The customer service is excellent at barons but my problem is the sales person encouraged us to get an upgrade for my ring and my ring is a nesting ring where it locks in place with the other ring when we picked up the ring a few weeks later the two bands didn’t match up so when you put the rings together. Onering was a half an inch taller so there was no way I could put my finger in the band and I Let them know and they fixed it but my problem is my ring is still not fixed it doesn’t nest into the other ring properly it sits higher I brought it to their attention and they inform me that that isn’t the case that’s not how the ring works and I’ve had my wedding ring for 15 years and it worked until I let them touch it

I needed to exchange my Emerald earrings purchased from Baron just a month ago as a gift. I wanted to get diamonds rather than wearing the same earrings all the time. Also I never had a diamond ring. Since we were first timers to purchase diamonds and spending the kind of money, Ash gave us all the time we needed, it was 5 hours of explaining and showing anything and everything we requested. He took us outside to seehow they would shine in a real light.Ash did not get tired of answering any questions we ask, does not matter if we asked the same questions again and again. It was very educational, he is very knowledgeable.and we left the showroom as a very satisfied and happy customers.and of course we also got a glass of wine at the : )

There was never a second thought of where my rings would come from. Being a part of the Barons family never goes away no matter how long you’ve been gone. Working with Ronnie & Michelle felt just like when I used to work there, this time it was mostly done via email. We don’t get down to Dublin all the much anymore, but when we do, we always try to stop in for an inspection and cleaning.I absolutely love my Tacori engagement ring and eternity band.I know my review may be slightly biased, but Barons Jewelers is top notch and will provide nothing but great customer service and treat you like family! I highly recommend Barons!

My fiancée and I had a great experience buying a set of wedding bands with Ronnie and Mike. They were very patient with our custom requests and offered many great design and financial suggestions. Their experience and large inventory definitely helped guide us towards the designs we wanted. The staff were very friendly and did not pressure anyone into something they werent comfortable with. Customer service at Barons is very courteous and professional!! Going to make this short and simple. We first initially set up an appointment with Mike.Due to this Pandemic we walked in with our masks and my fiance and I knew barons jewelers was a high end jewelers. We both fell in love with Tacori and had our eyes set on going with a Tacori ring. As we walked into Barons we both were dressed down. Due to the business we run. We are both in the fitness industry and both always wear Track outfits. Mike at first was helping us but it seemed to both of us he was judging a book by its cover. My fiance and I are both Hispanic. Mike just didnt seem to enthusiastic to guide us into what was best for both of us. He hesitated alot. Maybe he thought we werent serious about making a purchase. Personally, I read his body language as if he was being very prejudice against the two of us.As I told my fiance, I dont think its going to work out here. Another lady approached us and helped us find a ring of our choice.I never write reviews on other business but the way we got treated by Mike, I think wasnt ok.Hopefully he didnt get credit for the sale. Because our goal was to buy a ring not on credit but paid off.The reason why I gave them 3 stars was only because of Mike.I wish I remembered the sales ladies name but she was Amazing.Ring is beautiful, thank you Tacori for designing such phenomenal jewelry

We absolutely loved every part of our experience with Barons! I had a specific design in mind and I’m a pretty picky person so we looked at several stores and couldn’t find anything that I was excited about. This was the only jewelry store where we absolutely fell in love with a ring. Michael was extremely helpful with the whole process, kind, and patient (I am extremely indecisive). Ronnie also helped us pick the perfect center stone for the setting and we couldn’t be more in love with the ring. I barely ever write any reviews but Barons Jewelry really deserves my 5 Star Rating. On July 16th, 2020 I decided to do a proposal for my bride to be and wanted to do a surprise proposal within 10 days. I knew this was going to be a huge challenge to get such a custom ring in such a short period of time especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. I called the Barons Jewelry in Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center in Dublin and spoke with Matt to see if he could somehow help me make this happen. He went out of his way and called Tacori directly and asked for them to do a huge favor and expedite the order so that I could have the ring within that 10 days. I was super excited to hear that he was able to pull this off. Throughout the entire process Matt and the entire staff at Barons were super kind and helpful every step of the way. There was a slight delay with the UPS delivery which no one had control of due to the COVID-19 pandemic but Matt pulled a miracle for me and I was able to still get what I needed to do my proposal in time. I cant thank you guys enough for making this dream come true for me. By the way she said YES lol.Ill be recommending Barons Jewelry to everyone I know as well as making my future purchases with them. My experience with Matt and the Barons team was incredible. I got engaged in June 2018 and just a few months later, had a fluke accident with my ring and bent the setting back. While we had originally purchased the ring outside of CA, I took it into Barons as they were listed as an elite dealer of the setting designer. Matt was immediately welcoming, and happy to take on the work of having his jewelers repair the setting. As he was inspecting the ring, he noticed a crack in the main, 2 carat diamond -- a nightmare! He calmly explained to me what he saw in the ring (to ensure little to no freak out on my side) and walked me through working with insurance. He immediately stepped in and filed the claim for me, which was so helpful. Within a few days, we had approval from Jewelers Mutual (also highly recommend them to insure your precious gems) and Matt worked quickly and tirelessly to find me a replacement diamond, which was no easy feat given the unusual dimensions of my original oval stone.Wouldnt you know it -- Matt found me a nicer diamond with less noticeable inclusions. Barons was quick to get it fixed and made this experience as painless as possible. Barons will continue to be our Bay Area jeweler of choice from here on out!

I have to say they have great customer service. At 1st i was not happy that a ring i bought was damaged while being sized but after reaching back out to them they were able to order me a new ring in the correct size and have it here just in time. The follow up they had couldnt be any better. Thank You again MATT! :)

I was looking for an engagement ring setting, and Michael S at Barons Jewelers helped me find the perfect one. He was friendly and not pushy, and really helped me by taking pictures and contacting the designer and answered all of my questions. He was always available by email to help me customize the ring just how I wanted. Chuck Eggers helped me find out more about my grandmothers original setting. Amazing customer service. I needed to order a couple of links for a Ball Fireman I own and even though Matt informed me they are no longer a Ball Watch dealer he went the extra mile for me and was still able to get the links ordered and sent out to me in no time at all. Barons Jewelers is an excellent place to buy jewelry. They manage to find you the perfect piece no matter the occasion. My husband bought my engagement ring, our wedding bands and all of our bridesmaids gifts here. We were also looking for a particular piece for my daughter as a token of love that we gave to her on our wedding day. It is the most beautiful rose gold necklace, she hasnt taken it off since she received it. They really go above and beyond to put a smile on your face. Walked past Barons Jewelers many times and felt that it was a high end jewelry store. Went into this store and found it looking much like a Tiffany’s but, so much more. The down home feel made us comfortable. We brought in an heirloom ring of my mother’s that was passed down to us and we are having it repaired, dipped and appraised. It is a 75 year old ring that we felt at ease leaving in their care. We also purchased two “sister” bands that will be the 30th Anniversary rings to compliment the single 10 year band. Overall. Great experience! Highly Recommend!

Customer service was phenomenal! I’ve bought many piece of jewelry from multiple sales associates and each have bent over backwards for me.

We had a horrible experience with a previous jeweler, which left us hesitant to trust anyone else. My grandfather left me a tanzanite stone, which I asked my (now) fiancé to use in an engagement ring. He went to the only jeweler he knew--the father of a high school acquaintance--to have the ring made. Three months later, we returned to the store to have the ring cleaned, and discovered it was cracked soon after leaving. Unfortunately, the jeweler refused to take responsibility. I was devastated as, more important than the cost of replacing the stone, it was one my grandfather had chosen for me before he passed away. Needless to say, we did not know where to go or how to remedy the situation.I went to Barons because my mom bought her (upgraded) wedding ring from Ronnie. Ronnie and his team immediately put me at ease. They were knowledgeable, honest, and sympathized with what had happened. They found a solution that was within our budget and moved mountains to have the stone replaced within just a few days so that I could wear my ring in Washington, DC (where we were moving to spend our final semester of law school). The Barons team did a wonderful job of turning a bad situation into a story with a happy ending. We could not have been happier with our experience!

Love this place! Every time I come in, Im treated like a VIP—even when they know Im only there to browse. Ive worked with Chuck a few times (for purchases and appraisals), Matt once (he patiently assisted my fiancé and I with mens wedding bands for nearly two hours until he found the one!), and owner Ronnie helped me with todays purchase. Barons has a large selection of rings, watches, and just about anything else you could want! All the salespeople are friendly and helpful, I never feel pressured to buy anything, and the prices are right!

Great people and great selection. Purchased an engagement ring from them. I did my research and check apples apples diamonds from the jewelry exchange to jewelry mart in SF and Barons was able to compete while still providing the long lasting customer service you would expect from this type of purchase. As fot the band, they had a great selection as well and even better prices. Their bands also didnt look cheap like a lot of other places i checked with. They are straight shooters and well respected in the bay for a reason.

I purchased a engagement ring 25 years ago from Barons. Unfortunately, it was in need of a diamond replacement and prongs. They did good work.

I went in expecting to get my wedding rings cut off. I tried everything from watching the videos, googling stuff, ice and using string. Nothing worked. They called this very nice man who talked to me while relaxing my finger and skin. He didnt put anything on it. Within a few minutes he got both of them off. It was amazing.
