Very poor service. The truck i rented the guy said it was a new truck and i better not put any scratches on it he also said there was no scratches on the truck . the pictures show there was. And it took 2 days after i returned the truck to finalize the paper work . and then over charged me $3.00

Have used this Uhaul location several times in the last 5 years and never had any problems... thats why I keep coming back...like tomorrow morning!

In all fairness, its not the places fault. We had a reservation and the u-haul app reserved our truck from this location, but never told us it was closed on Sunday ( day of reservation). We were there waiting for an hour until we got ahold of someone who tried to change the reservation. Ended up having to cancel. So the bad review is for u-haul and their app.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could.I had the truck for 3 hours. It was suppose to be 40 dollars. I got charged 310 dollars because I didn’t put a couple gallons of gas back in.Wouldn’t work with me and just yelled. Awful awful awful. First time using. Will never go back

We went there 15 min prior to closing time and the person over there told us nobody from uhaul side is here and they left for the day. Really frustrating

It’s good service and the staff was talkative. If you leave your car they make you park next door. But it was a pleasant experience and I was the only one there. It’s a tad far off the freeway but not too bad.

Excellent service. Very helpful. They went the extra mile to make a few calls and solve a problem for us. They didnt have much room in their lot for our trailer, but they made the time and the room, not to mention a new customer for their automotive repair services.

This is ridiculous!!!! We had a reservation at 9am and nobody showed up to open. Not to mention they are supposed to be open at 8:30! When I tried to make a reservation then the guy said “let’s make t 9” probably because he didn’t want to get his sleazy A out of bed and he still isn’t there in time! It’s 9:30, my husband has been waiting 35 minutes and nobody is answering in the office or customer service line! My husband literally ran to uhaul from our house so I didn’t have to drive him and he is there sitting in front of the door and nobody is there! This is unacceptable and deserves a discount. Never doing business with you again.

Reserved a Uhaul at the Draper location and the day before our pickup date, they called and let us know we’d have to go to a different location 20 minutes further away. Not a huge deal.The day of pickup, 10 minutes before pickup time, they called and let us know that we now had to go an hour away to pick up our Uhaul. Mind you, we had movers scheduled for a time that would interfere with this pickup.Thanks Uhaul for making our moving day even more stressful than it needed to be.

My contract said that my tank was full, but it wasnt quite, so I ended up putting about 2 gallons more than I used. Other than that it was fine.

Worse place ever. We rented a uhaul here to pick up after hours, and it wasnt ready. We couldnt get a hold of anybody at this location. The owner didnt even care to let anyone know he wouldnt have the truck ready and that we couldnt get keys. Wasted 2 hours in the middle of a busy move.

The guy that was at this location when we told him we had reserved a trailer for a day stayed yelling at us saying we had to have it back by 4 that he was closed the next day. Seriously who yells at a customer for no reason?

Awful service. They booked the truck for a certain time frame and then when I came to pick it up they changed it. Oh, except that the price was still the same as the full time I originally booked. Incompetent!
