I look forward to getting my hair done or even eye brows waxed because this salon has such a great environment. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by staff in a friendly tone. I never mind waiting a few minutes for my appointment to start because I get to check out the amazing selection of natural products they keep at the front. From top to bottom the place is clean and organized, I have been a client for a while but even with the flu season, I feel very safe getting my services done. A shout out to Diane for doing a Fabulous job keeping my hair looking on point. I never have to worry how a cut is going to turn out and the quality is worth the price. I recommend family members to check this place out when they need a trim, color or wax and I would suggest the same to you if you are looking for a new place.

I was grateful to get a same day appointment here as a new client. Janice made me feel heard and cared for while there. She was professional and informative and personable. I wanted to switch things up and go with a new fun cut and I am very happy with my cut and will definitely be coming back here.

Had a great experience with Domineke. She did exactly what I asked of her. Very nice shop, clean and comfortable. When you get your hair washed(which felt heavenly)the chair is actually a lounge chair. Lean back and put your feet up! Great touch! The people who work there are very welcoming! Loved the whole experience!

Omg what a great place, everyone was so friendly. I went just for a haircut with Samone and she suggested a way to fix my awful color job I did myself. I have been looking for a stylist for 3 years now and tried many salons in the area and I was just not happy. She fix my botched color job & gave me a great haircut . I love my hair now. Will definitely be back monthly for my color. I suggest Samone she is excellent & listens to everything you say. I love this salon !

The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and Im sure they have some talented people working here. Unfortunately my stylist, Suzy, was the absolute worst. Shes completely unprofessional and I didnt once feel comfortable. Ive had some not-so-great stylists in the past, but she takes the cake. The fact that she was rude the entire time during my visit completely turned me off on the way she did my hair. She was constantly butting in to conversations around her and playing with her own hair during the service. She insulted my hair the minute I walked in and continued to talk bad about it during my visit. If youre going to give me helpful tips fine, but to trash talk my hair, unbelievable! I was mortified. I honestly have no idea how she has a job in the service industry. I will never be back to this salon based on the fact that this woman is allowed or feels she is allowed to act this way to guests.

Ive been to Salon Sophia twice and have had Janna cut my hair twice. Both times Ive been highly satisfied with my experience. She spent a lot of time with me to ensure I was happy. I also enjoy the Aveda products they use. Ill be returning again very soon and would recommend others give it a try.

The salon is gorgeous. The receptionist was very welcoming. My niece and I had facials Id bought from Groupon. Was very worth it. The estitician was fabulous she answered questions, but wasnt overly chatty, she explained everything she was doing and ensured I was not allergic to any of the products. Totally recommend having a facial here.

Affordable, pleasant, friendly atmosphere and great quality haircuts!

This is a terrible salon with even worst customer service. I am a very laid back, relaxed and non-confrontational person that ended up in a fight at the end of my service. We agreed on a price at the beginning that the stylist changed at the end by more than 100% of what we agreed upon initially. My hair was ruined and fried and had to get it fixed a few days later after walking around embarrassed with ugly bleached out hair that I didnt ask for. I wrote a letter to the owner that never responded which is even more sickening. Please save your money and time, go somewhere that will do it right and fair the first time.

I have been a client here for two years. Tara, the owner, is fantastic at running the show. All of the girls, and just recently the addition of a man, are skilled, professional and very sweet. Katelyn did my hair last night. She covered my gray out-growth, took the brassiness out of my blonde, gave me a great cut (exactly what I asked for) and rocked out a gorgeous smooth blow out on my extremely difficult curly hair. I went in for a Balayage and Bri did the worst job. I hadnt noticed until the next day, but I couldnt wear my hair down because the color was blotchy at my roots (she didnt blend it well or make it look even) and it had platinum and honey blonde throughout when the goal was ash blonde. I cant believe she let me walk out of there like that. She seemed more concerned with leaving for the evening seeing as how she was gone before I was. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair.

This was the first time I went to Salon Sophia. I had a Groupon for a 60-minute facial. The lady who did my facial (name started with a K, maybe Kerry) was friendly but very unprofessional. She talked the entire time and did not let me relax. 10 minutes into the facial after cleansing my skin she suddenly brought the steamer close to my face and as she did that, hot boiling water fell on my cheek and then forehead and scalp. She burned my skin so bad that I was hurting in pain. As I was explaining to her that I am hurting she kept changing the subject on me and started talking about something else. She kept saying You are okay when I was NOT okay. She had enough guts to tell me that I was giving her a hard time. After burning me and causing so much pain, she actually said that to me. She either had the steamer up too high or did not know what she was doing. I dont know about any of their other services but I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to get a facial from there. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I now have a scar on my forehead thanks to them!

I used to have hair that was 14 in long. Lindsay kept snipping away and now its above my shoulders. Once she realized her mistake she thought she would leave the front longer, past my shoulders, so I wouldnt notice so short it is. It sort of worked until I got to my car. 0/10. Would NEVER go there again.

Worst place, had Classic facial Groupon coupon and the lady kept on saying it’s just cleanup one, upgrade it . I asked for something that can brighten she said 35 on top of 27, and she used peel without even my knowledge, I thought she would use some products or else I would have said no as peels make my skin more dark .ANYWAYS DON’T GO, IF iT’S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY .
