Great value awesome long layers cut. Came back with my sister and niece we were all happy with cuts and service. Will make the drive again for sure!

I had gotten my haircut there recently the lady did very good. She had told me to buy some leave in conditioner so I did but I ended up giving me the wrong products so later on that day my dad wanted to return it. When he went inside the lady said she would finish up with her current haircut and then take care of him after. He waited patiently and while someone else was waiting for a haircut she told my da d he had to wait till she was done with another customer. My dad simply said no I waited patiently like now you can help me. When he said he wanted to return that she said she didn’t know how so she call the manager or some higher person and try to figure out how to return my product. She had a bad attitude with my dad and said on the phone that she couldn’t give my dad a receipt back saying that he returned the product because my dad seem like the kind of person to come back in pretending like they never returned it to get more money. She told my dad to never come back and basically F off. Won’t be going there again after her unprofessional work ethic.

Got one of the absolute worst haircuts ive ever gotten in my life. She took like 5 minutes at the most, and anyone holding a pair of scissors could have done a better job.

I have been there a couple times and both times they did exactly what I wanted. The first time I had a blonde lady highlight it...she actually fixed what was done . She did a great job giving me what I wanted for summer. The 2nd lady who colored my hair did a great job . I will go back. They are awesome. Im a very happy customer.

Made an appt online. Walked in and got the best cut for my 19 yr old son. He is still talking about it!

Been going to this location since I was a kid and I’ve seen it slowly get worse by the years. The quality has gone down hill and I don’t believe the woman who cut my hair even has a license. 0 blend technique so my sides looked like blocks. She forgot to cut one side. And the conversation was pretty insulting. I shouldn’t have had to pay but I see it as a $20 lesson to never return.

Overall not bad. I was satisfied with the cut. However, I was very unhappy with how my stylist did not understand me, due to a language problem. I wanted to keep my hair, either to donate or use for an exact color match in the future, so I asked at least 5 or more times to p it in a ponytail and then cut it, so I an keep it. 5 time she said ok, but ultimately thought I meant to ponytail it when she was done. Every few cuts I stopped her to ask about the ponytail and was told yes yes I understand. After the last cut I asked about it, when all the hair was on the floor. The other stylist stepped in to help clarify and went pale when realizing what happened. My choice to not be more forceful. The cut was fine and I chose to let things happen like this with knowledge. I have to put it back together at home now. Just sayin be very very clear when you specify things.

I have gone to Supercuts in Illinois and now in South Carolina. I always get a good haircut and great service!

Very bad experience the way a racist and hateful lady handled my hair. She didnt even untangled my hair before beginning the styling. I asked her to part the hair in the middle and style with layers. She never listened. She just did the back side and began to turn around my chair with the mirror forcefully shoved in my hands. That was enough, I asked to stop. Then, somehow, the manager lady tried to even out. Never go to Super Cuts again. Staff they hire are unskilled and Not Customer friendly with very poor PR.

They used to do a great job but the one new lady cant cut hair straight at all and the other new girl butchered my eyebrows so bad I barely have any eyebrows left and theyre both shaped different now and dont match and one side has no hair in the very middle so I wont go back.

I got a haircut that im happy with. It was quick. And great price. Really friendly and helpfull staff.

You have the option to make an appointment on line. But dont bother...they totally ignore your appointment time and STILL take everyone as they walk in. I waited over an hour beyond the appointment I scheduled two days in advance. Just do away with this feature Supercuts...its useless.

Too fast for more customers

The manager is not a nice person and could use customer service and management training. I hope someone from Supercuts reads this and makes the necessary adjustments.
