different times and have been happy with every service he has provided us. Highly recommended! If you have any issues or are not happy with something, just call them and they will make it right! I am happy with the customer service and their services overall. Living in the woods was dreadful before we got services from you guys. So happy to have the pests under control! Thank you Orkin!

Steve was awesome. He didnt just do his job, he went above and beyond with it. He told us about the different ways and measures of how we can prevent our pest problems as he provided service. He effectively communicated with us while maintaining safe social distancing as well as mindfulness when wearing his face mask around his customers. He is definitely someone we would like to have during our two month visits.

Mr. Anthony was absolutely amazing. He truly cares about his job and helped us! I know there is a bug in my kitchen around 6 oclock in the evening I was so upset I got online started looking for pest control I seen that had 24/7 severs so I called. A young lady answered right away she was very sweet and helpful and very respectful she got all my information give me a time to be here the next day the gentleman that came out was very respectful as well he asked me questions about the bugs I seen explained everything to me and let me know exactly what he was doing he was very respectful to my animals as well Unlike most people that come to your house to do work he was not in a rush trying to get out the door He made sure everything was done properly and when he was done inside and out he made sure to let me and asked if there was any questions

Paid for 2 treatments that were supposed to be done in a 3 or 4 week period. They never returned our phone calls to schedule a second treatment so now our first treatment was a waste and I’m out 900$

Service was not what was sold by the sales rep. The technician sprayed, set a few glue traps, and placed a couple bait stations. All about 15-20 minutes of work. Did not inspect crawl space or attic. Did not do a throurough home inspection as advertised.

The agent was again very thorough and professional with his work. I was very unhappy that I was not notified in advance by the office that I had an appointment today. The serviceman, Andy, was so kind that he did another service call and then came back to my house because I was out of town when he came the first time. The scheduler has to do a better job. This is the second time I was not notified in advance. It alters my schedule, and wastes time for the service person. The 5 stars are for the service guy!!

Brent is very professional and has gone beyond to make sure our home is termite, ant and rodent free. He has always gone the extra mile to help us with concerns that sometimes do not fall under our contract with Orkin. We have never had anyone in all our years of extermination services in Alabama and/or Georgia to go through our home with a fine tooth comb making sure our home is free of any kind of infestation.

David did everything but changed two baits one that was in the sink which a previous agent had placed in there two months ago and I was standing right there and told him. and he didn’t change the one on the side of the dryer. I also told him mouse were entering in my daughter”s room and nothing was done.

I love the work you do. What I DONT like is you increase the price of service withOUT notifying the customer. That is not right!! I have been a long time customer.

The pest control technician Brent was nice, honest, and professional. He came in to check for roaches and sprayed. Orkin did a great job! I am thankful for my tech Brent Powell. He was friendly and got rid of my ants even though it took a few tries. I appreciate someone being patient and friendly and most of all getting rid of those stubborn ants!!

The technician seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My concern was that he was alone and for the job he had to do I felt like he needed some help. The time he had on the work order doesnt seem sufficient for the work he was supposed to be doing so I am a little skeptical and will be monitoring the results closely.

Brent (Orkin) has been amazing when it comes to our home and pest control. When we first moved here we kept having problems with ants and Brent said that concerned him b/c we didn’t have any ant beds in our yard. He called his supervisor and they both went under our house and found evidence of termites. We are so grateful to Brent for his continued effort to see where the ants where coming from and save us thousands for finding the problem. I do have a photo of the wood that was infested with termites found under our home but I don’t know how to include with this review. Brent (Orkin) is the best & highly recommend.
