This is my local postal service. I dont know to much about them, but I know that I have 2 addresses to my home, and to make sure the mail get delivered, they put the mail address. They change mail carrier frequently, so I know its the building itself. Thanks guys👌🏾

First of all, the location is terrible. There is approximately 5 parking spots in the smallest back ally sort of area. Unless you’re driving a smart car, you don’t stand a chance getting in or out without a problem. It’s also located on a busy corner intersection with no traffic light so getting out of said “parking lot” is an accident waiting to happen.Secondly, the employees are extremely unpleasant. “Rob” refused to assist us with anything and then gave us attitude when we made the wrong decisions — i.e. choosing a priority mail shipping envelope.Lastly, they couldn’t do literally anything we came to do. I needed postcard stamps to mail out thank you cards. Didn’t have any postcard stamps. We needed a document notarized — don’t do notaries. We needed something shipped — return label was a FedEx label and they don’t take those there. The biggest waste of time I’ve ever experienced. I understand these ratings mean nothing to them because they’re employed by the government, but I wish I had been told not to waste my time here. There are a ton of other post offices in the area and I would 100% recommend going to any other one but here.

Understandably the USPS is under alot of duress with the international mail back up. I want to thank the associate I dealt with for making me feel as if I should have just stayed on the USPS website and resolved my own issue. Your lack of compassion and ability to customer service is exactly why doors shut. I will never handle business here again.

They get busy, but everybody I’ve dealt with here is extremely friendly 😊

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I WISH I COULD MOVE AWAY FROM THIS POSTAL OFFICE. THEY NEVER LEAVE MY PACKAGES, EVEN AFTER SENDING TWO LETTERS AUTHORIZING THAT THEY DO SO. I HAVE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY FOR THE MAIL CARRIER, BUT GUESS WHAT, HE DOESNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CARRY MY PACKAGES INTO THE BUILDING, JUST PRANCES IN WITH HIS LITTLE PINK SLIP IN HAND. WHEN I CALL IN TO COMPLAIN THAT MY PACKAGES ARENT BEING LEFT, THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET AN ATTITUDE THAT IM CALLING IN AND SAY WELL PACKAGES ARE BEING STOLEN. IF MY PACKAGE GETS STOLEN, THAT IT MY ISSUE TO FIX. MY BUILDING MANAGEMENT HAS DONE THIER PART TO ENSURE OUR PACKAGES ARE SAFER THAN BEFORE, LIKE INSTALLED PACKAGE LOCKERS THAT YALL STILL DONT USE AND CAMERAS. I WORK JUST LIKE THEY WORK. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO RUN TO THE POST OFFICE EVERYDAY TO GET MY PACKAGES. YOUR HOURS ARE NOT CONDUCIVE FOR THE AVERAGE WORKING PERSON. JUST DO YOUR JOB LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS WORLD IS EXPECTED TO DO THIER JOB!

While I have always appreciated the front staff here at this post office, they have always tried to be supportive and helpful. Shout-out to Joe for doing great work! I was horrified when I saw other governmental employees wearing their masks around their chins and touching their mouths without any awareness. One of which appeared to be in a managerial position. Its sad to me that there is not good leadership even within our own communities to protect each other during this pandemic time. As a healthcare worker it saddens and horrifies me. I know its not always the most comfortable, we all have to be in this together.

Terrible customer service and say they will hold packages but then will DELIVER them or just won’t know where they are. Completely unhelpful, unfriendly, and if you could use ANY OTHER POST OFFICE I would try.

Id give them zero stars if I could. I was home when they said they attempted to deliver my package. They said there was no access to delivery location. Which is a lie. I get packages all the time. I live in an apartment complex and the foyer, where packages are left, is unlocked. There wasnt a note on my door or anything. How lazy do you need to be to not even TRY to deliver a package. What other job can you get paid to NOT do your job? I want to know the name of my delivery person and their supervisor. I want them fired. If youre not going to DO your JOB you dont deserve it.

I had some ongoing issues with a package that I had ordered from outside the United States. I called other offices that the package was wrongly sent to, and the Phila distribution center, and ultimately thought that I would never see the package. Through the help of Dan from this office, I was able to receive my package. He made it extremely clear that he would do everything he could to get my package delivered. It was delivered not long after, and I was beyond shocked that it arrived. So grateful that this is my local post office after talking to neighboring post offices that were less helpful.

Worst post office ever. Firstly, I live in an apartment complex in which they will not leave packages due to theft. However, instead of leaving the packages at the Post Office so consumers can pick them up on the day they were supposed to be delivered, they have the carriers take the packages with them. Secondly, problem solving obviously isnt their thing. A package that had the correct address (but missing the apartment number) was sent back, despite the fact that they know the apartment complex is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Thirdly, the staff for the most part seem inconvenienced when I ask questions. No bueno.

The people that they have on the route is horrible they act like they don’t know the code to get into the apartment so they will just take the mail back and you can’t get into contact with anyone that’s actually real

Slow, sloppy, and grumpy. Im going out of my way just to not use this post office ever again.

Clerks are knowlegeable and friendly. I ship alot and have never had a problem or issue with this location. Staff is always willing to help out.

Their incompetence is only equaled by their inconvenience both in access and hours. I have never been inclined to review a post office but seriously if i could give them negative stars I would. Theyve been screwing my mail up literally since the 1990s.

Still waiting for my mail to be delivered after a vacation hold. Supposed to come on Saturday. Also didnt get my mail delivered for Tuesday and not sure if it will ever come. Mailman said she didnt know anything and wasnt so interested to find out.

Idk what these other reviewers are talking about i suspect they work for this post office. I live across the street they constantly mark packages delivered then dont deliver them until after 530 cause its convenient and right across the street. Ive complained multiple times to be told oh we will bring it up in the morning meeting worst post office ive ever dealt with like today my package said delivered 1030am its 630 pm and no package probably going to have to wait till monday to get my package. No wonder theyre in debt 2 billion dollars!!! And the counter people are jerks act like youre bothering them when you are trying to find where youre delivered package is dont go here dont even get stamps here worthless post office close it down asap!!!

Customer Service sucks. I’m not a specialist in usps tracking numbers so if I give you the wrong number it doesn’t hurt to say politely that it is the wrong number. I don’t know how the rest of the staff is but the person I spoke with was rude and not very helpful.

I just pointed out that the scale was only sitting on three legs and received a rude comment in return.

No one there likes to answer the phone.
