Owner closed this place with our saying one word to any of the employees. Last time employees heard from him was a year ago when they were “temporarily closing”. Never reached out to any of the employees to get their belongings from the building or anything. He definitely made sure he got all of his stuff as the building is completely empty. Sad that people waisted so much time trying to work and make this place succeed only for him to close doors and not say one thing to all this people. Such a disappointment and waste of time. Glad no one else can continue wasting money and time here!

Great Friday Night fun with TODDLERS!!!!!!The reason I am posting is because we just had our little kids tonight ages 7, 6, 1. All boys. We have had a busy Spring Break but the kids were still hyper from being off school and this is just what they needed to have fun and relax. Tonight’s special was $17 a kid. It included play land, $5 in arcade which equaled 40, and one ride. All the kids had a great time. I would definitely be a good night for parents to sit on the provided cushioned chairs and watch as their kids have fun. It’s after 9 and we are just leaving. Well worth it!!!!!!! I recommend coming here for sure. Also for all the people who care about germs this place is so clean and shines !

FUN ZONE...they most definitely live up to their name!!! I don’t know where to start...Vick, Jose & Lisa as well as the entire staff made my daughters birthday a birthday to remember! They where very accommodating with my needs and went above & beyond my expectations. I think I had more fun than my daughter did. My guess loved the live DJ, the food, drinks & the characters who came out and made not only my child’s day but all of the kids that were there. We had a FROZEN party so when Olof made his grand appearance it was the icing on the cake! We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

We took three kids between two and three here today to check it out before the Grand opening and it was very cool! The space is much larger than it appears from the front, complete with bumper cars, laser tag, and more attractions yet to be installed! You can see in my photos they are still working hard to get ready for the Grand opening on Saturday. The staff is incredible- helpful, knowledgeable, and overall amazingly kind- they really help keep the postive, fun atmosphere! Looking forward to returning!! Becky was especially wonderful, we really enjoyed her help today!:)

Very Expensive Party Packages for what is given. Everything is at a set time so the kids can not pick and choose what they want to do first. Some of the kids were scared to play a certain section and could not trade for something else, had to follow what was picked on the package. I will say that their pizza is very good and staff there is super friendly and helpful.

A great place to bring your kids. They have video games, bumper cars, laser tag, and much more. Unlike some other childrens play areas the food is good. Be careful with what package you buy, but they will explain them to you Id you ask. It is a great place to have a party on kids event. The staff is very good.

Or bring your own food.Then sit back and relax by watching cartoons from the 5 flat screens in the main lounge or dining area by the restaurant.The soft play ($9.50) is divided in 2 sections: 1.) toddlers under 3 and 2.) 4 to 10 years old, 54 inches, 120 ibs. This indoor playground had a few obstacle courses such as foamed spikey punchbags, mini punch bags, and slides! I like that theres an employee on top of the slide and another employee at the bottom of the slide (Theres a ballpit waiting at the bottom of the slide!)My daughter still had a great time despite scrapping her finger inside the indoor playground. I brought that attention to one of the employees who brought me an antiseptic and bandaid. I also proceeded to talk to one of the managers and took care of a minor situation. She seems professional and concerned.Theres 8 bumper cars ($7) light up and spin to choose from! Good music blasting for this ride. Perhaps another time when my daughter is old enough to drive her way around rather than sit on my lap.We played a few arcade games and exchanged the tickets for prizes at redemption area. Service was pretty slow, understandable since it is grand opening and employee needs to gain experience.

It’s always a great time at Fun Zone! I brought a group of individuals with special needs in for an activity and Vick, Greg and their staff made our outing so awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a great time and felt comfortable. They took extra time to explain, encourage and support every participant at each activity. My WDSRA-Rec & Roll group was so happy and excited that we are already planning our next outing at Fun Zone. If you are looking for a great place to have tons of fun for everyone...you need to go to Fun Zone! Great people...doing great things!!

Went for a kids birthday party. The kids and the adults had a blast. Will definitely visit again.

I had my son’s party this weekend and everything was wonderful. The staff Wanda, and Jose the GM took excellent care of us and our party guests. Plenty of things to do for the smaller kids, the older ones and the adults! How great that after a long day the adults can let their kids have fun and unwind with a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Wanda really went above and beyond and we were so appreciative.

Such a great experience! We were looking to go somewhere fun for my birthday with the kids and were deciding between Chuck E Cheese and Fun Zone. We had never been here before but drove by it all the time and decided to give it a chance. I’m so glad we did and will definitely be back. It was bigger than it looks from the outside and was well lit and very clean. The employees were very nice and the General Manager Jose was very hospitable and helpful. They have laser tag, bumper cars, a play area for kids to climb around, and basketball games. We didn’t have time to try all the attractions but will get around to the rest when we go back. We had a great time playing the video games and one of my favorite things was the virtual reality games. I would highly recommend the Zombie VR game. They have promotions throughout the week and will be looking to plan my daughters upcoming birthday there so our friends and family can all have a good time. Looking forward to our next visit.

I drove an hour and 30 minutes and i am happy i came here. My daughter had a great time here! They sang happy birthday just for her! Those moment are the ones that matter. So happy i came here. Just finished a birthday party for my 10 year old son and it was a HUGE hit!! I wasnt sure if the boys would be too old but they absolutely loved it. We even had 3 high school friends and they LOVED the virtual reality it was pretty amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I had my son’s 7th birthday party, at Fun Zone this past Sunday. We did a laser tag, play land combo, with games cards. My son, and all his party guests, including the adults had an awesome time! The party was well organized, and our party host Melissa was awesome! She has a wonderful personality, and I would highly recommend Melissa, in choosing a party host, for your child’s party! We are looking forward, to are next trip to Fun Zone!

Went there with my family, for nephews graduation after party. The place is big, lots of great games, good food. (Definitely try the wings!). The staff very friendly and helpful. We use to go to enchanted castle, but now we have discovered this spot, awesome 7D entertainment, VR shooting games and laser tag. We will definitely come back!

I went there yesterday with my sons and their friends. They all loved it there, so much to do there. The staff was great and very friendly. A gentleman name Jose helped me get food ordered and was very helpful. The food came out fast and it was great. Definitely empressed.

We have been at Fun Zone a couple of times now, and frankly, even as an adult, I had a blast at this place! The laser tag arena is very creative with its design and levels. The bumper cars are super fun to do. And our kids had a ball of time jumping through the balls and slides. The staff is wonderful, helpful. The facility is spotless, clean as it should be with tons of kids running around! A very cheerful place with a fun atmosphere indeed! :) Kudos to the owners!

We come often here in the evening. The only place of the kind where also the parents can have a good time while their kids play in a safe environment. The place is clean, food is good and the staff is always friendly. We had our 5 years girl b-day party here and everyone had a great time! The kids specially loved the Peppa Pig visit. All parents said they’ll be here again with their family.

To begin, this amusement park is built inside a strip mall, which limits the amount of space they can have. This is evident at every corner. They have make shift equipment to imitate a 4d theater, such as a big fan with occasional water squirts. The 4d theater has a main door made up of tarp. The whole place looks like its being run by a bunch of high school kids.There is so much more that I can say about his place, but I will just leave it at very poor quality for the high price you pay. I am only giving it 2 stars because those kids seem to be really trying hard to make this place work.

Me and my 9 old son had such a great time we cant wait to go back. The 3 d movies virtual reality shows and laser tag was awesome. Next time bumper cars and video games. I highly recommend this place if you have kids and adults will have fun. There are adult beverages and everyone who works there are great. Thanks again guys c ya soon.

This is a great place to bring kids of all ages (parents included). Plenty of room to run and play. Seperate areas for the littlest kiddo to the teens. Parents can sit back while the kids play and enjoy some delicious food from the cafe. We had juicy chicken fingers and seasoned fries. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend the FunZone to all ages.

We had our sons birthday party at Fun Zone last night and it was (in his words) Epic! We bought the ultimate party package and the kids had a blast doing laser tag, bumper cars, virtual reality, and the theater. They also did all of the work... I all I did was bring a cake. We had attended another party there in November and it was our go-to place for his party in June. A good time was had by all!

Food is good, they treat me and my son like we are family, Jose and all the staff saw me one time and when I came back 3 weeks later they greeted me like we were old friends. I definitely would recommend fun zone for any type of party. I had my sons 8th Birthday party there today and was provided excellent service by the party host Melissa. It was also super easy to plan thanks to Jasmine and Becca. They where super informative on any questions I had and replied quickly. Thanks again everyone my son had a blast and loved his party.

Great place to bring the kids or host a birthday! There is laser tag, food, play area, games, bumper cars and more. Conveniently located off the highway with plenty of parking. Perfect for when it gets cold outside and you need to get the kids out of the house. Definitely recommend this place!

What a fun place !! We decided to visit this place and were truly surprised by this hidden gem in Downer’s Grove. We immensely enjoyed the new and exciting “Hologate” experience. The 7D Max cinemas were a treat as well. Had mimosas and cool beer while waiting for our friends. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time. Fun is not restricted to kids, lots of activities for adults too !!

First time visiting this place and tbh we enjoyed every minute. The food was surprisingly great the prices were affordable the staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had a few more games but other then that we loved it. Definitely coming back again.

Went here for my brothers birthday, and he and his cousins had a blast! They enjoyed the bumper cars, play area (which has many fun things for kids), laser tag, and a 360 VR experience! The food wasnt that bad either. There was also an arcade which we all enjoyed. A great place to go.

Great staff very helpful. Arcade was ok but the laser tag, 7D video ride, and virtual reality game were awesome. Also liked how i was able to do a walk in birthday party without any reservations. Pizza was decent, wings and fries were pretty good. All around good spot for kids!!!

We just had a birthday party at Fun Zone for our 4 year old and 20 of his friends! I love the cleanliness, staff and the variety of games for the different age groups and interests.They provide all the supplies so you don’t have to worry about anything! They clean up after, cut the cake, distribute the pizza to the kids, overall very stress free party 🎈I’d highly recommend their birthday packages or even just a day out with your kid! I tried the bumper cars, some of the arcade games and 3D movie and honestly I can’t wait to go back myself 🤣 30 going on 4 I guess :)

Nice place. Laser tags, virtual reality and spinning cars were amazing! But price is too high. Should give more options for activities. For example include more virtual reality games to your pass or virtual reality + movie. About $40 and you cant try everyting at least once. Its too much...

We had my son’s birthday party there today, and it was FANTASTIC! Melissa was our party coordinator...she went out of her way to make sure the party ran smoothly and the kids had fun! The food was great, the games were fun, and laser tag was a huge hit! I highly recommend Fun Zone!!!

Last weekend during sweltering heat I took my two girls- 3 & 7yrs- and ended up staying 3 hours. It was great!The food was outstanding and for my fellow vegetarians they have the Beyond Meat burger!!! Amazing right?!It was a great mix of games and playthings for toddlers and a little older kids.I would definitely recommend it!

We just celebrated my daughters birthday at this place and we had an awesome experience we are very happy and pleased at how everything turned out as we had the best party host Rebecca Hobbs she is amazing and did a phenomenal job as well as all the other fun zone staff that were very friendly... my daughter and all her guests including all of the adults had an amazing time... the best part for me was that it was completely stress free as they supply EVERYTHING!!! Only thing we had to worry about was the cake.. The owner Vick was very friendly and accommodating as he goes above and beyond for his customers.. I highly recommend this Fun Zone place!!!Will definitely be visiting more often.

Great experience! All new, clean and lots to do. We had our sons 6th birthday here and everyone had a blast. The staff was very accommodating. Becky ran our party and kept 20 boys occupied which is a miracle in itself. I would highly recommend Fun Zone to anyone looking for a great kids party place.

Holiday break and they open up at 11am. Thats terrible. I went in today and they had a huge line of people that were in their cars waiting for it to open. Then they dont open the kitchen until 11:45. They open at 10 during the weekend and the kitchen doesnt open until 11. Thats bad enough when I have to get the kids home and down for a nap by 12. I wanted to get lunch there today but couldnt because 11:45 is to late to put an order in, wait and then eat. You guys should be open earlier during the holiday break, if anything or at least keep your weekend hours.Other than the horrible times, the place is pretty awesome.

Been to FUNZONE twice and had a great time both times. My 2 and 4 year old had a great time and were not willing to leave the place. Loved the toddler play area and the bumper cars. Best part was the food and service. Will be going there soon.

Hostess Becky was very attentive to all our needs and additions. The venue was very clean and truly has something to do from the Baby to the adult guest. Only negative is that I tipped cash and later found out that tip was included on bill.

Better than Chuck e Cheeses, for slightly older kids (4+). Lots of games for even older kids, like my wife who wants to come here by ourselves.One note, we didnt see a ball pit even though there is a stock photo on Google.

Fun arcade games. Generous prizes. Fun play area. My 3 yr old loved it. I wish the workers did more (to bus tables, clean, sanitize, greet) throughout the day. The cacophony of music from various sources was a little overwhelming. Great that they serve alcohol.

One of the Best Fun Indoor Playgrounds for all ages in Chicago. it has so many varieties of super fun activities that you will never get bored in this place. My kids absolutely loved it, and they asked me to bring them again to Fun Zone next weekend. I certainly will do that!

Went here with kids ages 4 and 5. They had fun. Honestly I was expecting a ball factory kind of experience but this looked kind of embarrassing! The decor was so cheap. It just looks like they ran out of money or something. The play structure is small. The arcade is overpriced. I cannot speak to the food as we didnt eat there. I guess I just expected a little better quality in Downers Grove.

My 7 year old grandkids said it was the best fun ever!!Fun Zone is clean and very well supervised with a friendly staff. It has a good array of games and activities and is quite affordable. There is a full service restaurant for your dining pleasure.We will definitely go again and again.

Good place for toddlers and little kids. They can spend 2-3 hours here. I think its a bit pricey compared to other similar places. But its very close to my house so i dont mind going. I think they should have more games in the gaming zone. But worth visiting a couple of times

Starting with Lisa working with us to pick the right party package to meet our needs and to Gabby for being a great party host so that we could enjoy the party and also to Austin and Faith for helping the kids out with the games, movie and spin zone. After the party it was also really nice to enjoy a beverage served by Jose. I would highly recommend Fun Zone for a party or just a fun day or night out.

We had an amazing experience at Funzone, it is having everything in it to offer for a perfect hangout with friends and family. Certainly a feat for the kids and the packages they have makes every buck worth spending. All the games in the arcade are unique, well thought of and totally entertaining. Laser Tag and Bumper Car were two of the best attractions among all the others. Certainly a must visit place.

Loved this place. It has laser tag in multi floor, virtual reality game, separate kids play area, video game arcade of pac man, galaxian, air hockey, multi player walking dead and dinosaur shooting games, soft bumper cars and 7D effects theater. All the fun things for kids. The staff were cheerful and the place is very clean! I will visit again here for sure. Every bit of it was worth the time spent .

My kids are 10/11 year olds. They loved the place. The food is good. If your up for a drink there is also a bar.

My family and I went to FunZone for my granddaughter and nephew’s 12th birthday party. When I first walked through the door I was greeted by Melissa who was our Host for the party. Melissa made sure everything went smoothly our whole time there; I must say Melissa was “AMAZING “ she took her time with our guest made sure they were properly taken care of; whether it was showing someone to the bathroom to making sure we had enough silverware to being a spectacular Host. The children ranged from age 2-16 and when it was time to leave none of them wanted to leave because they were having so much fun. Our whole experience there was great from booking our party with Jasmin and Vick to our wonderful party Host Melissa; everyone who attend the party so how great Melissa was and yes we will definitely come back.

Our party hostess Melissa was fantastic...I had spoken to Melissa from the start to book my party, and we requested her to be our hostess as well since she was so great on the phone. During the party she was incredibly helpful, checked in frequently, and really made the effort to make sure everything was going ok and we were happy. Everything was organized and fairly scheduled, but never felt rushed, between the attractions (we did laser tag and bumper cars), playground, eating, and arcade play. We also had younger littles that were happy playing in the toddler play area. The place was clean, the arcade games worked, and the redemption prizes were pretty decent. All in all we and all our guests were very happy and satisfied! Thank you Fun Zone!
