This company is amazing. We’ve used them for multiple graduation parties, birthday parties, and anniversary parties. Extremely attentive service, friendly and helpful staff, and very nice tables and chairs that are always very clean. They have always gone out of their way to ensure a perfect experience for us. I highly recommend them.

Just an all around bad experience. if you’re looking to get disappointed, this is your spot. From reliability to quality to customer service, there’s no bright spots here. They delivered damaged tables that I wasn’t able to use and everything was filthy upon arrival (full of mud). When I called to voice these concerns to the manager, his response was simply “I’m busy enough that I don’t need your business”. There are plenty of other rental businesses nearby and if others have availability, I’d go to a place where your business is appreciated.Edit in response to owner below:Is it threatening to tell your staff to “come through” when they offered to fix the obvious deficiency in the tables you sent? Hows that threatening. Predictably, however, that was a false promise. Although your staff offered to come address the problem, they immediately backed out even after I accepted to put a potential $150 service fee for the visit. See the picture below for proof of the damaged table.I’m glad you’re booked through the summer buddy. Really, I don’t take issue with that. But I’d say that has more to do with the demand for the services than people tripping over themselves to hire you. It took you 5 days to even pick up the stuff. It sat in my lawn like a pile of garbage and I had to call you daily to have the decency to pick it up. Very simple, if you have options, choose the other guys over this place.
