I had a really great experience renting a power washer from the home depot. The customer service representative showed me how to operate it before I left the store, and he helped me load it into my vehicle. No complaints.

Best around. Diligent staff, they will help you get started and loaded. I drive further to go to this particular location.

Very condescending on the phone, was transferred to the rental department 6 times only to hear from a guy who sounded like he hated everything. Thanks for the customer service! I am well aware there’s a website and I was simply asking a question.

I have been shopping Home Depot for over 20 years and have always found it as my go to for all my needs. Always loved the service and enjoyed the wonderful cashiers and their assistance. But after the change from customer service to self service I will no longer shop at any Home Depot. I have a military discount so self service checkout do not speed up my purchase. I am usually purchasing different lenghts of materials and this info also must be enter manually by an employee. So again no self checkout. Instead one poor casheir must now serve multiply registrars and customers all at once instead of one on one customer contact. If problems arise you are stuck until the one cashier can assist you. I did mention this to a Home Depot manager or assist manager and their reply was This what the customer wants Well not this customer. Sorry to have to leave a place I really enjoyed.

I can not say enough about Brooks Smith in your Tool & Rental Center. My Kitchen Aid Grill which I purchased less than 6 months ago severely over-heated and damaged the inner workings of the unit. I called NexGrill the company that makes the grill for Kitchen Aid and got the royal run-around-run-around-run-around! Brooks even called them himself completely unsolicited by me and helped me determine what replacement parts were needed. He arranged it so that I wasnt charged anything for his services by Home Depot. And he wouldnt even allow me to tip him under the table! Brooks is THE BEST! FULL STOP. MIC DROP!

Horrible rent team. Kirk and the other guy over charge. Try to find problem on returned tool. In stor one price when returning the tool difrent price. Not nice people. Be aware

Went to rent a trailer and they wouldnt let us. They stated that since we are transporting a piano, even though it was only 3 blocks away on side roads, they couldnt allow us to rent the trailer. Very disappointed!

Everyone here is very helpful and polite. Only downfall is lack of truck rentals, otherwise good place.
