We love working with Parc at Day Dairy for our clients that are relocating to Utah. The manager, Alicia and her staff are so nice and friendly and respond so quickly to any requests we have. This is one of our favorite properties in Draper and the location is awesome with so many shopping and dining options near by. I also love how responsive their maintenance team is, they are the best! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an apartment in Draper or surrounding cities!

We were promised something completely different while on the tour. When it was time for us to move in, the office stated our townhome had been walked through multiple times. CLEARLY it wasn’t. They changed the carpet last minute and didn’t communicate to us about any changes that were made. We were then told that if we wanted the carpet changed to the one that was in the model “we” would need to pay out of pocket for that. We had a non working fridge and all our freshly bought food went bad. When we called in for an emergency the lady we spoke to said she couldn’t promise they would get to it same day. (Hence our food going bad). We asked for reimbursement MULTIPLE times and provided a receipt but never had contact from the office about reimbursement. We then experienced problems with our washer as well as lights being out in our bedroom and kitchen. They also didn’t give us a fob. When we asked for one the office said they wouldn’t know if it would work or not because they had issues with their gym doors not opening. (So why give us a fob if it isn’t going to work?) We also did ask for a third key to be made for my younger brother, but we never received it and I wasn’t sure if we were charged or not. This all happened within the couple weeks we’ve been living here. We’ve had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with this complex and weren’t even able to be accommodated. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Wonderful, safe, clean community for our son to call home for a short 6 months. The only complaint would be renter beware of all the hidden costs when leaving. They are horrible at communicating move out fees, when to give notices....But I think its normal anywhere you rent. That there will always be hidden fees.....Great community!!!

Extremely overpriced. 100% of other townhome communities in the area that offer more or similar square footage and better or similar amenities are less expensive.$1800+ for a 2-bedroom townhome I can rent for $1380 at another community in Draper? Nope.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have always been treated with professionalism and dignity by management and maintenance. Whenever I have had a problem or need something all I have to do is call and it gets done, plus there is always follow up to make sure the work or change is to my satisfaction.

We lived here for 7 months and just moved out recently. Although both Curran and Olivia knew we were temporary renters, looking to buy a home, they were awesome to us. We only had a couple of minor non priority issues and they took care of them sending someone over right away. Then later called back to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Our 3 year old also loved it. There are many kids and she made friends right away at the playground and the pool. Family friendly, dog friendly, the neighbors super friendly and no noises at all. I highly recommend Parc At Day Dairy to everyone.

Ive had a great experience, but gotta take a moment to just say that I really think yall need to upgrade your EV charger. It can only charge one car at a time or else itll overload the circuit, and when you are charging it is so slow, takes over 48 hours for a full charge. When there are multiple EVs that reside here, if someone is already using the charger, youre basically SOL until they move, or gotta drive up to salt lake to charge. The complex was hightlighted for its free EV charging, but it can feel like a joke sometimes. When a tesla tech came out to do a quick update on my car, he even laughed at the situation and said hed never seen anything like it.

Move in was made so easy thanks to Heaven! Moving from out of state seemed difficult but she gave us a tour and set up everything for us! We had one thing that needed to be fixed when we moved in and they took care of it that day! Highly recommend Parc at Day Dairy to anyone who wants a beautiful place to live.

Would’ve left it at a 5 start review since Olivia and staff made it a smooth transition for us to move in but the people living here have ZERO INTEGRITY. Decided to go somewhere else after we had our car keyed 5 months ago.. then a few days ago we had our longboard stolen from inside my husbands car.. (which will sometimes unlock) but regardless not a reason for someone to grab something that’s not theirs.. from a car that’s not theirs!!! Then I go back down stairs to grab the remaining brand new magnolia pillows from MY car and they’re gone...You can decide to move in to these nice apartments BUT you’ll get your things stolen.

Great area, good size apartments. We did however walk into a new apartment with stains on the carpet. The only way to replace it was to move ALL of our furniture out of our apartment. This should have been taken care of before we moved in, not after we hired movers to move all of our furniture. Now we get the live with the stains for the next year. The office hasnt been the best to work with. You have to ask for information because they arent very proactive. I was expecting a welcome packet full of information rather than having to ask about everything. We had to ask how we set up our cable package that is included in rent, what our mailbox number was, we had to ask about when we could pick up our keys and how payment was taken care the first month...they need to be more proactive and communicate more. It hasnt been an easy process moving in. Hopefully once we are settled in, it wont be so bad because it started off on the wrong foot.

We lived here for a year and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were warned to really clean the house by a friend that moved out or we wouldnt get our deposit back, I think thats reasonable. The only reason I wouldnt give a 5 star review is you have to be out and cleaned by 10am on a day you completely pay for. If you pay for a day you should get the day to move.

I have lived here for about 6 months in a town home. Love the 2 car garage, but there is no bathroom downstairs which is kind of a pain for if you have company. Love the modern interior. The walls are very thin, so when I did have a neighbor he was very rude and pounded on the wall if my TV was too loud for him or I opened my garage too many times. Management is efficient and fast at responding to maintenance issues. Francisco is awesome. Rent is a little on the higher end, but you also get what you pay for. This is a great area to live in. I have yet to visit the pool, but it sure looks cool. Overall I love living here, just wish the walls werent so thin. Non smoking community which is a plus as well. I will be renewing my lease in September for another year.

Beautiful apartments and kind staff. Everything was fine until move out. Watch out, Wasatch property management will attempt to take as much as possible from you at move out without providing useful information. A pet deposit is not a deposit it is a fee. It will not go towards move out costs. They also disable your access to your resident portal at your move out date so you cannot access information to dispute charges. Unfortunate final experience with this beautiful property.Save yourself some trouble and live somewhere else.

Lived here for almost a month now, and I cant complain about one thing. Location is perfect, management is super respectful and kind, and the amenities that I pay for is so worth the higher price range for these apartments. Over-priced worst rental experience. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and missing a shower head and a dead fish smell coming from the kitchen sink. I had to call 3 times to get the disposal fixed and ended up cleaning the apartment myself. You can’t leave your windows open because of the trash smell and noises. There is dog poop everywhere. The leasing manager was confrontational instead of helpful. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Apartment community comprised of flats, townhomes and various sizes. Wasatch Management owns these as well as the commercial buildings right next door. Central location makes shopping a dream and the amenities are amazing, they even have a movie theater just for the residents. Rent costs include media package, door trash pickup and a great maintenance staff. Cost is rather high but you get allot for what you pay.

The place is nice for a small family. The pool is great in the summer, but there is a lady with two pugs who attack other dogs and she doesnt hold them on leashes. One of her dogs attacked mine the other night and almost ran into our house, leaving claw marks on the cement infront of my door.

Quiet, well managed, great services. A little over priced though and pool access during the summer is restricted to before 9 PM which really sucks since that is when it is more fun. Great location though with walking distance to groceries, clothiers, restaurants, bars, et cetera.

Staff was awesome and friendly when we moved in one year ago. New management took over in April and its been a NIGHTMARE working with Euginia. We lived there for six months, one of which was spent in Hawaii. The only thing we hung up on the walls was our tv, which we patched. Upon moving out we completed our walk through and were told everything looked great. We called twice and worked with Andee and everything was good to go, then Andee quit. Fast forward, we received a bill from the Park two months after move out saying we owed about 300 (and would not be getting our 250 deposit back). I called to see what the bill was for because I had been told we did not owe anything. Again, they told me I did not owe anything so I threw out the bill. The next day Euginia calls to say we do owe them money. They said they had to repaint our entire apartment because the paint had dimmed over the five months we lived there. She sent us photos of the damage to the paint and 7 of the 11 photos were little scuffs or marks of dirt that could have been wiped off. The other 4 marks could have been spot painted. They do not care about our complaints. We are very disappointed with how this experience has ended. Buyer Beware. We were happy to have such a quick response to our review. We were hopeful that the new contact would be helpful. We emailed them and though it has been several weeks there was no response.

Unfortunately, I had one of the worst business experiences with these people that I ever had in my life. To make a long story short, I was worried about being discriminated because I found out that the sales person didnt show me some options, so I requested to work with someone else. This caused a whole slew of problems because then the manager didnt want to work with me.This resulted in dealing with a VP of customer service of The Wasatch Group, (Janae) who informed my husband that the manager accused me of using vulgar language at her over the phone and this is the reason they would not allow us to rent there. Lying about me using vulgar language was low. You know the truth, and I hope you can live with yourself. I want you to know that I will forgive you for lying about me using vulgar language with you, but you should admit the truth.

Edit:I lived here for two years. The first year was great but things started to take a turn for the worst the last year. The management changed and just werent that good. They made false accusations of me not picking up after my dog when my dog hadnt even pooped at the time accused since she was sick. The management is heartless and fake. They dont give a crap about you. Then moving out was a painful experience. They charge you $$$$ to replace the carpet no matter the condition. Then to add insult to injury, they only give you 2 weeks to pay the large sum until they send you to collections. This place was a huge mistake. They charge way too much for rent. They force you to pay for a media package. The pool closes at 9. The townhomes look into each others rooms. You can never enjoy natural light because you have to keep the windows blinds closed. My advice is to stay away. Go to Riverton and live at Legacy Springs. They charge way less for a 3 bedroom apartment than what a 2 bedroom apartment costs at the Parc. Its worth the few extra miles. The Parc is not worth the niceness when you are housebroke and they find extra ways to rob you in the end.=======================Old Review:Ive been here for a year now and I honestly love this place. The whole apartment is modern and has a very nice kitchen with quartz countertops and wooden floors (not that cheapo laminate countertops and flooring that you find elsewhere). When I first came to see this place, I fell in love and I still love it. I could go for cheaper housing elsewhere, but Im so happy and comfortable here. The neighbors are very nice. My dog loves the walking trail. We just wish there was an off-leash dog area.No more wasting electricity with outdated appliances since this place has all up-to-date and energy-efficient Whirlpool appliances. Maintenance is very fast at fixing any problems around the apartment - even when you accidentally break off the towel holder in the bathroom. Management is very nice and always has an open ear and listens. The pool is AWESOME and so nice (my only complaint is that I wish it was indoor so I could swim in the wintertime). The hottub is so pleasant to go to in the wintertime. The master bedroom is huge and the walk-in closet has ample storage. The bathrooms are a good size, and the master bathroom has a huge garden tub that you can soak in. The bathroom also has nice tiling that feels good on bare feet and is not very slick when wet.I dont want to live anywhere else. I moved here because I wanted something nice after four hard years in college and finally finding a decent job, and this place certainly exceeds nice.
