When I first moved in my apartment is was very nice and the landlord was awesome. Now that we have a new landlord it has been very difficult to deal with. Can’t wait to find a new place to live. Because the customer service sucks very bad now.

This place is ok until I decided not to renew my lease. I did a walk through with property manager and they still took my secure deposit. I am appealing because I cleaned this place. After I saw her today, I said I left crumbs on the counter. I asked her did she have pictures. Wondering how things will turn out. Manager was so cold and short with me. Small town Dublin trying to rip people off. These people customer service is horrible.

Been staying here for a long time and I couldnt be happier. The amenities are nice and the place is very well maintained. Thank you!

Lot of bugs that we have to get rid of them, apartments appliances (stove) very old models, parking lot is dirty and streets are broken, buildings in the back part wall are dirty, most of the tenants do not clean their apartment fronts, a lot of going on with outsiders in weekends nights going in and out(very fishy) and outsiders seems to sleep and take the tenant parkings, the managemet is rude, if the very old light flourecence lights burn out you have to pay for them etc. tec. and when you move it is a common practice to take $ 125.00 for fixing and painting from your deposit and they bring back the rest in 30 days. every time you need a repair in the apartment they put you in waiting list because they do not have employees for that. We used to live for near 10 years
