Hello the team they did bad service last time I changed my oil for engine they did leak over cooling line and the worst the guy lies to me he told me you have leak over power steering fluid.than I took my car to nearest Mecano He told me the leak was from engine oil and the tank was empty I believe the didn’t change @ all Team ......is horrible
DO NOT bring your car here for repairs! it will cost me hundreds to repair the damage they did. The lower cost is not worth the headache.
Never ever buy a battery from here. They go bad and they refuse to take them back. At one point I had six men crowding around me. Pushing the fact that because my battery went bad it was my fault and that they couldnt help me with anything they wouldnt take the battery back because I can only exchange the battery.I dont want another battery from Walmart. I cant use a bad battery but you wont take it back and its under warranty, so they want to give me another one. I had to have AAA come and rescue me so that I could get a new battery. And hear the lovely gentleman at Walmart want me to return the AAA Battery that is a better battery so I can have another Walmart battery that goes bad.
Dont bother calling. They will keep you on hold for 20 minutes, and still not answer the phone. Also, they only have 1 register, and the managers would rather go get another employee and watch him or her work, than actually helping out. Both the manager and assistant manager are standing here as I type this. But, I suppose you get what you pay for
Honestly the best Walmart Ive been in for ages. The Man helping me, Name Billy, was the kindest person Ive ever met.
Was told a 2 hour wait for oil change. An hour and a half into waiting I get a call saying they didnt have my oil filter and I would have to go to an auto parts store to buy one and they had already drained my oil at that point so they put new oil in with my old dirty filter. I was told once they filled the oil I would get called up to get my keys to go get a new filter. I waited over an hour and no one came to get me. Once I finally talked to someone my keys had just been sitting there the whole time. They tried to make me pay and I refused. I will now have to go somewhere else tomorrow and get a new oil change.
OK so I got to tell you the story that I pulled in here to get an oil change.. I find it crazy that this place would have somebody working the front desk that speaks virtually no English..I’m all about everybody living the American dream but for a business they should actually have people that speak the local language.After about 15 minutes an additional coworker showed up they did speak English which was fantastic the downside of this experience was that many of the text supposedly didn’t come in that day and it was going to be about four hours to get a simple oil change
This is an experience a few years ago, not sure if the customer experience has improved or not. I had the engine oil and filter change at this location (Walmart Auto Care Center at 5900 Britton Pkwy, Dublin, OH43016) for my 2002 Honda Odyssey van (I brought my own filter bought from Honda dealership); a few days later I noticed slow leaking from my oil pan. Lindsay Honda inspected it and found out the oil pan drain threads were damaged and needed to have the entire oil pan replaced. To save a few dollars on oil change, I eventually spent $600 to get a new engine oil pan. I will never do that again.

What a life saver, it was close to closing but I needed a new car battery and it took them not even 15 minutes to accomplish everythibg all together, I was in and out so fast! And the lady Was so efficent and helpful and gave me 10 bucks off. I cant thank them enough!

Two hours to change a battery and overpriced their batteries when it said it was totally something else. Gotta watch when they take breaks cause everyone goes out at the same time and dont care if they help customers
I was thinking about going here to have my car battery replaced, but I cant even get someone to answer the phone in order to determine the hours they are open. The one time someone picked up, I couldnt understand a word they were saying. Prices look great, but the service is awful before you even arrive at the store.
I was pretty happy with their service. They explained different options I could have and finished fairly quick. That being said, they are pretty inefficient in terms of managing the costumers. I went there in the afternoon of a Tuesday and there was only one other costumer. We had to buzz for someone to show up. Once the guy showed up, it took them 20 minutes to take my order and start working on it. I can imagine how this could drive you crazy on a weekend.
Very bad service. Customers need to wait for very long times to get their service done. They do not work on the car even if are available. We do not see anyone working on the car even after the car is pulled inside for service. Very dissatisfied with the service. Definitely will not recommend this place.

So far, so good on the tires. They are off brand of Goodyear but made especially for Walmart. The Goodyear quality is still there.
Terrible customer service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes before being told that my wait would be 2 1/2 hours just to get a simple oil change because the shop only had one tech on duty. This is the third time Ive tried to get an oil change here. Every experience has been just like the first. This will be my last visit until customer service and speed is dealt with.
Ok, yes the service was quick and my tire was in stock. However, they tried scare tactics to upsell me on a set of 4 NEW tires! I had just replaced one tire from a flat the month prior and this guy says I have to replace a new tire with a new tire or my axle with break. I politely but confidently told the man, no thank you, and advised him as to why. He still had me sign a waiver! I may be a woman who was born at night, but not last night! When I got my flat replaced the month prior my axle did just fine, thank you very much. My only question remains to them is that, what does he do when people come in with fairly/new tires and they have a flat? Does he say the same to them? Or was it because Im a woman?
I went in to buy four new tires and was on my way within 30 minutes. Great service!!

Worst service ever! Had the worst experience today. They took my car in for oil change. They told me it was going to be two and half hour. I said ok. I come back in three hours, they tell me they could not change my oil cause they could not open the oil reservoir! Why didnt they call me to let me know??? What a waist of my day! Never using them again!

Well, this was just so horrible I couldnt & I didnt!I dont know if it is because I am a female or people just think I am stupid but let me tell you it didnt work. I bought my 6 tires else where!I called due to previous complications at another location and the online system. I needed to know if they had the tires I wanted in stock or not. That is all I wanted to know. The guy who answered the phone barely spoke english and refused to answer my question and demanded to know what kind of car I had and the year. I had to ask him 3 times to put someone else on the phone. A woman got on the line and started with the same. I told her the same I just want to make sure you have a tire in stock before I drive all the way there. She asked if I knew the size and was shocked when I said yes but again couldnt ask me if I knew if my car had tps. So we went back to the year thing. I asked what do you need to know? She told me and I said yes (its a 2013 & I did tell her to give her peace of mind because she clearly needed it). She qouted me right under $400 BEFORE tax for 4 $53 tires with roadhazard. Check the price for yourself, I asked for 4 Douglas All Season tires size 205/55r16. I know, I know, it doesnt add up!P.S: I used to help run an automotive shop. Ive been working on cars for the majority of my life. Also, I can math. All 4 tires should be $333 AFTER taxes!
Terrible.. they never pick up the phone, customer service non-existent. And I tried on MULTIPLE occasions. I could not get a single person to give me a single answer for my very simple question. They wont budge.
Terrible service, waited 2 hours for a tire repair and they told me they couldnt do it because i had locks on my lugnuts. That was a lie, i had none and the tire that needed repaired was already OFF the car!!! I had to drive in on my donut. They never installed the wheel back on my vehicle, making me use my emergency jack to put my tire back on. Worst place ever! Managements another issue! Manager was already on lunch break after only being on his shift for 2 hours, according to the auto techs. Great leadership right there Wal-Mart!
This location at one point was very reputable. Sad to say its not like that anymore. Ive been getting oil changes for seven years with Walmart and because of constantly seeing Ashok (service rep) at the Tuttle location lie to any customer thats in there when I am, I can no handle it. Their sign simply states they open at 7am on Saturday. He tried to say he clocks in at 715 and thats his schedule and that we would have to wait 15 more mins. Because I knew it was a clear lie. I immediately went and got a manager and they told him to check me in right then and there. I let Ashok know one more time that he constantly lies to everyone and ran this business down and with him there itll never be reputable again before leaving.
I have always had good luck at Wal-Mart.

The staff was kind but the service was extremely slow. It took 3 hours for me to get one tire changed and it wasnt even busy. I dont recommend coming to this auto care center unless you would like to spend your entire day waiting.
I bought tires from here and one blew a giant hole in the side of it randomly while i was driving. The hole is an inch wide! Such thin tires and because I didn’t purchase the road hazard they didnt care at all. It wasn’t even a road hazard mishap!! DO NOT BUY ANY TIRES FROM WALMART, THEY ARE DANGEROUS!

Very rude customer service. The shops hours changed to 5 but as people came in a little after they were very rude. I wanted to know the prices and was refused any help as was another customer. I will be going elsewhere.
Workers dont have much experience with certain knowledge about specific car parts.
Horrible experience. I was ignored for nearly five minutes before any employee even noticed I was there. The man who ended up helping me was rude and unknowledgeable. I ended up walking out. I will pay more to go to a shop with decent customer service and mechanics who know what they are doing.
Walmart does not stand behind their work. If you have a problem with something they do you are on your own. I will never take a car to Walmart for anything ever again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go here if anything at all is wrong with your car since they will refuse to touch it (which is ridiculous, its an auto service center). After only one person being in front of me I was helped after 15 minutes. I was then denied service for an oil change because the pull mechanism to unlock the hood had the plastic handle cracked off. The wire STILL worked when pulled and I explained that and offered every solution possible but was turned away. It has been like this for 6 years now and I have never been turned away for service because of it. They didnt even offer to fix it so they could complete the oil change. Complete waste of time. Do NOT go here.
