I have been working through the Downers Grove office for the past 7 years for a national home builder. I thoroughly enjoy this assignment as it allows me to utilize all my office skills as well as my customer service background dealing with the various people looking for a new home. My placement supervisor, Jennie, is the best boss I have ever had. She is extremely easy to talk to, has a great personality and is always there when/if I have a question. Not every placement agency out there - and there are a lot of them! - has the quality of people, such as Jennie and the other office staff I have dealt with in Downers Grove, and with so many agencies to choose from, I truly believe I hit the jackpot and found a winner. Thanks for a great 7 years and hopefully another 7!! This office is AWESOME!!

Horrible company!! Well maybe it was the recruiter i had was horrible. Call me in for a job filled out all the information. Told me I’ll be working for this company but then change it.NEVER got a call back always had to call THEM (her.) Never answer the phone for me only talked to me through email. Told me that it was no 1st shift available. Which is hard to believe! It’s your choice if you want to work for them but i won’t!

I have worked with a couple of staffing agency in the past. So my expectation was a little bit extreme. However I knew that starting over could be difficult but that was when AllStaff made the difference. From the time I submitted my resume, I was contacted by Suzanne Borro within a couple of days and she gave me the opportunity to work from a different position than I originally applied for. That stood out as I knew that they are willing to give the candidate the right job/assignment. I cannot stop giving thanks to Suzanne et al as they have been very considerate when times became problematic. Now, I will be a permanent full time employee and I know for a fact that it was with working together that made this possible. Great staff that works here couldn’t of ask for a better temp service professional and always on top of anything that comes your way don’t hesitate if your looking for some work call them

They will call you about a position for you. You get there and no, it is only to get a hard copy of your resume (we had fax and now we have emailing which is free, hadnt they heard of that?), when you ask about that job they told you about you will hear I will tell you more later. And later means never. I called them a few months later and the receptionist said you havent heard back because she hasnt found anything for you yet.Waste of time and gas, Downers Grove is pretty far from the city.

I honestly couldn’t be more grateful with the opportunity AllStaff gave me. It was my first time working through a temp agency so I was a bit skeptical at first since I have friends who have had bad experience with other companies. Transitioning from being a stay at home mom I thought working through an agency would allow me to get my feet wet before even trying for a permanent job. Jennie was my recruiter at Allstaff and she was my point of contact throughout my time with Allstaff. They placed me with a company 10 mins from home on a temp to hire assignment. Jennie was always there to answer any questions I had and I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to her. The assignment was to last 90 days before the company presented an offer and sure enough I was offered a FT permanent position and started at 90 days. I honestly love my job and the company I work for and wouldn’t be where I am today without AllStaff. I appreciate Allstaff because Jennie was friendly and always straightforward so I knew what to expect.
