I worked with the arborist, Daniel, and he was fantastic. He was prompt with coming out to my site and was very communicative throughout the process. This is very rare in this industry. They were here the next day after I called to get an estimate for some tree trimming (fruit trees, large pine/spruce, tree removal, etc.). Their prices were very reasonable. They showed up ahead of schedule and on time! They were very fast and professional. They made sure that they really knew what we wanted done before they started and did it all in one day. I will definitely hire them again (we have a lot of work to do). Highly recommend.

They spray fertilizer and it smells awful makes you cough and gag. Said wouldnt hurt my dog my dog was very itchy practically chewed his paw off! All I ask is they let us know when spraying and they failed big boo

We have used Kimball at our property for several years now, at least 3. They come reliably on their scheduled days, but they do a lack-luster job, and they seemed to break at least one sprinkler head every single week while carelessly mowing. Then their full service company would kick-in and generously fix those broken sprinkler heads... and bill us hundreds and hundreds of dollars each month to pay them to fix their own damages. Go with someone else.

Daniel & Morgan did a great fantastic job trimming the trees on my property and did a great job cleaning up as well. Would highly recommend them, very professional !

Is zero stars an option? They rent a home for their drivers in a single family neighborhood and then park their trucks all over the street. Come and go at all hours of the night when the snow arrives. Start trucks up at 4:30 am on Sundays and slam doors, let trucks idle. The worst neighbors. Break HOA rules of single family residence only and home businesses (no traffic).

Parking in streets in neighborhood illegally. Rented a home in single family neighborhood breaking HOA rules 2 consecutive years in a row. Not ethical, break rules.

Our main HOA contractor subcontracts with Kimball for lawn/sprinkler care. We have a rather difficult, to put it lightly, main contracting company that is incapable of performing even the most minor of tasks.After years of frustration trying to get something really minor and simple fixed I decided to bypass our HOA and contractor and call Kimball directly, and they were able to solve the problem with a brief phone call.Hats off to Kyle. He is professional, understanding and an asset to Kimball.

Very poor experience with this company. Had to double check every bill, they wouldnt abide by the contract unless prompted to do so. Workers were careless. Suggest finding someone else.

Totally inconsiderate. Park in front of mailboxes and driveways. Other people have jobs to do as well.
