I not only enjoy the great job that Angie and Becca do for keeping out house sparkling. They have a very friendly and cheery personality which makes giving them the job of cleaning our house even more enjoyable. I also love the mints which my wife and I fight over. Oh, and I love the way the house smells.

MaidPro has been a great experience for us. Its always nice to come home after Becca and Angie have expertly cleaned our house. They have always done an excellent job, sometimes surprising me with how thorough they are. Definitely recommended!

I started using MaidPro recently and I was very pleased with my last house cleaning. Angie and Becca were interested with making sure the areas I needed cleaning were done right, especially a few out of the ordinary items.

Over the years, my family have used cleaning professionals with varying results. With Maidpro, starting the cleaning service was easy and they were very open to using products I provided.The first time I had Maidpro visit, Josephine was amazing. I was home sick, she listened to my explanations and we exchanged good information. Josephine was so thorough and concentrated on areas I didnt see. When I asked for some additional things to be done, she didnt hesitate she just made sure it was done.Now Josephine has shown up for the second time, I walk through my house knowing Josephine has taken care of the house cleaning. I am a very happy person. :)

Staff is untrained and does not know what they are doing. I have been a customer for 3 years and have noticed the quality of the service has decreased recently, partly because the high turnover rate.I had previously told the Maidpro to not park on my driveway because one time, it did, the garage door opened and hit their parked car. The staff continued to park on the driveway.Maipros checklist specifically says that they would dust all surfaces. After a few years with Maidpro, I got asked today by the cleaning crew about which surface that needs to be dusted and what products need to be used to clean my house? Isnt this something that should have been asked at the beginning not a few years into the service? The staff also have an attitude. Now I think back, I remember many surfaces had thick dust on them. I realized that they had not been dusting all the surfaces and the checklist was only their for show. They dont actually check and just mark everything at the very end.I am a busy working professional and do not have the time to deal with these issues. I rely on Maid Pro to get the work done as they promised. It is very disappointing.
