Needed to have a watch bracelet adjusted. The employee was great and they never charged me for the service. Will come back when its time to have my watch serviced.

Customer service was fantastic. I had not been there for a number of years. It was critical they found my name and last purchase in the database for a trade in crest. After many attempts, the manager found my information under a misspelled name. I was able to get a great trade in and made a terrific new purchase.

I have always had a wonderful experience each time I visit Jared. However, I went in before Christmas hoping to surprise my husband with a new wedding band (he lost his at work). Unfortunately, Jared does not save the ring sizes in the system for previously purchased rings. I do not know my husbands finger size, so I was unable to make a purchase. I hope in the future they can update their system to include ring sizing for reference.

Christian is a very nice young gentlemen who assisted in cleaning my wedding rings. He is a very bright, and mannerly individual who went above and beyond for my third Jared experience. Even though Jared was not able to perform my second request for the visit, which for reasons very understandably so, Christian took it upon himself to go the extra mile to help locate a jewler who could work with a vintage ring. It is so very much appreciated. A promising salesman for sure, but one who truly wishes your needs are met. Thank you, again! My husband and I chose to have rings custom made at Jared when we got engaged back in 2014. We worked with Margret, who no longer works there, and she took great care of us through the whole process. Our rings turned out the way we envisioned and we couldnt have been happier!Fast forward to 2018 and 2 children later, I needed my rings resized. Jordan Davis worked with me to get this done. She is very professional and thorough. My rings were finished early and looked/fit perfectly!My husband and I will continue to come back to this location because the service here is fantastic. My now-fiancée and I had the best experiences when shopping here at the Jared in front of Tuttle Mall. The sales consultants were super friendly and not at all pushy or aggressive like so many other jewelers we’d encountered elsewhere. For the engagement ring, we went with a special design not stocked at Jared we found online at Brilliant Earth. But we went back to Jared for the wedding bands. Courtney was wonderful and patient. Trust Jared. They are the way to go. They were our first and final stops in our ring shopping endeavors.

Jewelry here is expensive, however, it is absolutely gorgeous. They also have fantastic warranties and customer service!

I’ve been debating whether or not to post this on this site for a couple days now.I came in and spoke with a lady named Julie, she seemed nice, told her my boyfriend wanted me to try on rings, our price range was roughly $$$ (over 20k) and we were looking for an Emrald cut solitaire or oval cathedral set. In white gold plain band, with small diamond accents around the basket. So very specific. And I wanted a lab diamond. They mentioned all these details which was fine following that then proceeded to tell me about James Allen and how they own it which also was fine. Then they told me they don’t keep bigger then 2carrot diamonds in stock due to theft, also fine. But I was told in order for me to pick a diamond then I would have to be very serious put 20% down on the diamond just for them to source it and then we would be able to get a picture of the diamond. So I was like wait so what your saying is you don’t have one in your inventory and I can’t even see the diamond til I put 20% down because your getting it from another vendor, they said yes, I was like nah I’m good, they said “we typically don’t allow you to see the diamond unless you are serious about buying” I said I am serious he asked me to look, and wanted me to get a feel fro what I want so he can come get it, the. They turned around and told me I couldn’t even get a picture of the diamond unless I put money down. That’s crazy I’m not putting money down on a diamond that I don’t even know anything about, I don’t know if it has inclusions or the grading or if it’s certified or anything. They lady said “it’s for serious buyers only”So basically she told me I wasn’t a serious buyer; I will never be back I told my boyfriend about it and he said he won’t be coming back here because they assumed we weren’t serious.On my way out they said “thank you for stopping in kiddo”I’m young, but I’m only a year away from 30, this place is not treating their customers like buying customers. I will never be back and will never recommend this place to any kept. Additionally I might add I probably make more then both their salaries combined and same with my boyfriend, so this was just insulting they did not even bother to put any effort in because I look young and they assumed I was younger then I am. Very disrespectful. Poor customer service. Will never recommend. And will share this experience with almost everybody I know so they too don’t get disqualified for even getting pictures of lose diamonds and pricing. That’s outrageous.We ended up purchasing a 3.76 carrot diamond solitaire for more then our $ amount elsewhere and with half the degrading comments.

I called last week and got Cortney on the phone. Right now because of Covid they like for you to make an appt so someone is able to help you and spend the time with you that you require. I am not a jewelry person so I dont know what I like, or if I like anything at all. Cortney was so charming and helpful. She did everything besides hold my hand and walk me and my fiance through buying wedding rings which we needed in 4 days. I would follow this lady to the ends of the earth at this point. Smooth, easy, no stress, didnt make me feel weird. Please go see Cortney. If you are a little awkward like I am, she will put you at ease.

Usually a good experience, but not this time. They should be mindful of the way they perceive their customers.

The people here were friendly enough at first, but I was told that they could price match with Kay Jewelers. When I returned to the store to get a price match, I was promptly told there was no way they could sell for that price. They said the ring from Kay probably has less quality diamonds and sent me on my way.

Be careful if you are taking in a ring to see its worth. I brought in a ring wanting to get a new shape of diamond in it and they said the diamond I had was fake. I have went to 3 other jewelry shops and all state the diamond is real. Thankfully I didn’t let them take the “fake diamond” so I could replace it with a new shaped diamond.

Brian was very patient and extremely helpful. He didnt pass me off to another sales person because I was taking too long and listened to what I wanted. He found the perfect engagement rings and made it happen in a timely manner. If you go to this store definitely ask for Brian! I had 3 other people try and help me before I met him and what a difference it made.

I have to say that Matt and Alex were wonderful associates to work with. They worked very hard to make sure that the product I got was want myself and my fiance wanted. I ended up getting an engagement ring and two wedding bands here and I dont regret it at all. They were always very courteous and always flexible with my customizations. I would definitely recommend this location to any buyers, especially first time. As soon as I walked in I didnt look anywhere else, nor did I want to.

Brian is AMAZING. He is very attentive, personable, and funny! He has helped us find everything weve wanted. The process wasnt ever stressful! Went in to get some links removed from,my watch. Was promptly greeted and helped. After the links were removed, went to look at watches, which the staff member assisting me was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.

As soon as I came in the door the lady said they would beat or match any price. Then I asked them if they could match Fred Meyer price. A standard ring on their website. The lady was like hell no sell can not sell that cheap. I said have a good day.

Sales person was nice and helpful while trying to order an engraving for my wifes wedding band. He went back and forth between me and the head of their jewelry shop to make sure what I wanted could and would be done. Time frame for the engraving was very acceptable and completed on time. Picked up the ring and found is was nothing like we discussed and come to find out they could not do as promised. Inscription was so small i could barely see it. Girl told me she could read it fine. Not as disappointed in the poor job as i was in not being contacted on the changes being made. Ended up having them buff out the ring and got the wife a different gift. Another issue was resizing my tungsten ring. Took longer than they said and ring came back the same size. People were nice but service was not worth the time.

Stopped at this Jared location in search for stackable rings. Jordan Davis was super helpful in finding the best/cutest option for my budget! She was fun, personable and patient as I tried on pretty much all of the Pandora rings! Will definitely return when looking for birthday or Christmas gifts and will definitely look for Jordan!

Absolutely awful experience. My fiancé and I went to this location to purchase wedding bands and were first helped by one woman, who was friendly enough. As we began looking through rings, the associate suddenly pulled another associate in and disappeared without explanation. Which means we then had to go over all of our preferences again. Not a huge deal but not very professional. The second associate who helped us was really nice, very courteous and worked with us to keep the total within our budget - that is, until we said that we would like to discuss everything over a meal and then come back in an hour or two to make the purchase, as we missed lunch while we were at the store. Truthfully, we were hungry and wanted to move money over from our savings account to our checking and then return. As soon as the nice (second) associate heard that, she became much more aggressive and accusatory, not a good look for retail. We were then tag-teamed by 2 additional employees (including the first woman who had suddenly reappeared) and they were all increasingly aggressive and rude to us. The way not one, not two but three of the employees acted toward us is exactly why we left and drove straight to Diamond Cellar, where we purchased rings and had an excellent experience.

I’m giving a two star due to the fact that every time we take our rings in to get checked out and cleaned, they can never find out information and we have to wait for 30 to 45 mins for them to figure it out. I won’t buy anything there again.

This location is fantastic. Ive talked at length with both managers and sales staff. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to have a botched repair job from a different store fixed. They were super acomodating and had my fiancé s looking perfect in no time. Highly recommend this location.

Its hit or miss depending on who is helping you.We are low-budget and want to see things within a set range, some staff will try steering you to expensive stuff and push credit as they make commission. I have had 2 good experiences with staff willing to take the time to show us what we really wanted, both ended in sales an me coming back. The pushier sales staff ended with me walking out mid conversation...

I love my engagement ring, its perfect but this Tuttle Crossing store just isnt the place to go for service. I normally take my ring in to get cleaned every 3 months or so. One day my wedding band was actually misplaced. 3 people in the store were looking for it. Her response accidents happen which yes they do but its still frightening. This last time I walked in, completely ignored for over 10 minutes while workers just stood behind the counter on their phones discussing their personal ebay purchases. I ended up walking out and going to a different location.

Very nice and helpful staff each time. Worked with Nkechi Osigweh the last time and she was very nice and nonpressuring. They have a really unique kids section for your kids while you shop. They really try to sell you on their extended service plan - for an intricate ring that is worth it but for a simple band skip it. Other than that they have a wide selection and good quality .

Bought 3 rings. 2 were wedding Bands and one had to be a size 8 - so they ordered it. When we went to pick it up they wanted to charge us a $50 sizing charge - something they had not changed on the other rings and we had never heard of before this visit. We were then informed that they should have charged us before and acted like we were going to have those changes adde to our bill. Seriously? We left with out the ring and the 6 - $80 bridegroom gifts - so they saved themselves $50 and lost over $600 in sales.

Went in a few weeks ago and was instantly greeted by Valerie. She was extremely helpful in finding me the exact ring I wanted to propose with and my fiancé LOVES it!! She was kind enough to follow up with us, Chad also helped us when we came in to get it resized.

Bought my fiances engagement ring here. They are willing to negotiate price, ship diamonds in, work with you on financing...etc. Great experience overall. I made 4 visits here, about an hour or more a piece. Walked through many different cuts and settings. Narrowed it down, talked price....negotiated price....and walked out with something of beauty and value. I felt Like I won...and my girl loved showing her hand to the other ladies at her office....No one likes shopping for gems and bling....you feel over priced, pushed, materialistic.....might as well get to negotiate and talk through it.

I collect watches but wont be buying from them, so just FYI diamond cellar does it as a free courtesy at Easton and thats a small gesture that earns my business.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Shopping for an engagement ring is one of the most important, hopefully one time purchases a man can make and Jareds was the worst of 5 places I went. My story; I walked in for the first time and met Brian who took me to his office where we spent 15 to 20 minutes getting to know each other, my story, ring requirements and getting even more excited then I was to shop for an engagement ring. Just to be pawn off on another employee and after spending the same 15 to 20 minutes with Britany I was then pawned off to Summer. We ordered some stuff in to look at, made an appointment with Britany only to pawned off to Matt when arriving. We spent an hour looking at diamonds and bands and the I made an appointment to bring my sister in to help. On the 3rd appointment visit I brought my sister in and Matt apologized for being off sick because they sent the diamond back I wanted her to see. So we ordered it and a few others back in and the store never called me back. Called and left a message and never heard back. What a waste of time Jered did not go to Jareds he went Powell Jewelers who were amazing!

Nice store good selection.

Not only were they incredibly slow and unhelpful, they miss sized my engagement ring two different times. Instead of going down a size they took it up two sizes, then had the never to tell me it was all in my head I would get used to it. When I called in to speak to Alisha and ask for the store manager she said the store manager was on vaca thru the end of the month. I explained to her my experience and come to find out she was the same girl that told me I would get used to the ring size. I told her again it was too large and she said it must of been a miscommunication between me and the jeweler, and that she didnt have time to continue to argue with me. Long story short this store is incredibly useless...I will only shop at their Polaris location going forward.

The customer service sucks... especially there is someone who doesnt care what other people situation is and think she is the front runner for employee of month and the creator of policies
