No complaints, its a dollar store and I got some stuff for a dollar. You get what you go for.

This is the 4th time I come around to ask to use the restroom and they tell me no. 9/2/21 10:40 am only one chunky older lady at the checkout and she said uhhmmmm noo the restrooms arent working. Maybe come back in a week she literally was thinking of ways to say no. I get it. Look lady idk why u guys be acting like you got a stick up ur a$$. You got yourself in that job but dont take it out on customers and lie to them. I work too and Ive seen workers do what you do, I wasnt born yesterday I know what you guys do with that unprofessionalism. This store is no good to be honest. Based off the reviews I have to agree. For being in Downey you all deserve for your store to be near skid row so you can appreciate where your store is located and to appreciate your customers that bring business. Management this applies to you. Grow a pair

One of the better locations. Usually not too much of a wait time in lines and the lines move quickly. Nice and clean and the employees are very nice and courteous.

This Dollar Tree looks worse every time I go there lately. I was there 2 days ago. There was flooding towards the back of the furthest isle to the left as you walk in. Today there flooding (blocked off with shopping carts) in the isle adjacent. So now its two isles. Its dangerous for people especially children and the elderly. There are usually long lines here as well. I want to know what the Manager/ Company are doing about this hot mess. This is an accident waiting to happen!

An awesome place to shop. Todays economy is frustrating to many but with such store being a blessing in disguise life is not so bad when you can pay way less without compromise on the quality of the products.

I love this Dollar Tree more so than some of the others,perhaps its because i find more of what i want/need but all the Girls are very helpful and one in particular i ask for help more often or more understanding of me is,and i might be spelling it wrong,Myrah,is great or as said understanding,thats it,end.

Employees won’t even bother to turn and look at you when you ask a question. The whole time I was talking to the employee with long blonde hair she had her back turned to me. Horrible service.

At this Dollar Tree, the employees are very helpful. They do their best to keep the store clean. And are always willing to help you.

I Went Back 2 different times within the same week and see. that there was rat poop on top of the flour tortillas I showed it to the workers and they either said they would get to it or they were going to tell the manager. Nothing was done. I wish I was able to insert the picture I took of it. Just gross.

You can find some great things here for just a buck! I especially love shopping here for all the holidays. They have have cute little knick knacks and what not. Also, lots of cards, some are 2 for $1. A lot cheaper than $3 to $7 at a regular store. And those fake flowers that Michaels sells for $3 to $5 each, they have them here. Maybe not quite to selection, but again, for a buck each? I will day dont expect too much on the high quality side. Ya know what they say, You get what you pay for.But all in all, I love coming here.

Awesome love all the great items can find for only a dollar.

Well organized and a lot of things for the garden. Votive candles (great for baptisms and first communion). They also have plastic cemetery vases. I usually cone here for decorations. They are inexpensive and can be used every year. Scrapbooking stuff and crafts for the kids.

Nice and clean. Just need to look around really good and youll find some great deals.

Everything was great!! They could however...turn the air conditioning on a bit...it was pretty warm when I was there...I cut my visit short because I couldnt stand how warm it was in the store...I dont know how your employees deal with that...I feel bad for them... Other than that it was a very nice visit and I recommend it to everyone...It was well-stocked and a well-kept store!!!

This is a good one. Staff is nice and friendly! Also, they have alot of good things. Ive also been able to strike up conversations with other customers. Good vibes!!

THEY LIE AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO HELIUM TO FILL BALLOONS. I GET IT, THEY WORK AT THE DOLLAR TREE, WHICH MUST BE MISERABLE AS IS, BUT STOP LYING ABOUT HAVING NO HELIUM FOR BALLONS SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU JUST DONT WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO DO YOUR JOB....

This location is very organized, fully stocked, and has more merchandise than the other stores. Theres usually 1 lane open when I go but theyre quick.

When I walked into the building the store was very clean and organized. However my complaint is that when I was ready to checkout. Only 1 register was open. There was a lot of customers waiting in line. The cashier was by herself I dont know where the other cashier was at or if the manager was even there. Maybe they were on the office or something. There is no way of seeing them because even though the office is right next to the registers the window is tainted and you cannot see who is in there.

Very clean great lay out. I can find everything i came here for. Darla is very rude to costumers. Waiting for my mom witch has cancer just to unlock the cart!!! Giving me bad looks really!

Typically, a better place to shop for your Christmas packaging supplies. This store tends to stock up heavily on the holiday gift bags and small metallic boxes and paper gift boxes for shirts and small clothing items.Like all stores in California, the plastic bags they sell for 10 cents is the multi-use plastic bags that are sturdier than the single use free ones that were offered in the past.The organization of the items can be haphazard, but most of the seasonal items are placed in front of the entrance, while the household items are on the far wall and across from the cashiers.

Horrible management, they should try to do their job right and get their staff to keep the place tidy. This place must look like their home because it was a complete mess. The location on Lakewood in Downey is 100% better. To top it off my little boy asked to use the restroom and the manager claimed both were out of service. Wow this location needs help. The one star is for the one cashier I encountered, at least she was friendly.

They had the coolest stuff. My son is graduating from LBS and they had everything for party decorations that matched

Too many homeless people hanging out front, and weirdos. It makes you afraid to enter the building. I asked the manager about it and he said there was nothing he could do, and he was hostile about it. The one on Florence is better.

Good place to shop, has some useful items and some good snacks and drinks.

Easy to navigate around in the store. A little untidy but in their own sections so you still can find items in labeled spots.

Great place to get last minute party supplies or school supplies. Very clean and organized.

They good items at great price but if you are in there and want to use the restroom they dont let costumers use them. They say they are broken or they lost the keys.
