Fantastic car wash. A hidden gem if you ask me. I have a monthly memberships for both of my cars. I like to keep my cars clean and looking good. The best part about having a membership at this place is I can get my cars washed as many times as I want. This is well worth it in my mind as I always have a clean car. The owner and the workers are all very friendly.

Touch of Class car wash is the best car wash around. They prep the car before going through the tunnel. No one else around here does that. The guys prepping the cars are very nice and professional. They answer any questions you have. It ALWAYS comes out beautiful. The full service guys make my vehicle look brand new on the inside every time I use them. They wipe down all the windows, the dash, the seats, and they vacuum throughout. Great location.

Have used this car wash for a few years. They do a great job pre-spraying your vehicle which is much appreciated if you have a lot of bugs/dirt. I have used the interior cleaning a couple times which is a really good value to have someone wipe down and vacuum everything right after the wash.

Many options for the way your car is washed. The touchless wash has been broken a couple of times Ive gone, and even when its fully operational, I dont feel that the back of my hatchback car was cleaned well. But the regular wash is a good option if youre not obsessive about the remote possibility of getting a small microscratch. I definitely appreciate that even on the cheapest regular wash, there is an attendant who manually sprays down your car - which isnt something that youre going to get at a fully automatic gas station car wash.Vacuums are not free, but you do get a token for one round of vacuuming included with some of the wash options.

Cleaned car good for $10.00 but they give you one token to vacuum and it only lasts long enough to clean front and half of back on only one side. Had to put in $1.00 to do the orher side and barely finished that had to really rush. Wasnt giving them another 1.00 to vacuum the back of the SUV. Any other place is free vacuum....will not return!!!

I take our cars to get them washed here all the time and every time theyve been immaculate and use the best cleaning products. then you get a free coin to vacuum.

Always something, with the first water/soap not working and you get a dry brush all over your vehicle to the pre spray guy smacking your vehicle a million times with his hose and dragging it across the hood and roof. To leaving with soap and streaks all over the vehicle. Oh and the flashing lights randomly in the middle. If you are prone to having seizures I would avoid this one. Or if you like a clean car

Used the card reader. When ur finished move knob to stop n hit small round button. Usually takes me about 3.50 to clean my Jeep. Cheap. Charges will initially show $10 pending on your bank card but no worries, will only take out the amount shown when you hit stop. Best self car wash in town!

I studied the menu awhile as they had a few options. It said included with wash they wiped interior down. I paid 35$ and only got a drive thru car wash. It didn’t drive back around to talk to anyone, I called and left a voicemail and called a few different occasions but no one answered or called back. Was the 35$ for unlimited monthly wash?? I didn’t have anything but my receipt and it didn’t say anything about more than 1 wash, I feel like I got ripped off.

Great car wash and people are lovely

Ive been here to wash my car. They are running two sections of washing, I mean one is the automatic washing area and the other one is self washing area. Price range seems also nice and competitive. Good!

I cannot comment on the drive through wash, but the self bays are horrible. Wasted 15 bucks taking my time and it came out extremely dull looking. No shine at all. I always wash myself and have never had this happen. Whatever wax they use is the worst. Or maybe dirty water. Not sure. It honestly looks worse than before I cleaned it. Took it somewhere else right after and fixed the issue.

Convenient to get to. The card payment system is awesome. Gives a good amount of time for the price! The bays dont seem to be full of mud and grass as much as other spray washes in the area. You see more Porsche, Corvettes C7s &C8s, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and what have you. The only issue I have is the equipment. The sprayers are good, but the brushes have issues. The wash brushes often seem to have a leak in the handle at the hose junction, so you have foaming soap running down your hands, arms, and dripping on your shoes. You get it all over. When I am there in the winter, the brush issues make washing much more of a hassle. This issue seems to happen often. If they could fix the brush issues... five stars in my book.

Hands down the BEST car wash in the mid Ohio area. I’m a normal guy who likes to take great care of his car, I may want to wash my car 5 times a week so I just signed up for the monthly platinum service and it literally saved me straight up cash. Easy to use, always open, friendly and very appreciative. Tip the guys, they give it an extra pre wash scrub. Highly recommend, if you like a sharp ride, go for the platinum monthly.

They were closed in the middle of the day. Their wash scratched my car.

Love this place. The car is immaculate and the service is quick. There is an attendant and they also offer full service. Vacuums are available, but you need to purchase tokens.

It scratches all over my car and the tokens for vacuum only last 4 minutes. For my and my kids I need 3 tokens 1 usd each. So is more way expensive than others

On more than one occasion when we have brought our vehicles here, the employees are more focused on talking about what they did the night before or what their plans are. They also seemed annoyed when we showed up and they had to get out of their chairs and go back to work.

This is not a Full Service Car Wash. Is self severe only. Waisted trip, expecting full service.

Came in to get my car washed. Vacuumed. Went through the wash once, came out dirty. Requested refund. Refused to refund. Asked me to take car through again. Waste of time. Still dirty. Vacuums have poor suction. Wont be returning. Better establishments elsewhere.

Awesome wash!

I was lied to over the phone to get me to come in then told after a 4 hour drive that they were not available. I deliver cars for a living and needed a quick detail in order to deliver the car. The “attendant” was about as uncaring as you could possibly be. All who read this go to Performance Auto Spa and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! It is the proverbial bait and switch king.

Trapped in the touch free wash today. Paid for the best option, it sprays soap and then everything stops. I attempted to call twice, no answer, and a voice mailbox that hasnt been set up. Left with dried soap on my car. 2 of 3 Hand wash bays were broken or closed off in the middle of a clear day and the lone bay was busy.

This car wash is terrible! I went through and when I was drying my car I noticed the car wash gave my car a bunch a car scratches that weren’t there before. I don’t recommend this wash to anyone.

I drove to this car wash after I had recovered my stolen vehicle from impound. I was so upset because my car was trashed. The owner personally took wonderful care of me and told me not to worry and they would make it like new again. And they did! I can’t thank them enough!!

Very good car wash we have a 2007 mustang and my late husband was very picky on where he took his car and this was his main car wash.

Touch free car wash is nice, however half the time what you buy you dont actually get. It runs past the car like its going to spray the foam but nothing happens. If they fixed that and had a monthly pass for the touch free wash Id give it 5 stars.

Started using the full service wash right after they first opened & I was very satisfied with their work. The most recent visit was this past Sunday. Quality has gone down. They barely cleaned my car (paid full service).

This is the only car wash I will go to! Associates are friendly and upbeat, and the owner (I assume) really cares about your experience. He gave me an extra vacuum token when he saw that I was struggling to get all the dog hair off my mats and interior of my car. 10/10 !

Its nice, kids do a great job, its worth your money & they give you free vacuum with a wash and plenty of room, clean place !

If your employees don’t want to work until 7pm, please adjust the hours on your website. At 645pm on a nice Thursday evening, your employees stopped working and customers were turned away with the message the car wash was closed.

The best car wash in opinion near to my house. The machine for washing is so new, and the boys works there are the best specially their manager (Noor) this guy is just very nice and he gave me free wash for me not being satisfied with one.

Best Carwash in Columbus . The full service they offer is hands down the best deal in town. They took out my weather tech mats and cleaned them and lifted up my back seats to sweep underneath them also. The staff was more then friendly even with all the dog hair I had in my truck . Also all of the brushes in Carwash are foam and not the cloth type that hold debris and scratch your paint . You can tell the owner only has the best products here.

Bought the $10 silver wash, mid way through, the roller brush slammed into the top of my vehicle causing a huge dent. Manager said because it was on side vs middle he does not feel he is responsible and wouldnt have been caused from the carwash. He did not offer to give my money back or at the very least apologetic. DONT trust this carwash.

The prepper who sprayed my car prior to washing was incredibly thorough. The price for a wash is unbeayablu and the tunnel looks well maintained and clean. Will definitely return.

I attempted to cancel my membership two months ago. The company has kept charging me for services after requesting to cancel. I have contacted the company by phone four times. Each time I called no one answered and I left voicemails to return my call. I am disappointed with the management this company. i do not reccomend ysing this service.

Bought the top tier wash and my car didnt get cleaned completely. The wash came with a token for the vaccuum that only lasted a few minutes. For the level of wash I received might as well go somewhere to get the $5 wash with free vacuuming.

They advertise on the auto wash doors that they’re “Open 24 Hours” but when you pull up to the machine to pay there’s an automated message saying if you touch the system the authorities will be called.Make up your minds - You’re either “Open 24 Hours” or you’re not!

Yells and cussing at a lady he had working there untill she cried. Confronted the owner and he cussed me out and kicked me off the property. Do not put money in this guys pocket. He also owns shell and runs it the same exact way...He fired the lady and one of the other workers for sticking up for her. This place is horrible.
