I think it’s very unprofessional to close a business down for “ training purposes”. Let me save you some money on training! Closing your business and having an answering service taking calls is not a good thing!
Very knowledgeable... helpful staff
Nathan did a phenomenal job with our 3 story home. He was professional, attentive and knowledgable. 10 out of 10 would recommend Cingo!!!!!
I recently placed my home on the market. It was built in 1900. I had a potential buyer who was in a contract with me to buy the property. During their due diligence period my potential buyers had hired Cingo and used an inspector whose name I will not disclose cause I’m not like that. I must say that this inspector was very thorough. I will give him credit for that and he deserves recognition for that. However, when he went into the crawl space he found evidence of a termite infestation. This inspector labeled the infestation as ACTIVE when in fact it was not. I followed up with an exterminator who specializes in pest control.A historic home that is over 100 years old is bound to have an issue or two. With that in mind a “general” home inspector lacks the knowledge, training, and experience to declare specifics about things like termite colonies. The past termite damage was already disclosed by myself on my sellers disclosure form.Needless to say, his declaration of an ACTIVE termite infestation resulted in the collapse of our contract by scaring off my buyer. As I said, he was very thorough and I would even consider hiring this inspector but he may need to stay in his lane and report what he sees and not diagnose specifics. I know he was only doing his job but maybe some additional training would be nice to prevent this issue from reoccurring. My exterminator stated that pest control specialists practicing in the State of Georgia have to physically see a bug in order to determine if a colony is active or not. Cingo’s report stated nothing about seeing a live termite so Cingo’s inspector cost me about $2,800 of time and effort by my math. Someone will eventually buy my beautiful historic home that I have put a lot of money and sweat into but not this month. Thanks Cingo....
I hired Cingo to do a home inspection on a home Im in the process of buying. The service I got was worth every penny. Russell (my inspector) is great at what he does. The level of customer service, professionalism, and thoroughness was superb. After the inspection was complete, Russell walked with me and my agent throughout the property to show and explain what he found. My full report was in my emails that same night. I highly recommend Cingo (and Russell Youngblood). 👍👍
The recently renamed Cingo, formerly Allgood Pest Control, has always been a service oriented business. I have used their services in residential and commercial settings on many occasions. With each and every interaction with their personnel, whether they be field staff, administrative staff, or leadership at any level, i have received competent, courteous, and professional service. It would be difficult to ask for more from a group of search dedicated folks.
I recently hired Cingo to do a home and pest inspection for me at a property that I am purchasing. I couldnt be happier with my experience. We were able to be there while Russel was doing the inspection and afterwards he walked us through the issues that he discovered. I would gladly hire them again! Thank you!!
Not every happy with these folks at the moment
