Unlimited Fire Restoration did a phenomenal job in replacing my roof on my house. From working with my insurance company to make sure that my project was covered to helping me pick the right shingles and materials, the process was as easy and stress free as a project like this could be. Hubert did a great job managing the project and Liz and Connie were super responsive as well. The project was done on schedule, completed on time and the crew was amazing in making sure that the siding, paint and yard looked as good after the project as it did before they started. I would definitely recommend Unlimited Fire Restoration to anyone looking to get their roof replaced!

People need to realize that not everything is possible and out of companies control. I have no complaints with this company. Vivian Cortes went above and beyond for us. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns. My home was destroyed and to see it today, my kitchen, bathrooms, my floors. Everything came out beautiful. Even after the job was done I received a courtesy call from Vivian, checking up, making sure we were happy. Thank you unlimited fire restoration keep up the good work! Real quick doing the cleanup..BUT once you sign a contract they will take thier sweet time doing everything else.. got the run around for FIVE months about doing my bathroom.. All they did was blame employees who conveniently quit on them... (NO WONDER!) After the last month of no plan to do my bathroom I decided they would not be involved anymore.. They then charged a NON agreed amount of almost 6 thousand for just the initial cleanup and threatened to put a lien against my house..There are better more honest companies out there..AVOID

First off let me say Vivian is a super hero, she was our PM after our fire. This company was a one stop shop, she made sure we had a place to live (she contacted temp housing for us), all of our things they could save cleaned (she contacted the cleaners for us), she worked with the state farm adjuster and they got us all back together again, our house is a million times better than what it was before the 🔥, Robert is and was always available, they even fix things that was not even apart of contract. I would definitely use them again even if not a fire. The staff was also very friendly. Thanks team!!!!

We loved working with Unlimited Fire Restoration. From the beginning, Agnes was very responsive and informative. At no time did we feel pressure to go with them nor was there constant upselling. Robert and the rest of the team did an amazing job! Whenever we pointed out something we saw, they addressed it right away and there was no “arguing” about it.Agnes really made the process easy and stress free! I really felt like she listened to our concerns and wasn’t just trying to squeeze our every dollar.Lastly, this is the first time I worked with a contractor that actually finished on time.

Agnes was wonderful throughout our process. She updated me as any situation changed. We had water damage from a bathroom leak and needed wood flooring redone, ceiling ripped out and replaced and carpet replaced. Agnes coordinated the whole process easily. I feel blessed to have worked with her. The end result was gorgeous.

During this year in may my families house had caught on fire, and we were told about this company! Hands down wonderful service. They are always connected with you every step of the way, just to let you know there, there for you. They had to redo our whole house . I had a electrical fire in April and was able to get back in my home by the first week of September. They did work on the attic, main floor and basement. This was not an easy experience and I definitely needed guidance. Vivian and Jerry were helpful and answered all my questions. I love the work that was done. I had a house fire. We lost almost everything. The fireman did find my daughters wedding dress. Vivian Cortes of unlimited restoration and fire came running over and told my daughter that she was part of the cleaning crew and she could take her wedding dress and clean it. We do not know Vivian Cortes. We did not call her. But she took advantage of the situation. Vivian Cortes took the wedding dress and gave my daughter her company card. Unlimited fire restoration. Vivian Cortes than gave the wedding dress to a lady named tray Langley for CRDN dry cleaners. Vivian Cortes did not have our permission to do this. We have spent the next 7 mos calling and texting both Vivian Cortes and tracy Langley. Tracy calls back and gives us excuse. Vivian Cortes wont even call me back. Both companies will not take responsibility for loosening the wedding dress. We have now made a POLICE REPORT against them. DO NOT USE Unlimited Fire Restoration

Had a contractor named Arthur Kafara come by to look at my siding and stated it will be a waste of time. Made us sound like idiots. There was no Customer Service. Called to talk with a Manager and talked with Robert and he did the exact same thing. I recommend not working with them.

I can’t say enough about Vivian and her team. I have experienced two terrible floods and a ceiling collapse. Talk about a string of bad luck. Each time Vivian was there every step of the way, ensuring we were taken care of. As a realtor I’m always asked the question “Do you have “a guy” for this or that?” and I respond “No, I have Gal, and she’s great!” Unlimited Fire Restoration is the way to go!

This company operates, and its owner Robert operate on the fringe of legitimacy.

This company keeps pushing back on our time frame.There is always an excuse to not be able to make it. I would completely avoid this company too many excuses.
