Fast and professional service that cleaned out my dryer vents in only 15 minutes. Frank and Jimmy were fast and honored my request to wear booties to protect our hardwood floors. Now, my dryer is working brilliantly again and saving a lot of electricity.The only nit is that they have to return to do a followup appointment to properly clean the exhaust. The exhaust is on the roof, and they didnt not have the proper ladders to reach so they are returning this Friday to complete the job.

I e-mailed a request for services and I got a response less than an hour later explaining the process and what they do. They were out here less than a week later. They came, cleaned my dryer vent and left in the blink of an eye. They cleaned up after themselves, were super nice and I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

We have been using lint bandits for years to clean our dryer vent. They are the nicest group of people to work with and we feel safe knowing that lint is not building up in our dryer vent that could cause a fire. We first used them 15 years ago when we purchased our home. Thank goodness we did, the dryer vent was blocked due to lint build up and likely had never been cleaned. We were lucky a fire did not start. They were also able to reroute our dryer vent for a more direct run. It’s a great company we highly recommend using them to clean your dryer vent annually.

Showed up when they said they would. Promptly cleaned vent (my vent is very long and not a straight run). My dead as a door nail dryer promptly started working again. They’re great!

Tried cleaning my vents and broke 2 brushes with rods inside the vent. LB came to the rescue clearing out the remaining lint and retrieving the 2 broken brushes in under 15 minutes. Call them before trying to clean your vents yourself. Trust me! Highly recommend their services.

Our Samsung dryer stopped generating hot air. I cleaned lint from the vent hose myself but that didnt help. Called Lint Bandits. Doug mentioned that cleaning the vent should most likely resolve the issue & he was able to schedule it for very next day.Fred arrived on-time and did a pretty good job of cleaning the vent and replacing the hose (from dryer to wall). Dryer also started generating hot air after the cleaning.After few days our laundry area started getting hot/humid when dryer was running. I noticed that hose had disconnected from the wall. I tried to mount myself but was unable to. Called Lint Bandits and told Dennis about it. He arranged Fred & Jimmy to stop by next day & they remounted the hose & tightened firmly so now it doesnt come off by pulling it.In summary, Ive been very happy with their service. I moved to a new home and inherited their dryer, it wouldn’t dry things in a regular cycle, I suspected years of build up in the vent. I filled out the online appointment request and they got back to me right away. Had an appointment that worked for me and actually called when they were free to come earlier. Very efficient, and got the job done quickly! Vent did have a lot of build up. Great job!

I was about to purchase a new dryer thinking mine wasn’t working efficiently any longer . I was referred to the “LInt Bandits” by an appliance sales store to first clean the dryer vent leading to the outside as this sounded the the problem. The lint bandits came out within a few days and found the venting completely clogged with packed lint which could have also led to a fire . They vacuumed out a shop vac full of packed lint that was causing my dryer not to dry efficiently. They were professional, responsive and thorough.Not only did they save me the cost of a new dryer, now that the vents cleaned out my dryer dries fast, the way it used to which will lower my PG&E bills as well. The vent cleaning was done well and very efficiently. I am disappointed that the charge was so high for such a straightforward job. I will do it myself next time.

Great experience from start to finish! Fred was awesome - fully explains the process and did a great job. The first time didn’t fully fix the problem, simply emailed Doug and they were out the next day. 2nd time seem to really unclog it! Excellent outcome of potentially tragic situation. Dryer fire will not happen again. I was lucky enough to catch it before it became out of control. After getting a recommendation from friends, I had the Lint Bandits clean out all duct work and get things working properly once more. Very professional guys. It was fantastic finding them! I called in the morning around 10am, by 11:30 they were at my home cleaning my lint vent. There was no hidden fees, they replaced my dryer hose at no additional cost, vacuumed up all the lint. Just a top notch company. Highly recommend them.

Great service. The guy at their office returned my voice mail and we scheduled the cleaning, and I must say that these guys are very very punctual. They were at my front door at the hour and did the cleaning, even without we telling them much. Totally professional; very respectful of their surroundings, as they cleaned every bit of lint / dirt that came out of the vent (which was a lot!) using their big vacuum machine; very friendly too, as they gave away some nice tips on how to maintain the dryer and also ensure that the vents are working as expected, periodically. They even checked the dryers functioning since we thought that the dryer could have been at fault probably. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys for the excellent service :-)

This review is based on the booking experience only. I never actually got to them performing any service.The initial call went smoothly. I was able to book easily within a week.A few days later they asked to reschedule my appointment because of the rain. (Even though weather showed it was not supposed to be raining that day or any of the days around it. And it didnt.) I accepted anyways and they pushed out my appointment to almost an entire week later.Fast forward a couple more days, they call again and ask to reschedule and I inform them Im unavailable for a while. They ask instead if they can move the time to later the same day. I agree and after hanging up immediately start looking for another company as a backup because so far it wasnt going well.The next day they text me asking to push my appointment out to an even later time.No thanks. How many times are you going to reschedule appointments?Dont waste your time beating around the bush to get someone out to your house.I regret ever wasting my time with this company, as I could have already had someone else come to my house by now.

Ever tried to get help for a clogged dryer vent on the weekend between Christmas and New Years?Just calling on a Sunday is bad enough.Lint Bandits were able to come in two days. They were punctual and efficient about their business. No mess left behind.I recommend them!

The Lint Bandits came by last year and pulled half a bucket of blue-gray lint out of our vent! We no longer have to run the dryer multiple times for each load and my towels dry in a reasonable amount of time. Who knew? Im so glad that weve made this connection with the Lint Bandits and are not at risk of a dryer fire--or wasted energy! Theyre back at it today for maintenance. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, and effective.

I called Lint Bandits because of their great Yelp reviews and I was happy with their service. Two guys came to my house and checked my dryer vent for any clogs. They also climbed onto my second story roof and cleaned out the vent to ensure there was no clog. They unfortunately didnt find much lint at all but the guys stayed to help me troubleshoot the dryer error codes. They helped with straightening my dryer vent hose that was coming out of the back of the dryer and we ran an airflow test. The dryer still came up with a D80 airflow error message so we ran the dryer with no vent at all and the message still came up so its the dryer and not a venting issue.I appreciate the guys staying to help and troubleshoot the dryer because the issue definitely wasnt a clogged vent or anything like that. I wish the charge wouldnt have been so much because they didnt find hardly any issues here but thats not their fault.I would recommend these guys if you need a vent cleaning. Thanks

Very happy with the service that I received. My dryer has never worked as well as it does now. (clothes dried in half the time) Two years ago another company cleaned the dryer vent and there was no change in the drying time of my clothing.
