The listing agent showed up at my inspection of the house I was looking to buy. Last I heard the inspection was for the buyer not the seller, very unprofessional for her to be there. Also took an unacceptable amount of time to get my earnest money back after walking from a house. My agent gave my address numerous times and was told it would be in the mail. After waiting two weeks my agent again checked in and the check was still not mailed. I ended up having to pick the check up myself. I hope the next house I am looking to buy is not through this agency.
