The service was really great I landed a job in the logistics industry in less than a month. DJ and Irma were really wonderful to work with. Irma was really on top of things and getting me interviews and DJ really prepped me for the interviews. DJ and Irma were involved in the whole job search process. It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend, especially if you are trying to enter an industry where you dont have much experience they really take the time to build your profile and present you to employers.

Disclaimer: I am posting this before accepting any job but I am in the process of interviewing.The center is very professional and is doing well. The secretary is a champ and isnt phased by multiple things happening at once.The recruiter Erika is sharp and knows what she is doing. Very helpful and very thorough!I wont give away too much of their practice but they go a step beyond a normal agency. They actually go and prospect companies themselves and work as a team to fill positions. I was introduced to the back-office team and spoke with them. Friendly environment, with some interesting way of prepping you for the interview! They have you show up there first so you can get a packet of info they prep just for you. Very awesome experience so far, and even if I do not get placed by them (unlikely but you never know), I would recommend giving them a call if you need decent temp work.

I went to office nice people but after that I never heard of them anymore not even an email letting me know whats going on, just saying he wasnt in office (not doing his job). I guess they dont care. thank you for letting me know theres people that dont do their job right even though theyre still getting paid to do nothing. Bad Place.

For an agency that focuses on clerical and customer service staffing they should really train their staff to be friendly and customer oriented. I walked in with a handful of questions because I had never been in an agency before and the receptionist was flat out unhelpful and rude. If youre going to be at a front desk then at least be personable and welcoming. I dont think I will come back.

DJ from the Downey location did a great job at placing me in my new position. In only 6 weeks I was offered a direct placement. Thanks DJ your the best!!

The place is closed at 3:30 and its supposed to close at 5:30

I dont know why they are open either. You can never get your rep on the phone, takes 3 days toget an answer back via email, you have to call them, I feel like I work for them, they do not go outof their way to work for the client.

Don’t go to this office very unprofessional, I game my resume to Irma to fix and she did a horrible job and even changed one of my positions to something that I’ve never done. Only sent me to 1 interview and nothing else!!

I called with a question about my profile. Branch manager said she wasnt going to go through all of xyz. I felt like I didnt matter. Basically, I am there to make them money but I cant ask questions about my profile own information which I cant see.

Worse place to go for help! Id always get the run around, and always told they had no jobs. But the location in Ontario always had jobs for, unfortunately, the Ontario location and jobs were to far for me, so i wad hoping the Downey location can help since its closer. Ive gone twice for help at this location, and Ive even asked for a new rep, but they didnt want to, and she still didnt help.fyi her name was Ericka B.
