My sales representative, Elena Flores, was excellent to work with, from the time I placed an order, until the transaction was final. The whole team at the Draper Ford dealership was friendly and professional. It was a very smooth process, except for the wait, but they had no control over the shortage of microchips due to the pandemic. This honestly was one of my best car-buying experiences.

My sales associate was great, he did excellent in communication and making it an expedited process. Unfortunately, it was down hill from there. They added options to a book value sheet that are significant value adds the car did not have, also added ancillary products to the loan without actually applying said product to the vehicle. Breanne was very helpful, knowledgeable, fast, and almost psychic in getting us into a new car. She texted us in the morning about trading in our 2019 Edge and had us in a 2021 Explorer by afternoon. It is just the car my wife wanted; more room, updated technology, and still that beautiful Ford blue. It was magical. Tyson her sales team leader (my words) is a guy we trust and respect. This is car #4 we have bought from him in less than two years. A pick-up is next. We have found the team we will stay with.

I called Larry Miller Ford in Draper to ask about a new vehicle for my wife. Geoff was the salesman that I talked to. He answered all of my questions and treated me like I was his best customer, even though it was the first time I had talked to him. He helped us get the exact vehicle that we were looking for.This was amazing. Every other dealership that I called told me that, what we were looking for wouldn’t be available for months.During the buying process I also got to meet Andre. I think that he is the sales manager.Andre and Geoff made us feel appreciated, and made our experience great!I used to compare buying a new vehicle from a dealership, to going to the dentist.After working with Geoff and Andre I don’t feel that way anymore.Thanks for making our purchase a great experience.

Elena is thorough and professional. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and then she came through on providing us with multiple choices. Elena was also very sensitive to my wifes needs as she lost her car in an accident and was struggling with the idea of replacing her favorite car. These guys are amazing! My wife and 6 daughters broke down on the freeway traveling from Boise to northern Arizona to visit family and we are so lucky that it happened close ro this dealership! Eric Reams from the service department helped with everything. They ferried them from the hotel and back and luckily were able to get them back on the road the next day with the last fuel pump on the state. Thank you so much! Excellent work!

Avoid at all costs! Sold me a mustang and told me I had to bring it back after a week of having it due to a lack of payment history when I have had perfect credit history for 6 years! They just wanted it back because they sold it at cost and didn’t make money. I do not recommend ever financing threw a dealership. They also pulled my credit 15 times my credit went from a 740 to a 609.

My experience with the dealer started with a call from Brian Smith. Brian was easy going on the phone so I decided to take a trip down. I’m glad I did because 3 hours later I was driving home in a beautiful new truck. Even with the current shortages, I feel I was given a fair deal. Ordered an F-150 a few months back with Travis, it was a super quick process for ordering and they did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the wait. Such a frustrating experience. Purchased a service package that was supposed to be able to use anywhere across the US because I would not be in UT. All Fords use Oasis system. I tried getting my vehicle serviced at 3 different Fords across the US: MA, IL and UT. All could not pull up, every time I called this draper location they said they fixed the problem and each time it was never in the system, nor in my name for each Ford. I unfortunately had to use my Karen voice to get anything done. It was explicitly in my contract and I brought my contract to each service appointment and the other Ford’s saw that it wasn’t in the system even though they could see it was included. I spoken to management and the best the could do is just refund my contract of $90. When services cost much more through other. Only my sales guy was a lil cool, but that’s because he was a sales guy. He promised that when my vehicle would be delivered to my house by a certain day by him just to get the sale and then he couldn’t because he was off. His manager had to deliver it to my home. While the vehicle is great, that’s just manufacturing. I would never buy another Ford from this dealership again. It’s been a frustrating year going back and forth with them.

Went in to see what they would offer for a trade in on my truck. They offered me $9k. I had already received an offer from Wilson Ford in Logan for $17k. These people will try to rob and low ball you for your vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership.

The salesman was nice but the used car manager immediately tried to screw us on the deal. He kept claiming we were getting savings we were not.The finance guy should be put in Jail for fraud. He refused to use the bank I told him to, instead he ran my credit trough over a dozen other banks. Each credit check was done for an amount that greatly exceeded what I signed the contract for. ( the agreed on price was $9500, but every denial letter I got said the loan was priced for $13,000 to $14,000). They even ran one of the loans as mortgage....Dont waste your time here, go to a reputable used car dealer instead.

REGARDING THE SERVICE CENTER:I had an appt at 8am. I took my car in due to the engine light being on and hadnt heard from anyone all day. I finally called them around 4:30pm and was told that my last oil change was done incorrectly, causing oil to leak. It was an easy fix, basically just a new oil change. Well, again, I hadnt heard from anyone about it being done. I called that evening and they were CLOSED! Not only did they have my car all day and overnight, I didnt hear anything the next day! I finally called around 3pm the next day and they still had not even done the oil change.THEY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO FULL DAYS FOR AN OIL CHANGE.It would have been really nice to know that they were going to have my car for that long and that I was going to need to find a car the next day to get to work. The guy that helped us was very nice but terrible communication. Actually zero communication. It was very frustrating that I had to be the one to call to get updates and nothing was being handled. He also tried to tell me I needed a new oil mat, costing $150 because it was soaked. We looked at it when we got home and it was just fine...

Edit: Upgraded to 2 stars from 0. Talked to managers who were nice and willing to help. They resolved the concerns and took care of it. Thank you!Literally the worst car company in the world. We agreed on price, then they proceeded to sign us up warranties we did not want. Then we found out we were charged them from our bank documents. Tried to get those cancelled. When trying they promised we would get all our money back. Only have received a little more than half. Had to call and let them know. They then said there are other forms to fill out. We did. Only got another 1/3 back. We are still short a significant amount of money. They will not own up their mistake and fraudulent practices. I would never recommend anyone ever get within a mile of this terrible dealership. Honestly if I could give a -10 stars I would. Go anywhere but here!! They will not make anything right and only care about making a dollar off of you. They do not care about you as a customer. Worst car buying experience I have ever had.

As far as service goes inside the building the people that work here are great like Eric, Ryan and Mario! However once it goes outside the building for repairs ect. Service is completely horrible for what is supposed to be the what? #1 car dealership chain in Utah! I have spent thousands on repairs in the 3 months Ive owned the car and that is fine and not the problem! The problem is when you spend thousands, the work that is done should be top of the line but not here! Twice the mechanics here have neglected to pay attention leaving important bolts out such as the cover for my radiator, a missing bolt on my catalytic converter, a missing bolt on the plate that goes over the converter, bolts missing on the cover that protects my lines on driver side and missing the entire skid plate. Im sorry I had to leave this review but it needed to be expressed!

Made an offer on a used F150 truck. The price given to us was just over $53,000 out the door. We offered $52,000 out the door and was asked to leave by the finance manager Andre Martinez. He told us that they cold wholesale it at auction for $55,000. This doesnt even make sense.

I was not offered some of their current deals which I found out about later which was disappointing and I have not yet taken delivery of my new car with no estimates on when it will arrive. Lee went above and beyond throughout the entire car buying process. From picking me up at the airport to waving me goodbye from the lot . Thank you for making my experience easy and fun.UPDATE: I purchased a cargo mat and sun visors from this dealership. I told them I did not mind picking them up at the dealer ship in St. George since that is where I live. They told me that they would have them delivered to my home to save me the trouble. A week goes by and I still had not received them so I called they parts department and the gentlemen there informed me that the Sales department and Shipping department were pointing fingers at each other on who was going to pay for the shipping. As a customer I had been checking twice daily for the delivery because they had told me they had shipped it to me but in reality they have been fighting internally on who was going to pay for the shipping for a cargo mat & sun visor for a customer who had purchased a brand new vehicle from them 1 day prior. I had great service until the moment I drove off the lot. If It wasn’t such a hassle to return a vehicle I would’ve already done so. My advice would be: don’t tell a customer you are going to do something and then don’t it.Skyler at the parts desk was really understanding and helpful and took car of the shipping for me. Due to the sales departments treatment of the situation I will be revising my previous 5 starts to 4 (which might still be to high).

Terrible customer service experience! I made an appointment to get a recall for a Saturday. I get there and they had no idea and the guy supposed to fix the recall didn’t work that day! They had to reschedule. I went there again and they took pictures to submit to Ford for my warranty and never called me back. I called 5 to 7 times and just got a message each time saying the service advisor Mario is busy and would call me back. Guess what they never called back! Never go here because they will ignore you and don’t care! Manager never called me back when I called and asked to speak to the manager! I hope corporate or someone will call me because this is unethical to treat customers like this!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. It took a few calls to get connected. Then a week later I took my car in. I took it in at 11. By 2 I thought it would be finished.I called to check on it. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. So, my friend took me to the dealership. I went to check on my car. They had broke a bolt on my tire and were waiting for a replacement. I asked 3 times if they would please call me when they were done. At 5 I called to see the status of my car. They said it was just getting finished. There was no communication. I was not given any kind of deal for their mistake. I was very upset.

I went in on a Friday evening towards the end of January. I met with Caleb Leavitt. I let him know I wanted to see a used F-150 I was following on Carfax. He couldnt find it on the lot, so we assumed it had recently sold. He showed me a comparable truck. It was newer, less miles, but over my budget. I took it for a test drive anyway.When we got back I let Caleb know the price was out of my comfort zone, but he let me know I was there at a good time and they often move mountains to make a sale. After going back and forth with a sales manager, I was amazed at how much fluff they initially added to the price of the truck and then how much they lowered the cost by the time I walked out. It was a decent deal, but still over my budget.Later that weekend I saw that the truck I wanted was actually still there. I called on it the following Monday and was told someone was test driving it and they seemed like buyers; and they were. But a miracle happened! Caleb called me the following Friday (one week from my original visit) and said it was back! I was thrilled, but wondered why it was back. Apparently the truck had bad tires and produced a loud noise while driving. They said it just needed new tires (It has 33 inch aftermarket wheels). I guess the buyer didnt want to deal with it. Lucky me.I once again sat in the showroom awaiting their payment scenarios. This truck was a few thousand dollars less than the truck I saw the week before so I assumed we could cut to the chase and close the deal based on what we went through the week before. I was wrong. They showed me the rundown of costs and I immediately laughed and said theres just no way. Then a sales manager joined the chat and after another lengthy and painful back and forth on price, we finally got to a number that worked for me and I said, lets do it!.New tires were part of the deal and I was getting a truck that checked all my boxes and was under my budget. The financing part of it went quickly and was painless.The next day I came to pick up my truck. I was very excited as we all are about getting a new vehicle. As I sat inside it with the sales manager, I noticed a massive crack in the panoramic moon roof. I hadnt noticed it before because it was always dark when I saw the truck. He took a picture of it and said hed send it to the service department. He didnt come right out and say that theyd take care of it, even though they did, but I wish that was said right then and there. It was a source of stress for a few days.Less than a week or so later I got a call that my tires were in. I was also told that they would fix the moon roof while it was there so theyd need it overnight. After dropping off my truck I got a call moments later that they had ordered the wrong tires, but it was a good thing because now I could choose my tire. Well, not really. They decided they would charge me for the tires for any cost over $1,000. These tires are EXPENSIVE!!! I felt like it was a classic bait and switch. So I gave them three options for tires. While I did end up with really great tires, I had to fork out an extra $460. I was not happy about this, but I just wanted to be done with the dealer. I picked up my truck the next day. It had the new tires, and a new moon roof and was nicely detailed. It was a thing of beauty!My rating of three stars is based on my entire experience. If they gave me their best offer up front AND they stuck to the deal of covering the price of the tires, I would give them 5 stars. I really would, but each of these experiences removed a star. Caleb was awesome! He was very helpful and he was likely the reason I was able to get that truck as there were a lot of other people following it.Looking back at my experience with LHM Ford, I guess its pretty typical. There is still a ridiculous negotiation process and pressure to add on useless services to the price that no one needs, but in the end I got a great truck for a great price. So I guess it all worked out for the best. Oh, and my wife says I made a great choice. Yes!!!

I took my truck in for a diagnostic (which I had an appointment for). They didn’t stay in contact with me at all, and it took them two weeks to even tell me what was wrong with the truck. I had to call Ford directly to get any sort of communication from this dealership. Don’t look to John for any help in the service department, because he’s not going to give it to you. I’m never going to go back to Larry H. Miller Ford, and I don’t trust them to ever work on my vehicles ever again.

I had problems with sales, finance, and the GM. It was the most uncoordinated and disrespectful customer experience I have ever seen. The finance department agreed to detail my vehicle and after dropping it off, they didnt touch it for 4 days. When I brought it back to get it done, they claimed it was done and then told me they dont do full detail services after Id had multiple discussions. No effort was made to try and improve my view of their customer service. I will never recommend that this dealership team be used for a Ford purchase. There are much better places to go where you dont have to be talked down to throughout the entire process. No one here takes responsibility for representing the Ford brand. I finally just asked for my keys back and am taking my truck to a professional.

Worse experience ever. Took my truck for a recall on the tail gate. When they returned the back up wasnt working. I called them to let them k ow about it, they did not recognized for what they did. After speaking with a manager, only thing a got was we wont charge for the labor . Seriously! They damaged the camera and alegate that they did have anything to do with, they just said that was a coincidence that the camera got broken while was with them.They supposed to be taking care of my truck while is in their possession, any that happens is their respknsability.

Collin was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, he showed me all the bells and whistles it came with and even helped me set up the Ford app and showed me out to use it! I have tried on 4 occasions to buy a car from this dealership. In all cases the vehicle was $10,000-$25,000 more than the advertised price. One was just a misprint on a pickup, wasted an hour of my time, the others were mustangs. Most recently Ford listed the car sale at $82k. On their online add LHM listed the MSRP and then their price separately next to it as the same price. I called and showed interest., the price went to $99k. When I clicked on the link to buy the car it said it was $109K. I live in Sandy, but clearly it is easier and much cheaper to buy a car from across the country and have it shipped here.

What a frustrating experience I had at LHM Ford in Draper. After speaking to the salesperson (Lee) regarding a 2021 F150, I was pretty excited to put down my deposit. There were several Dealer ordered vehicles that were on their way that I was interested in. When I looked at the sticker posted on LHMs site, I was surprised to see a 7 to 10 thousand dollar add-on above MSRP for dealer installed options. I asked Lee if Id be required to pay the markup given my plans to put a deposit down and he assured me that Id only be paying MSRP. With that knowledge I decided to press forward and tried to determine which of the two F150s would best meet my needs as a tow vehicle. I truly believe that if a salesperson is going to be selling tow vehicles, they need some training. Lee assured me that I could tow a 12,000lb trailer with the configuration I was interested in. Wrong! It doesnt seem like many sales staff at LHM understand the the correlation between max payload capacity and max towing capacity. My primary reason for giving one star is because after spending hours going back and forth with Lee and trying to find out the actual payload capacity for the specific inbound trucks, I asked him for the out the door cost. To my surprise the cost was $3,500 over MSRP for Dealer Installed Options. They were throwing in a bed liner, wheel well protectors and a bed cover of some variety. Hardly worth $3,500. I told Lee that since they were installed AFTER theyd receive my vehicle, I should be able to opt out of those options.....I mean, that would make sense right? From the beginning, I have been getting the runaround from LHM Ford in Draper. I was experiencing an issue with the check engine light repeatedly coming on in my vehicle. I took the vehicle in to be looked at and two months later the work still has not been completed. I was told that a part would need to ordered and they assured that it would take only 7-10 days for it to arrive. The part still has not shown up and there is an unacceptable lack of concern on their end. They went out of their way to assure me that they were doing everything possible, but there is absolutely no communication from their end, Ive probably called them at least 10-20 times. Each time I get the old Ill call ya back routine and then I never hear from them. I could get a faster response sticking a message into a bottle and throwing it into the ocean!A more customer service oriented dealership would have offered to spring for a rental car if they knew repairs were going to take this long - these people did not. I had to basically beg them to help out with providing a rental. They did eventually do this, but it took a couple tries to get it right. The first rental just stopped working mid-traffic and I was basically left to fend for myself (no roadside assistance, nothing!). Its stressful enough worrying about my own vehicles repairs without having to worry that my rental is going to blow up at any given moment. I did eventually get that rental swapped out for another, but who knows how long this one will work for? I just want to be able to get to and from my job safe, I dont think that is too much to ask for.In conclusion, I would advise anyone thinking of taking their car to the Draper LHM dealership to strongly reconsider (unless youre okay with walking for the next 2-3 months). You would be better off taking your vehicle to basically any other shop/dealership in the valley. Cannot stress this enough: AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ive been to this dealership twice only to find out that they don’t actually have the cars or trucks that are listed on their website. One time I was forced to answer a dozen questions before they finally admitted they didn’t even have the truck I was looking for. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were honest about their inventory.

I had already picked out the truck I wanted online, I just needed to look it over & drive it. When I arrived at the dealership Scott Litton greeted my husband & I and proceeded to move mountains to show us my truck. After driving it and 2 years of searching I knew I had finally found it! Unfortunately, it wasnt quite ready to go yet (Everything had to be perfect for LHM before it left the lot), but Scott made arrangements to have it delivered to me since I live 45 miles away! I took my car in to get serviced due to a blown speaker.When I showed up I waited 20 minutes to get my car scheduled in, without one person talking to me, making eye contact, but not helping..Once I heard back from Ford, they told me it would be nearly $400 for just the 1 speaker.I was asking why my warranty wouldn’t cover it, and they wouldn’t tell me why it wasn’t covered under warranty even though I have one YEAR left of my original 4 year warranty.After all that, I was also disappointed to find muddy boot prints, all over my driver side.

Not upfront, and you can get a better deal at Ken Garff Ford. Also if you buy a new vehicle you can get 0% financing through Ford, but they didn’t offer that, but said they would give the best deal they could. Would not work with the bank that gave us a better interest rate, most likely because they don’t get a kick back. They just care about their wallet and won’t listen to you.

Buyers Beware!! I attempted to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer yesterday. It was a 2016 BMW M5 that was listed on Autotrader.com. I called in and spoke with Travis. I asked some questions about it and asked about the price. I realized the price was what it was and told him I wanted to see close up pictures. He volunteered to do a FaceTime with me to go through the car. We did that 5 minutes later and I told him I would take it. I asked him to get the numbers together and asked if they tacked on weird dealer fees like shady ones do, he replied no. To me, the deal was done as I committed to buying the car pending a PPI done at the local BMW dealership since the CarFax showed minor damage. A short time after, he mentions there is another out of state buyer interested in buying the car and said it was a race to whomever signs first. I told him I wasnt going to play this pressure game and had already committed to buying the car. Just prior he sent over the estimate and the sales tax was double what it should be and almost $800 in documentary and license fees, plus a $499 vehicle theft assistance charge. I asked him about these fees. I told him since I live in HI I shouldnt be paying any license fees as I do that myself when it arrives. He argued with me, which was being fed by a manager in the background, that they would register the car for me in HI and include plates. That statement was absolutely FALSE and is not possible. ALL cars in HI require an inspection prior to registration unless brand new, which this was not. He then agreed to take $250 license fee off. I asked what the vehicle theft assistance was and he said, Honestly, that is just backend money for the dealer and the finance guy. I asked if he would remove it and he said, Yes, I can probably do that. He then said he was sending over the total out the door cost so it was clear and I could wire the money. Five minutes after the call, he sent me a text that the car was sold. I called him immediately and he was chuckling as he told me that he had already told me someone else was trying to buy the car. The first customer to call in and commit to buying the car should have priority. Worst case if the first person doesnt buy it, you can go back to the second person. That is business 101. It wasnt like we were haggling over the price, it was a done deal and just finalizing the details and waiting on the price sheet to sign and return. So aside from selling the car to someone else when it was a done deal verbally, they tried to charge me fictitious and inflated fees and lie about licensing the car out of state. I honestly feel they did not want to go through the hassle of the PPI at the BMW dealer and the other customer probably didnt haggle over the other fees and that is why they sold to them. I wouldnt expect this from any authorized car dealership, but only shady used car lots.

Unfortunately my experience seems to have been like others reported. Contacted the dealership online and was connected to a salesman who provided additional photos and Carfax as requested since I live roughly an hour distance away. Decided to drive up and look at the truck. Upon arrival, I was told that the vehicle was “unavailable for the entire day” as a manager had possession of it. When I mentioned it would’ve been nice to have been made aware of this before arriving, I was told that I should’ve made an appointment despite the fact that they allow walk-ins. Manager called the following morning and essentially yelled/argued about my experience despite the fact he wasn’t present. Noted that they weren’t a “transactional” dealership but “focused on relationships” while arguing and eventually stating that perhaps I wasn’t “their type of customer.” Eventually they offered to make the vehicle available to me, but let’s just say the damage had been done. It appears that my experience was in line with that of others. Disappointing to say the least.

Nick Sheppard in the finance department is dishonest and lazy. I signed paper work after getting approved for a better interest rate than my personal bank was offering. Now 2 weeks later I found out he took the loan from my personal bank which was 1.5 percent higher than the one I was offered and signed paper work for. all because they needed paper work like paystubs etc. he didn’t even bother to call me or email me to receive this paper work to finish my loan. Now the loan is final with a 1.5 percent higher difference, and they are claiming there is nothing they can do.
