I rented from here last Saturday for a move from Chicago. The lady working the desk was very kind and helpful during the check out process. The truck, however, was very dirty (which I only discovered once I was already in the city). My mistake, I should’ve checked prior to leaving. Once I swept it clean of leaves and debris, I noticed there was an oily substance all over the back of the truck. I had to avoid getting it on my furniture the entire move. Additionally, it was very slippery so it made it harder to move larger furniture on that side. When I called back today to report it, the woman did not apologize or offer any compensation. She simply said I was not charged for the oily substance. I’ll probably find a different location next time.

I reserved a van for 4 hours, I signed in before hand on the uhaul website, Once I arrived it took less than 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork and receive the keys. The lady behind the desk was very pleasant. The entire experience was fast and easy and if I ever need to rent a truck or van again, I will come here.

Im running around preparing for a move, and I call to make sure they carry a certain kind of box. I verify that theyre open until 5, get there 10 minutes before and the lights are off and theyre closed, no note. If there was a chance they closed early hey should have told me. What a waste of my time. Poor customer service.

Very nice lady. Helped me switch to a different truck after hearing first truck mirror is broken.
