Very Unprofessional!!!!! I do NOT recommend this agency. I worked for them for about 3 months and because one of their employees did not communicate very important information to me, I got released from my job after having surgery and being out with a doctors note. Then refused to help me find another job because I had went to the place I was working for who they set me up with, and wanted legitimate reasoning for my dismissal. It was just the company blaming ilink and I link blaming the company. Go to Right Choice or something. Not this place. Terrible.

If you are overweight, or if you are over 55 years old, or if youre black, or if you ever filed for workers comp because they check for EAMS cases...hah good luck waiting because they will never hire you for a job!! Theyre liars and very rude. They only hire men for most of the positions they have especially forklift and some warehouse.....it is a family owned company so you know they only watch out for each other. They dont pay their employees correctly!!! I will be going to labor laws tomorrow which I was told they are under investigation already.....!!!! ZACH IS A LIAR TOLD ME MY JOB WAS LONG TERM AND I ONLY WORKED 3 DAYS!!! I got hired this past Sep 28th, 2018 and started training on October 1st, 2018. And got let go this Oct 12rh, 2018. The pay is not bad, but they expect too much out of you with out proper training, if you have a background experience on previous recruitment they expect you to give them a 120%, but if you dont the managers Mayra and Cristina will sort of train you....but they expect you to make 70 outbound calls +, be on top of your emails, have at least one hire a day and more then 10 interviews when people dont even answer the phone and their main source is indeed. Plus they want you to use your own social media. Plus they send you out to Rancho Cucamonga for suppose training I put in too many miles in my car for going out there and for nothing.. Over all NOT a good place to work the Downey office dont even have a break room its too small. Fingers down.

And this is coming from management . They do all the recruiting for a company by the name golden state overnight. Which they wont send African Americans to. They refer to them as AAs. Its sad to think these people can sleep at night knowing there are African Americans out there looking for a job to put food on the table for their family. They discriminate against people who have a workers comp case. They run an EAMS and if you have ever filed a workers comp they will not send you out to work. They will tell you there is no work. But yet they post job on indeed and Zip.(So if you have applied and you have had a previous workers comp claim dont expect a call or waste your time with them.) You are discriminated and they see you as a liability to their company.They discriminate if you are overweight or if you are elderly they wont hire you. Dont waste your time with these people.Beware of this company please spread the word they need to understand they cant treat people as if they are not worth anything.SCAMMERS. They keep your applications and personal information on file for more than the time they should.

Such a friendly and professional agency. Its sad to see the bad reviews they have due to unprofessional people who are uneducated. I have no complaints whatsoever. Fantastic staff.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I WORKED FOR ONE DAY AND TWO WEEKS LATER I CALLED CRISTY ZAVALA TO GET MY PAY ALREADY A WEEK LATE,I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HADNT RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK AND THEY COULDNT PAY ME UNTIL THEY GOT IT. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SEND IT TO MY EMAIL AND 3 DAYS LATER I HAD TO GO BACK THROUGH MY EMAIL AND FIND THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THE 2ND EMAIL. I FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK AND SPENT 2 1/2 hours trying to fax it to them . I finally had to email it to Christys email after trying to fax it 5 times to 3 different fax numbers that they gave me over the phone. I called to get conformation and shes not there so I left a message and 2 days later I call and she tells me that they didnt get it all, so I filled out and send it to them and the fax says it was delivered again I call for conformation &have to leave a message, 2 days later and they claim that they didnt get it. So now Im re-sending one page they claim not to have got to yet another fax # the 4th one .its wed and shes telling me that I have to wait another week for my pay, this will be 5 weeks after the day I worked. So I wouldnt recommend wasting your time with this company, Im going to report them to the BBB because I honestly feel they are stealing from the employees. Thats just my opinion.Signed, freaking pissed

The Most Unprofessional....Website they give you to fill out the application is a pain I had to do it like 3 times before it actually saved.The job was cool but I quit a couple of weeks ago and the staff at iLinks seem to be having a problem getting my money to me.Its been 8 days since they have supposedly mailed my check. But from Rancho Cucamonga to San Diego? Theres no way it takes that long!!!Ive called and talked to numerous people who tell me they will have the next person call me and that never happens.I still have got paid for my last 2 weeks of work and I dont know whats going to happen I just thought I would let other people know how bad this company is before they begin working for them.

Very unprofessional they fired me half way through my first shift just because they over hired so stay away from this company unless you want games played on you

That hold your check and wont pay you on time! Dont trust a thing thatEVELYN AYALA SAYS! SHES A SCAM!!!!! Well i applied back in late 2008 got a job in 2009 with ilinks help and have been working at my job since then. so i give you 5 stars!!

I would give this a average 3 stars but I cant. These guys messed up my hours twice. Funny story is that they still havent paid me hahaha.
