Good customer service. Polite and professional staff. Well-organized with service; clean, relaxed waiting area. No pressure sales trying to overwhelm the customer. Didnt feel like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need. This promotes customer loyalty and return visits. Would recommend this store to others.

I went there to have them change my serpentine belt and turned out to be the tensioner. They allowed me to run to the auto parts store and get a new tensioner for them to put it on.I really appreciated that.

My wife had her oil changed there yesterday, when she got home I noticed a big puddle of oil under her van, after investigation found out it was the oil drain plug, it had been overtightened and was losing oil fast, tried to tighten the bolt but it was stripped out, from the oil change.someone probably used an air impact on it.(UPDATE) Next day, brought it back, and manager fired the guy who sent my wife home with leaking motor oil, and stripped out plug. Thx jiffy lube for making it right.and fixin the problem....plz check behind anyone who works on your vehicle..

WOuld not recommend this location at all. I loved going here until the last few visits. Love the hours of operation on Saturday, however my last visit was a nightmare. The girl who is the assistant manager is very rude and the gentleman running the store was ridiculous the way he treated employees. You have tons of people hanging out not employed smoking on property, it concerns me. I honestly thought much higher than what I got at my visit. What happened to the old crew?

Just moved to the area and my family always uses jiffy back home so naturally when I moved to Dublin and saw a jiffy lube that was my first choice. I had a problem as sometimes those things happen but I have never been one to complain but I had no option with the issue I was having so I called them and told them what was wrong and they didnt hesitate or question me one bit. They took my car for a spin to confirm the issue and fixed it right away. Now I know why my family sticks with jiffy lube. My dad told me if they have an issue they will fix it without problem and they stood up to that and now they have my business for life just like my dad. Thanks Travis for all your help.

Fast service, clean but they must dont vacuum the cars out anymore and they need to learn how to communicate effectively while under pressure with eachother.

In the past when Ive used their service the employees would be so helpful, courteous, and kind and would go out of their way to show good customer service. Your customer service is what your customers will always remember along with did you provide them with professional vehicle service. When I stopped at your place of business days ago there was four technicians including the assistant Manager servicing one vehicle. I stood waiting for one of them to just acknowledge my presence if nothing else just to say well be with you in a moment. The assistant spoke some words under his breath as if I was a complete bother to him to the other techs, then this kind woman asked if she could help me I then asked for one of their business cards with a ph# and apparently the assist was needed to get that for me. He very rudely and reluctantly made remarks to her that he was busy and that I was a bother to him. He went into the office, and shoved the card in her hand and walked back to the vehicle that he and the other four techs were working on. After such rudeness I told the kind lady I wanted to speak to him personally, he then made a half turn with the back of his head to me and asked what do you want? This man was so full of hatred, only God can help someone like him, and I will pray for him, but he wont get my money.

TJ in the fixed my vans tire balance and fixed it from pulling to the right. Great service for my van and even better customer service!
